Taking out old unserviceable under ground cable from trenches/poles /pipe/floor of size 240 Sqmm 3.5 core complete all as directed.

Supply and laying in trenches / fixed to wall/ drawn in pipe/duct/laid in floor XLPE insulated screened,PVC bedded and sheathed and steel wire/strip armoured cable 1100V grade with stranded aluminum conductor of cross sectional area 50 Sq mm 3.5 core incl testing and commissiong complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying in trenches / fixed to wall/ drawn in pipe/duct/laid in floor XLPE insulated screened,PVC bedded and sheathed and steel wire/strip armoured cable 1100V grade with stranded aluminum conductor of cross sectional area 150 Sq mm 3.5 core incl testing and commissiong complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing with copper earth plate electrode of size 60x60x3.15 mm thick buried directly in ground to a depth not less than 2.25 Mtr deep below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 Mtr deep below normal ground level connected to copper strip of size 20x3 mm as earthing lead by means of nuts, bolts and washers of copper / brass after welding/brazing of copper strip to earth electrode to the full length of earth plate, 25 mm dia GI tubing light grade protection pipe up to test point, 20 mm dia GI watering pipe medium grade with funnel and wire mesh , PCC pit 1:3:6 with pit cover of size 30x30 cm made of RCC 1:3:6 with suitable handle, angle iron frame made of angle iron of size 40x40x4 mm, adequate qty of charcoal dust and salt layers all around the earth plate ,removal of surplus soil and returning and filling in all as required at site including test point made out of steel plate of size 75x75x6 mm fixed to wall as specified in plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I and directed.

Supplying, Fixing, jointing and testing for indoor type cold shrinkable end termination joint with jointing material and accessories suitable for 11 KV, XLPE cable 95 Sqmm 3 core complete all as specified and directed

Supplying, Fixing, jointing and testing for outdoor type cold shrinkable end termination joint with jointing material and accessories suitable for 11 KV, XLPE cable 95 Sqmm 3 core complete all as specified and directed

Suppy, installation, commisionig and testing cubical pannel board 3 phase 4 wire 415 volt AC 50 Hz, factory made outdoor type fabricated with 3.15mm thick CRCA sheet dust and vermin proof duly powder coating painted over a coat of red oxide primer having bus bar chamber with 4 Nos 315 Amps copper bus bar on appoxy insulator 1100 volt grade, mounted on angle iron frame made out of 40x40x5mm angle iron 300mm high above floor level and grouting 150mm in PCC on all four corners with and including internal connections using copper cable/wire/bus bar and following items.

INCOMING:- (a) MCCB, 315/320 Amps, 4 pole, 415 Volts, AC having breaking capacity , 36 KA with adjustable thermal magnetic setting – 01 No. (b) Digital Ammeter 96x96mm 3 Phase AC 0 – 600 Amps, with built in slector switch and 3 Nos of current transformer of suitable ratio, aux supply 230 volt AC-01 No. (c) Indicating lamps LED type for three phases -R Y B of 3 Nos, (d) Digital Voltmeter 96x96mm to read phase and line voltage 500 volts with built in selector switch, aux supply 230 volt AC-01 No. (e) Photonic Astronomical timer switches (Having Latitude and Longitude at the installed location of Indian cities in memory) 150V to 260V AC, 50 HZ single phase of 15000 watts rating with dual mode operation (Asronomical timer/Real time clock) , location accuracy + 1 degree, clock accuracy + 1 second and provided to delay "Switch ON" Lights after sunset PFF offset provided to early "Switch OFF" lights before sunrise time, RTC mode input ON and OFF time clock based with on delay 0-99 seconds user adjustable and dual relay can be individually programmed with control MCB and auto/manual switch, 4 pole contactor complete

OUT GOING:- (a) MCCB, 160 Amps, 4 pole, 415 Volts, AC supply, having breaking capacity , 16 KA with adjustable thermal & fixed magnetic setting, – 02 No. (c) MCCB, 63 Amps, 4 pole, 415 Volts, AC supply, having breaking capacity , 10 KA with adjustable thermal & fixed magnetic setting – 01 No.

Supply,erecting and fixing in true vertical position, steel tubular swaged pole (410 SP – 55), 11 mtr long, complete with cast iron base plate, pole cap / finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and washers, welded reduced section and longitudinal weld throughout entire length of pole including 2 coats of black bituminous paint externally upto planting depth and remaining exterior portion of pole shall be provided with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of aluminium paint and numbering of the pole etc. complete all as specified and directed. Notes:1. Excavation, Earth work and PCC shall be measured and paid seperately 2. Existing 2 pole structure will be converted into 4 pole structure.

Supply, fixing, commissioning and testing of outdoor, gang operated switch,tilting type, of current rating upto 200 Amps, triple pole, each pole consisting of galvanized steel base, HT insulators as per IS, non ferrous knife and spray, loaded contacts, arcing horns of adequate section to break magnetizing current of the transformers, adequate length of GI pipe for phase separation, adequate length of GI pipes 25 mm dia light grade for operation from ground level and operating handle with locking arrangement complete in both OFF & ON positions. All ferrous parts hot dripped galvanized and non ferrous heavily tinned to with stand weather and suitable for vertical mounting complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying, fixing, commissioning & testing of distribution class lighting arrestor of rating 11 KV and 30 KA NDC confirming to EC99-4/1990 including brackets, clamps, bolts, nuts and washers complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600mm X 600mm X 6mm buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 meter below normal ground level (with top edge of earth plate not less than 3.25 meter below ground level) connected to GI strip 32x6 mm main earthing lead by means of galvanized bolts, uts and washers with connected to earth test point & to main switch board /panel etc. all as specified and testing on completion with and including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, earth electrode, earthing lead from electrode to equipment/substation/panel etc, adequate quantity of charcoal dust and common salt, test point, PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) for earth pit with 40 x 40 x 6 mm mild steel angle iron frame for cover, pre cast RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) 40mm thick cover reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars 3 Nos both way with 12mm dia round bar handle, GI light grade watering pipe 20 mm dia with funnel,wire mesh all as shown in electrical plate no. 3 of SSR Part I of 2009 and 40 mm dia GI light grade pipe earth lead protection complete all as specified and directed..

M&L PCC 1:4:8 (nominal mix) type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in foundation filling land mass concerte for poles and stay/installation paths complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:3:6 (nominal mix) type C-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in foundation filling land mass concerte for poles and stay/installation paths complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cross arm, bracings, supports clamp and back plate etc. fabricated from structural steel sections as ordered including suitable and necessary nut, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and including preparation of steel surfaces and applying one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of aluminium paint all as specified and directed for fixing on existing HT lines.

Excavation in trenches in any type of soil not exceeding 1.5 metre deep and not exceeding 1.5 mtr width and getting out soil including forming bottom surface to required slope/gradient for laying cables/pipes/pole foundation etc. all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B1(using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth blocks, coping etc. including necessary form work, complete all specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers of 25 cm thick after the cables etc. are laid, jointed and tested complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus excavated spoil to a distance not exceeding 50 Mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying sand cushioning for cable protection in trenches 8cm before laying cable and 15 cm deep over the cable all as specified and directed.

Supplying & Laying un-reinforced pre cast flat concrete cable protection cover of class LV, type I, size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm, factory made, complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying & Laying un-reinforced pre cast flat concrete cable protection cover of class HV, type I, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm, factory made, complete all as specified and directed.
