Supply and fixing in repair of Primary Control Power Semiconductor Semi-Pak performing following functions –These Semi Packs are used to keep the output voltage within 2% regulation band against Load Variation and Line supply variation. There are three Semi Packs in each DC Power supply. They are connected to the primary winding of output transformer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair of Sync Transformer of part No 17 of system performing following functions:-The mains supply voltage phase position is required for deciding firing position of Semi pack modules in DC power supply system and Power SCRs SFC. This phase position is selected through sync Transformers complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair of Inverter Control PCB,PWM INVERTER CONTROL CARD (PCB –9A, 9B, 9C) (EE- 09 BM2) of system performing following functions The main function of PWM Inverter Control card (EE-09A, EE-09B, EE-09C) is to generate PWM pulses for IGBT Inverter Bridge of each phase, control the output voltage within acceptable limits, protect SFC from output over load, output over voltage, output under voltage, output short circuit and over temperature of power IGBTs. The output voltage of the Inverter is sensed from each output phase by Inverter feedback transformers (T12A, T12B, T12C) and fed to output voltage control loop. In case DC input voltage to the Inverter or load on the Inverter varies, this voltage loop controls modulation such that Inverter output voltage remains constant. Non-linear load or introduction of dead band between the two PWM waveforms may introduce some distortion at the output voltage of the Inverter. This distortion is corrected by a waveform correction circuit in the control card. (EE-09B).The output current is sensed by output current feedback transformers CT2A, CT2B, CT2C complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair of Control Transformer of part No 22 of system performing following functions:-: The electronic power supply required for DC Firing Control PCB is generated from this transformer T22. The synchronizing signal required for firing instance for Semi pack is also generated by these transformer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair of Driver PCB ; IGBT DRIVER AND TRIP CIRCUIT (PCB – 8A1, 8A2, 8B1, 8B2, 8C1, 8C2) (EE-08M1) of system performing following functions: The PWM waveforms generated by control circuit are fed to two driver PCBs (EE-08M1) for driving IGBT bridge of each phase (Driver PCB 8A1, 8A2, 8B1, 8B2, 8C1, 8C2). Each driver circuit drives half bridge and ensures that IGBT are in saturation when turned ON and fully turned OFF by reverse biasing when control drive is off. If any transistor tends to go out of saturation due to excessive overload or inadequate base drive, it cuts off base drive from the IGBT and trips the Inverter through Inverter trip circuits EE-08M1 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair of Power IGBT of system performing following functions: This is the main power component used for conversion of DC voltage, generated by AC to DC converter, to 400 Hz AC supply of desired voltage. This is most important component in this SFC. There are Six IGBT modules in each SFC for 3 phase SFC and two IGBT modules for single phase SFC. Each IGBT module consists of two IGBTs connected in series and connected across the controlled DC voltage. The IGBTs are switched ON and OFF through IGBT Driver PCBs. IGBTs are selected as per power rating of the SFC complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair of DC to DC PCB of system performing following functions: The DC to DC power supply PCB is provided to generate +/- 12 V DC power supply for Inverter Control PCB. It also generates 8 V AC supplies for IGBT Driver PCB. The DC to DC PCB gets its input supply of 400 V DC from AC to DC converter output. It starts working only when the AC to DC converter reaches 400 V DC complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair of Bleeder load resistor of system performing following functions: The Bleeder Load Resistors are required to restrict the Dc variation in DC Power supply system and DC link voltage variation in SFC. The bleed Load resisters also help in discharging the DC capacitors quickly when the systems are switched Off complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair of Input MCB 63A TP 415 Volt "C" curve 10 KA system complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair of RFI Module of system performing following functions:- The mains supply have RF interference due to other equipment. The RFI Module restricts the effect of RF interference on DC power supply system / SFC complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair of Display PCB of system performing following functions:- The Output parameters DC Voltage, DC Current, Set output Voltage, Password and data feeding is done through this display complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair of Programable control PCB of system performing functions:- The Programmable ControlPCB is having PASSWORD to avoid change of voltage / Frequency by un-authorized persons. An active Programmable Control PCB is provided to set the output voltage and output frequency.complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair of Feedback Transformer of part No 12 of system performing following functions:-The feedback transformer is used for controllong the output voltage of the SFC. The feedback transformer transmits the output voltage signal to Inverter Control PCB and the Inverter Control Card generates corresponding controlling PWM wave and maintain the output voltage within 1 % regulation band complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair of Cooling Fan 4'' of system performing following functions:-. The cooling fans are provided for localized spot cooling inside the systems. These are high speed mains operated fans with high quality bearings for long life and soundless operation complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

