Supply and laying PCC cable cover class HV type 1 flat size 300 mmx180mmx40mm complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming excavated soil in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick each , filling back in trenches after cables have been laid and tested complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cable route indicator showing "HT Cable" and route/joint of cable with arrow made of PCC 1X2X4 type B1 duly rendered with plaster 10 mm thick of size 40 X50X20cm fixed and erected on PCC plateform of sixe 40X40X10 CM goruted in grounts duly painted on both sides with HT Cable Route complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11 KV grade (Earthed) cable for outdoor terminal heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE, armoured, Al conductor cable of 120 sq mm,outdoor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for boring of holes under road, Pavement, Hard standing or as directed by trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique and necessary machine for crossing of XLPE cable as per standard technical specification with and including HDPE pipe of dia not less than 150mm suitable for 0.4Mpa working pressure and vertical depth n.exc. 2 mtr and horizontal dia n.exc. 200mm and including getting out, removing excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where as directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and erecting steel tubular swaged pole with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & washers as per IS 2713 (Part-II) 1980 made out of mild steel tubing, type 410 SP-55 (11.00 metre long) including marking pole No on pole including painting of poles with one coat of red oxide primer and two coat of aluminum paint (one coat before fixing and one coat of aluminum paint after fixing) over exposed surface and two coats of bituminous paint over embedded portion & the portion above coping shall be painted in alternative bands of black and yellow colour starting with white colour (each band of 30cm wide) by two coats of super enameled paint upto 1.5m height complete all as specified and directed. Note : Earth work and PCC in foundation shall be measured separately.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and more than 1.5 m n exc 3.0 m in depth; for foundation, etc. Or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. N exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 3.0 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concretecomplete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in coping complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending colt or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat of aluminium paint, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installing and testing of Lightning arresters expulsion type complete with all fittings, transmission class, nominal discharge capacity 10 Kilo Amp capacity, pressure relief current 40 KA, suitable for 11 KV complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for fixing air break gang operated switch outdoor type HT 11 KV triple pole mechanically operated mounted on HT insulators horizontal/ vertical type including MS galvanised steel frame with operating mechanism worked from ground level including operating rod of size 32 mm dia GI medium grade for current rating of cap 400 Amps 11000 volts with locking arrangement, MS clamps, bolts, nuts and washers etc including preparation of MS surface and applying two coats of aluminum paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing drop Out Fuse unit, expulsion type for outdoor air break gang operated switch,single pole,mounted on and including insulators for 11 KV working pressure fixed to MS channels with nuts,bolts & washers etc,synthetic bounded fuse tube complete suitable for current carrying capacity upto 100 Amps complete all as specified and directed.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cmX60cmX6.0mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not than 1.5mtr below normal ground level connected to GI earth strip of size 32 x 6mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron complete earth pit of PCC M-10(Nominal mix) using 20mm graded stone aggregate, 50mm thick earth pit cover of RCC M-15 (Nominal mix) using 20mm graded stone aggregate with MS TMT reinforcement bar of 8mm dia @ 150mm centre to centre both ways, MS handle 10mm dia made to shape, PGI funnel, wire mesh and 20mm bore GI water pipe medium grade and 40mm bore light grade GI pipe for protection of earth strip and connect to eqpt /LA /panel point with use of Porceline insulator where required, common salt, charcoal dust including provision of earth test Point for earth test complete all as specified and as directed all as shown in electrical plate No. 5 of MES SSR Part I and testing on completion, including excavation and earth work in any type of soil and making good the disturbed surfaces of wall floors etc without claiming extra cost complete all as specified and directed. Note:- GI Strip beyond 7.5 meter length from earth electrode shall be measured and paid separately.

All as per item Srl No.19 above but by using GI wire 4mm dia as earth lead & 15mm bore medium grade GI pipe for protection of earth wire from plate to main LA/GO/Electrical eqipment.

M&L for GI wire 4mm dia as earth continuity conductor burried in ground or drawn in pipe or fixed to pole complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying GI Pipe light grade, size 150mm with all fitting and fixed complete to walls/poles/underpass and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repairing road cutting with premix ready mix road patching compound including preparing the affected surface by cleaning, sweeping ,brushing and apply cat's coat primer and pouring the ready mix road patching compound, spreading, leveling and compacting to match with existing road complete all as per manufacturers instruction and complete all as specified and directed.
