M&L for Marking lines, dashes arrows etc of any description nexc 10cm width/girth on road surface with retroreflective colour paint as per MORTH specification and confirming to relevent IS using hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint mixed with radium glass beads @ 250 gms/sqm of 2.5mm thick in layer with automatic paint applicator machine fitted with profiles shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank & profile shoe heater driven by experienced operator to provide reflectivity and night vision (approximate temperature being 200° Celsius at the time of laying) including cleaning the surface by removing all dirt, dust & all other foreign matters, demarcation at site and traffic control, complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fixing Cat Eye of size 90mm x 100mm x 17mm made out from ABS body with scratch and abrasion resistant micro prismatic polycarbonate and ultrasonically welded lenses of temprature resistance body dynamically designed very high impact strength and fixed on road with bituminous adhesive as per manufacturers instruction, complete all as specified and directed. S&F of solar cat eye aluminium alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mmx125mmx25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency mono crystaline solar panel 2.4V/0.3 watt one Ni-ed rechargable battery (1.2V/1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10000 to 18000 MCD complete as per manufacturers instruction etc all as specified and directed. Supply and fixing in repairs convex safety mirror 1000 mm dia in size made of ABS body & polycarbonate lens provided with suitable stainless steel pipe post (50mm dia and 1.5 mtr height above GL and 0.60 mtr below GL) out door purpose including stand/pedestal embedded in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm grade crushed stone aggregate of size 30x30x30cm with & including necessary excavation & earth work complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge. Manufacturing, supplying and fixing in repairs of refroreflective Road directing Sign Board of size 1.75 m x 1.05 m with A grade 3M brand retroreflective on ACP sheet with 304 grade stainless pipe of 50mm mm dia A grade complete height of board 3 m incl 50x50 mm square SS frame all round the board and marking the layout of colony incl bldg with Nos, roads, park and other ancillaries complete including embedding the board in PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 and making a plateform of size 2.25 m x 0.60 m x 0.30 m in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 including fixing of glazed ceramic tiles of approved colour over screed bed in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Rate for Serial item No '8' shall be inclusive of cost of complete item of sign board including items such as Earth Work ( i.e. excavation in post holes in any type of soil, returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and compacting in layers, removal of surplus spoil to a distance not exceeding 50 metres), PCC for post/ plateform & tile work as specified).

Manufacturing, supplying and fixing in repairs of refroreflective Road directing Sign Board of size 1.23 m x 0.76 m (two side) with A grade 3M brand retroreflective on ACP sheet with 304 grade stainless pipe of 50mm mm dia A grade complete height of board 2.8 m incl 50x50 mm square SS frame all round the board and writing the required texts/ symbols etc. including embedding the board in PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 and making a plateform of size 1.20 m x 0.60 m x 0.30 m in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 including fixing of glazed ceramic tiles of approved colour over screed bed in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed.
