Supply and filling 100 mm spread thickness of Moorum/Red bajri spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required including scrapping/cleaning of road side berms complete all as specified and as directed .

Repair to potholes any depth, not exc 1 sq m each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by filling in screened & graded road metal, spreading, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal) but making good by applying tack coat @ 5 kg per 10 sq m, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 kg per 10 sq m, blinded with 0.09 cu m of stone chippings, 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings). depth of potholes exc 30 mm all as specified.

Preparing of existing old black top surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a tack coat with bituminous primer using paving bitumen of grade VG-10 @ 5 Kg per ten square metre complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 75 mm or less consolidated thickness premix bituminous macadam using binder paving bitumen grade VG-30 at the rate of 4% of total mix weight by using Hot mix plant for mixing and mechanical paver for laid/rolled and compacted with 8 to 10 tonne power roller to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed. Note:-Work shall be executed as per approved design mix from NABL Govt approved lab /Govt Engg College as decided by GE. (ii) Any variation in binder content during design mix at site on plus side shall be borne by the contractor without any extra cost to the Government.

M&L Providing bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete 30 mm consolidated thickness with minimum 5.0 % binder content by weight of total mix, using paving bitumen VG-30 using hot mix plant and laid by using mechanical paver, rolled and compacted with 8 to 10 tonne power roller to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (i) Work shall be executed as per approved design mix from NABL Govt approved lab /Govt Engg College as decided by GE. (ii) Any variation in binder content during design mix at site on plus side shall be borne by the contractor without any extra cost to the Government.

S&F in replacement cat eye reflectiv type of metal body alloy of size 100mmx100mmx20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No DA 972.0 fixed with and including mild steel stud of suitable size complete all as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement solar cat eye aluminium alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25 mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/0.3 Watt one NI-ed recharageable battery (1.2V/1600MA) consiting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd complete all as per manufacturer instructions complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc. and the like n. exc 10cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Road marking work shall be carried out in accordance with manufacture's instructions and as specified. (ii) Refer MORTH specification of Para 803.4.2.1 and 800.4.2.2 on bituminous surface in white colour or yellow colour and super imposed with glass beads confirming to BS 6088 and MORTH specification Para 803.4.3.3

S&F in repair frontier 80 cm outdoor convex mirror,FCMO-80 with 75 mm dia 2.5 m long mild steel pole and suitable bracket for fixing of convex mirror including applying two coat synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer on exposed surfaces of steel work with necessary excavation and earth work as required and fixing pole in cement concrete 1:3:6 type-C-2 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate to requred height as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair speed breaker made out of ABC material having size 350mmx50mmx250mm ,two highly reflective reflectors moulded in PMMA material are welded with ABS plate through ultrasonic welding process and then fixed on to the speed breaker so that dust and water cannot touch reflectors inside and thus it maintains its reflectivity for a long time of Model-DA-1005 complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair Solar delineator plate length 1000mmx47mm made out of polycarbonate and toughened aluminium alloy body , height 145mm, diameter 80 mm, comprises of 4 super bright LED which give 360 degree viewing solar panel 2.5 V,120mm (approx),125 V rechargeable battery 01 No complete all as specifed and as directed. Make :- Darkeye or equivalent as approved.

Manufacturing,supplying and fixing Retro reflective regulatory sign board of size 900 mm diameter made out of 2 mm thick aluminium sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity encapsulated lens type retro reflective sheeting as approved.Letter,symbols, borders etc will be as per IRC-67 with required colour scheme on the boards and with the high intensity grade A . The aluminium sheet to be riveted to mild steel frame of angle iron 40mmx40mmx4mm. the board will be fixed to 1 No 50mmx50mm square post made of angle iron 50mmx50mmx4mm,4 m long welded to the frame with adequate anti- theft arrangement. Sheet work to be painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade over one coat of red oxide primer including preperation of surface and back side of sheet painted with two coat of epoxy paint over one coat of red oxide primer including preperation of surfaces complete in all respect complete all as specifed and as directed.

S&F in repair stainless board high intensity reflective sign boards made out of hardned ACP sheet 2 mm thick POP riveted to stainless steel rectangular pipe pf size 50mmx25mm frame of size 900mmx1200mm. Frame support with bolts over 60 mm round 3 M long stainless steel pipe of 16 gauge with stainless steel bonded clamps. All stainless steel sheet parts shall be polished. Sign board shall be reflective on one side with wide HIP sheet and overaly film of blue color with computer cut letters sign and border all as directed. Two board on single frame are fixed back to back to look as one for D/S board includig necessary excavation and earth work and fixing board in cement concrete 1:3;6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate having minimum size 250 mmx250mmx450 mm complete all as specifed and as directed.
