M&L for modular point wiring for one light point/ fan point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC sheathed/insulated multi stranded 1100 volts grade copper conductor cable in PVC conduit complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- (i) PVC conduit shall be of 20mm dia (min), medium class and with it's all accessories. (ii) Terminal box shall sunken type and suitable for modular switch/sockets of appropriate modules. (iii) Modular sheet and cover of suitable modules shall be provided (iv) Proper colour code shall be followed for Phase, earth and neutral wire. (v) Cutting chases in wall (in case of concealed or resseced type point wiring), if required, shall be measured and paid separately under respective item here-in-after. (vi) Point wiring shall strictly as per relevant code. (v) Rates of all material required/mentioned above shall deemed included in quoted unit rate except switches, sockets, fan regulators, ceiling rose, lamp holders etc.

All as per item No 4 above but with 2.5 sqmm cable for one 5/6 Amp socket outlet point on independent board .

M&L for GI electrode chemical earthing including RCC earthing pit having 450 x 450 Cl chamber cover complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. The earting shall comprising the following:- (i) GI electrode shall be high conductive, corrosion resistant, CPRI tested maintenance free having pipe in pipe technology based. The dia of primary conductor (inner pipe) and secondary conductor (outer pipe) shall be of 40mm and 80mm respectively. The space between secondary and primary conductor of earthing electrode shall be filled with crystalline compound. The length of GI electrode shall be minimum 3000mm (3 meters) (ii) Earth resistance values should not be less than 3 Ohm and but EN voltage 02 V. (iii) Dia of earth pit's bore hole shall not be less than 200mm and minimum 3.50m deep.

(iv) Around the earth electrode, earth pit bore hole should be backfilled with minimum 50 Kg of ground enhancement compound ERIC containing mixture of Silica sulphate, Alumina, Iron Oxide, titanium Oxide, Calcium Oxide, Sodium Oxide, Zink Oxide etc. (vi) Length of electrode may be increased with connecting extra 25x4mm GI strip. The total depth should not less than 3.50m without any extra cost to the department. (vii) The testing for earth resistance shall be carried out in the presence of Engg-in-charge and report duly signed by contractor and Enng-in-charge shall be kept in record. Note : If 3 Ohm earth resistance values is not achieved at site, the contractor will addition grid system to achieve the desired result without any extra cost to the department. M&L for sub main wiring with two single core FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor of size 6 Sqmm nominal cross sectional area and one run as continuous earth wire of similar description, drawn in and including 20mm dia 'medium grade' PVC concealed conduits (with fittings), complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: Two run of main wire and one run of earth wire with conduit shall measured as One unit length.

Taking down carefully existing ceiling fan by disconnecting all electrical connection, sealing cable end, dismantling blades and removing fan and blades to store complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE: Fans shall be deposited by the contractor in AGE E/M Varanasi yard).

S&F BLDC ceiling fan, 1200 mm sweep, BEE 5 star rated, 230 V, 50 Hz, single phase AC supply with remote or electronic regulator unit for speed control and all remaining accessories complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair new exhaust fan heavy duty, steel body with steel blads, 250mm sweep, single phase 240 volt including making electrical connection and writing MES No with black paint complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: Existing exhaust fans shall be deposited by the contractor in AGE E/M Varanasi yard

S&F two pin and earth plug and socket with one MCB single pole 20 to 32amps 'B' series 10KA in sheet metal enclosure and connecting complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, Installation, testing and commisioning of factory made LT distribution board, size not less than 1000x1000x150mm, cubical type, made out of 3.15mm thick CRCA steel sheet, totally enclosed duly painted with two coats of powder coated paint over a coat of red oxide primer (spray painting), wall mounted/ semi grouted in wall with locking arrangement and provision of tapping for incoming and outgoing electric connections with suitable size of lugs complete all as specified and directed. The LT panel enclose shall comprising of the following accessories:- (i) Copper bus bar chamber TPN of 200 amps rating - 01 Nos (Set of four strip). (ii) Phase indicating lamp - 01 Nos (Set of three). (iii) Voltmeter (0-500V), three phase, digital type with inbuilt selector switch -01 Nos (iv) Ammeter (0-300 Amps) three phase, digital type with inbuilt selector switch incl CT's - 01 Nos.

Taking down/dismantling of LT Panel steel enclosure with MCCB/MCB of any capacity including disconnection of existing energy meters and making good disturbed surfaces of walls to match the existing complete all as specified and directed.
