Supply and fixing LED Light fitting bed side lamp with high out put , 9 watt, 220 v AC decorative type including connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size complete all as specified and direceted.

Supply , install, testing & commossioning of indoor type, wall mounted ( with anchor bolts & nuts)compartmentalized type Meter Cabinted for provision and fixing arrangements of 4/6 Nos energy meters of overall dimension 1200mm(W)X750mm(H)X200mm(D) made out of 2.0mm thick CRCA sheet with front door having out duly covered with polycorbonate/glass panel for viewing Kwh meter/Timer and other door shall be opaque. All door should have gasket and locking arrangement to meet ingress protection level IP-43, The cabinet shall be painted both internally and externally with powder coated paint ( RAL 7032 : SIEMENS GREY) after necessary surface treatment. The cabinate shall be fabricated as per drawing and comprising of following accessories:- (a) Four pole MCCB, 63 Amps with breaking capacity 16 KA having fixed thermal and fixed magnetic release and spreader link at both incoming and outgoing side - 01 No. (b) Copper Bus Bar of size 25mm x 3.15mm duly mounted of FPR insulated and necessary drilling for 1 incoming & minimum 6 outgoing connections and duly covered with heat shrinkable PVC sleeves of standard colour code- 4 Nos. Supply and installation and commissioning and testing complete of manucturer OEM manufactured , static silent (sound proof Enclosure) Diesel Engine driven generating set of capacity 63 KVA 415 volts, 3 phase 4 wire, water cooled , system of supply . The DG set shall consist of diesel engine complete to a matching alternator , through flexible coupling and mounted on comman base frame and complete with control panel standardized by manufacturer , fuel tank with mounting arrangement and inlet , outlet return intel oil arrangement , exhaust pipe complete and suitable for conditionss prevalent at Bamrauli (capacity of Enfine , Alternator shall worked out taking alderating factors into consideration) including PCC foundation (of suitable size living a least 0.5 mtr all around for ease of movement and 0.5 mtr height ) , anti vibration pads complete as specified and directed , including all feature to comply with latest CPCB guide line and comprising of following:

DIESEL ENGINE Disel engine 1500 RPM , direct injection, multi cylinders, fourstroke, conforming to IS:100001/ISO3046/BS:469/BS:5514 ammended upto date , for contonous running capable of taking 10 % overload for one hour in 20 hour, water cooled, naturally turbo charged, capable of giving adequate BHP to drive Alternator capable of delivery 63 KVA at outdoor atmospheric conditions at Bamrauli (Taking all derating factorinto consideration) fitting with the following accessories subject to the design of manufacturer:- (i) Dynamically balanced fly wheel. (ii) Air cleaner oil fly wheel (iii) Elecronic Governor class 1 A with back up Mechanical governor class 1 A Flywheel with starter ring (iv) Dry exhaust manifold with suitable exhaust residential grade silencer to reduce the noise level. (v) Radiator cooling. (vi) Radiatorfan with gaurd. (vii) Vaccum indicator . (viii) Fuel filter and fuel houses. (ix) FIP. (x) Fan and water pump assembly. (xi) Lube oil filter and pump. (xii) Electric starting system with battery charging alternator and axial type started motor including adequate no of high capacity maint free lead acid batry as per manufacturer recommendation including inter connecting cable/leads with terminals complete with start/stop switch voltmeter, etc 01 set . (xiii)Engine safety shut down syste.

ENGINE INSTRUMENT PANEL: Engine Instrument panel shall comprising of the following: (i) Starting On/Off switch. (ii) Water temp gauge (iii) Hour meter cum RPM meter. (iv) Lube oil pressure gauge. (v) Lube oil temperature gauge. (vi) Batter charging meter. (vii) Safety alarm against high water temp and lube oil pressure . (viii) Any other item not included/specified but is a standard design of the manufacturer. ALTERNATOR shall be self excited, self regulated, brushlees for 63 KVA contineous operation at the speed of1500 RPM with advance electronoc volage regulator to ensure high voltage accuracy with +1% with class H insulation and SPDP enclouser directly coupled with engine through flexible coupling and confirming to IS-4722 complete 01 Nos. Comman fabricated base frame for Engine and alternator made from structural channel, jerk proof PCC :1:2:4 mix type B-1 foundation including adequate no of suitable anti-vibration pads all as per manufactorer recommendations is deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted by the contractor. Bottom mounted (or as per manufaturer design) steel fuel tank fabricated out of 14 SWF MS sheet of capacity not less than 12 Hrs countineous operation inside canopy with fuel level gauge , drain plug locking arrangements etc. with and including GI Pipe connections duly laid as per engineering practise complete all as specified and directed.

Design supply, install testing & commissioning passengers lift for 13 passenger (884 Kg), speed 1.5 metre/sec, lift with single speed motor 415 volts, 3 phase, AC 50 Hz supply conforming to IS-14665, suitable to serve G + 03 upper floors with AC Variable Voltage & Variable Frequency drive (VVVF drive) complete with all standard accessories, simplex automatic & manual dual controlled operation with/without attendant, centre opening doors with door drive (electric motor driven mechanism), sliding stainless steel doors, automatic rescue device (ARD) system, 3D infra red sensor in full height of door & built in announcing system without hand set (04 Nos, one each in car, Machine room & near Ground floor landing door) , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Overall quoted rates incl of all consumables and minor parts Annual maintenance contract (AMC) during the defect liability period of two year. Necessary MoU shall be submitted by rhe contractor duly signed by the OEM of AMC and further maintenance.

Sch A Part XV (MANNING AND OPERATION OF LIFT)

Manning and operation of Lift for two years DLP of semi skilled category industrial personnel wearing unifrom in one shift per day each of 8 hours including Sunday and holiday complete all as specified and directed by GE.

Sch A Part XVI (ANNUAL MAINTENANCE OF LIFT)

M&L for annual maintenance of Lift by performing all fortnightly, monthly, bi monthly, half yearly and yearly checks and tests including all repair and replacement of unserviceble spare parts for making serviceable after the completion of defects liability period (DLP) through OEM all as per specified and directed. Note:- (a) The contractor shall enter into MoU with the OEMs for the provn of the lift and further maintenance. The MoU for the post warranty/post defect liability period between the contractor and OEM shall be submitted. (b) The rate quoted is inclusive of all consumable and minor parts but excluding of spare parts. If there is any requirement of major spare parts , same will be measured and paid under PC sum.
