Supply, installation, commissioning and testing (load trail) of Diesel Engine driven Generating set of capacity 320 KVA 415 Volt 3 phase 4 wire system complete with acoustic enclosure canopy floor mounted with control panel and equpied with retrofit emission control device (RECD) to ensure pollution free complying with all latest CPCB IV norms for pollution and noise with the following:- (A) Diesel engine of required capacity 6 cylinder vertical 4 stroke electric start,heavy duty,water cooled rediator and cooling fan system, for continious duty with overload capacity of 10% for one hour in any tweleve hours duration confirming to IS:10002/BS: 5514 / ISO:3046 and comprising the following:- (i) The engine shall be supplied with Electronic Governor as per ISO 8528. (ii) Suitable coupling & guard. Fly wheel with starting ring and self starter. (iii) Fuel pump with pre and MICRO fuel filter. (iv) Fuel & lub oil filters fuel hoses. (v) Water pump and lub oil pump. (vi) Electric starting system with battery charging alternator and axial type starter motor including adequate number of high capacity maintenance free lead acid battery 180 AH 12 Volt as per manufactures requirement including inter connecting copper cable with terminal complete. (vii) Suitable designed fuel tank with level indicator marked in Ltrs and silencer. (viii) Suitable designed silencer. (ix) Engine safety against low lubnricating oil pressure and high water pressure.

(B) Engine instrument panel comprise with the following:- (i) Starting switch with key / Push buttons (ii) Water temperature gauge. (iii) Lube oil pressure gauge. (iv) Digital type meter for measuring and display of amperage,voltage,PF, frequency RPM and KWH. (v) Indicating lamps. (vi) Safety alarm against high water temperature and low lunricating oil pressure. (C) Self exciting,self regulating brushless alternator rated for 320 KVA (256KW) at the speed of 1500 RPM at 415 Volts,50 Hz three phase 4 wire system with advance electronic voltage regulators to ensure high voltage accuracy with +/- 1% with class H insulation and SPDP enclosures directly coupled with the engine through flexible coupling and conforming to IS -13364 complete - 01 No. (D) Common fabricated base frame for engine and alternator made from structural channel/T section/ angle iron etc duly installed on and including suitable jerk proof PCC foundation 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate including adequate number of suitable anti vibration pads all as per the recommendation of the manufactures, height of the plinth should not be 0.60 mtr from GL (cost of PCC foundations, excavation earth work and anti vibration pads included in the quoted rates).

S& F of AMF Panel Indoor Type, supply and fabricating, fixing, testing and commissioning of factory made floor mounted Automatic Mains failure panel 415 volts, 50 Hz rated fault level 65 KA with internal arc containment with IP 54 protection rupturing capacity at 415 volts, factry mede in as approved factory having seven tank treatment process for powder coating with thickness not less than 60 microns with paint shape RAL -7035 provided with suitable gasket to make it dust/vermin proof & general contruction for 320 KVA DG Set made out of 2.00 mm thick sheet with powder coated painting, suitable rated copper bus bar, internal wiring with provision of connecting incoming and outgoing leads/bus bar having two earth terminal mounting on channel/angle iron base complete with the following accessories for the AMF Panel :- (a) Contractors 630 Amps, 4 pole - 02 Nos Make - Havells L&T/Schneider/Havells/Legrand/C&S. (d) Controller Micro Controller Type - 01 No Make - Procom or equivalent. (e) Autometic Battery Charger 24 Volt, 10 Amps SMPS Type -01 No Make - Elect India or Equivalent..