These are high speed mains operated fans with high quality bearings for long life and soundless operation complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair of Display Programmer PCB of system performing following functions:-.An active Programmable Controller is provided to set the output voltage. The Programmable Controller is having PASSWORD to avoid change of voltage by un-authorized persons. The voltage can be varied from 25 V to 30 V steplessly complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair of Display Program PCB of system performing following functions:-An active Programmable Controller is provided to set the output voltage to the desirable value.The Programmable Controller is having PASSWORD to avoid change of voltage by un-authorized persons. The voltage can be varied from 105 V to 125 V Steplessly complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair of CT of part No 17 of system performing following functions:. CT i.e. Current transformers are used to monitor the load currents of the systems. The CTs are used for protection against over current and short circuit of the systems complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair of Convertor power module of system performing following functions:- These Converter Power Modules are used to keep the output voltage within 2% regulation band against Load Variation and Line supply variation. There are three Converter Power Modules in SFC system.. They are connected in the mains supply and convert the AC voltage I to DC voltage to maintain the DC link voltage constant irrespective of variation in Input supply or Load variation complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair of Input contactor of system performing following functions:. The system start sequence is decided by Input contactor. The starting sequence is initiated when the input supply is switched ON. The Input supply is connected to various control transformers and Start Up sequence is initiated complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair of Input voltage sensing PCB of system performing following functions:-The systems are protected against mains supply variation by the Input voltage Sensing PCB. The Input Voltage Low and High tripping levels are set in this PCB. The System trips when Input voltage is either lower than set value of Input Low Voltage or higher than set value of Input High Voltage complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair of Secondary power semiconductor press pack of system performing following functions:-These Power Packs are used to keep the output voltage within 2% regulation band against Load Variation and Line supply variation. There are three Power Packs in each DC Power supply system used after the step down transformers. They are connected to the Secondary winding of output transformer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair of Secondary Power Diode Module of system performing following functions:-The controlled voltage from secondary of output transformer is connected to Secondary Power Diode Module bridge. This bridge converts AC voltage to controlled DC Voltage of 28 v DC complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for isopathic resin coating with fibre glass, and leak proof joint material over fume extraction system tower tank (11 No's) at EP shop, duly completed by expert technician complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : Rate quoted deemed to inclusive of removal of old existing coating complete from surface and fixing of new coating all as specified.

Supply and installation of alkaline/ acidic collection tank of approximately size 12.5 x 4.8 x 4.8 feet made of PPGL material of high quality complete including taking out of existing broken tank from steel structure and fixing of new tank at its position complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : Rate quoted are inclusive of Transportation, installation and comissioning of tank.

Supply and installation of neutralization tank of approximately size 6.5 x 6 x 6 feet made of PPGL material of high quality complete including taking out of existing broken tank from steel structure and fixing of new tank at its position complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.Note : Rate quoted are inclusive of Transportation, installation and comissioning of tank.

Supply and fixing in replacement of 20 mm dia bore UPVC Pipe including all fittings such as bend, tee, elbow, union, reducer etc, laid in trenches / floor/ walls etc complete all as specified and as directed at site .

Material and labour for opening/ dismantling of existing Filter body, fixing / welding of strainer mesh of appropriate dia as per filter body size and refixing of filter body after filling of filter media complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : Filter media will be measured under respective BOQ item

Supply and filling of activated filter media of quartz sand of suitable size and filtration capacity as per site requirement

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for framed work such as grills,gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors;ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of Ladder in Over Head Tank and similar work conforming to Fe 290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Necessary safety tools and measure should be the responsiblity of contractor and rate of all T & P is included in quoted rates.

M&L for applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation of newly steel surface of any description exc. 10 cm width or girth complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of Cement concrete (Unreinforced) of any description in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 75 mm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone agg) as in flooring/plinth protection/sub-base finishing concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.
