M&L for soling (or sub base) 150mm thick (spread thickness) with broken boulders or quarried stones, interstices filled, surface and rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed

M&L for WBM 150mm thick compacted thickness in two layers of 75mm each with course aggregate of grading II (63 to 40mm) size, spread, leveled and rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber using limestone, sand stone, flint or quartzite complete all as specified and directed

Preparing unsurfaced WBM surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dust complete all as specified and directed

M&L for applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer (paving bitumen VG-30) @ 10Kg per 10 Sqm over the prepared surfaces by menchinical sprayer complete all as specified and directed

M&L for premix bituminous macadam (Design mix) (consolidated thicked 75 mm or less) with 4% binder content using paving bitumen VG-30 grade by weight of total mix laid and rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 8 to 10 tonne power road roller complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (a) Premix Bituminous macadam shall be obtained from hot mix plant and spreading shall be done with mechanical paver and asphaltic dense concrete work shall be done within 48 hours after completion of rolling and consolidation of bituminious macadam. (b) Contractor shall quote his rate on the basis of binder as mentioned in above item if there is any variation in the actual binder content used in lower side, the rate shall be adjusted @ Rs.45/Kg. However no price adjustment shall be made if the binder content works out to more than as specified above

M&L for applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer (paving bitumen VG-30 @ 5Kg per 10 Sqm over the prepared surfaces by menchinical sprayer complete all as specified and directed

M&L for laying bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense concrete (Design mix) 40 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix, (Paving bitumen VG-30) rolled and compacted with 8 to 10 tonnes power road roller to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (a) Premix concrete shall be mixed in hot mix plant, transported from plant to work site and laid / spread by means of mechanical paver. (b) Contractor shall quote his rate on this basis of binder as mentioned in above item if there is any variation in the actual binder content used, the rate shall be adjusted @ Rs.45/Kg lower side of binder used. However no price adjustment shall be made if the binder content works out to more than as specified above.

M&L for Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and directed

M&L preparation of new surface of concrete and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primering paint on plaster or concrete surface over 10cm width or grith not otherwise described complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparation of road surface and applying thermoplastic reflective paint for marking of minimum 2.5 mm thick single coat as a centre line or edge line etc road marking of 150/100 mm width using "HOT MARK" thermoplastic paint (hot application) white / yellow by indigenous modern propelled road marking machine as directed including all ingredients such as bider, glass beads, titanium dioxide, calcuim caronatre, inter filler ete thermoplastic requirement for glass beads shall be conforming to BS-6086 & MORTH specification including spraying of glass beads etc complete all as per manufacture's instruction and all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100 mm x 100 mm x 20 mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No.DA 972 fixed with and including MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix solar cat eye aluminium alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125 mm x 125 mm x 25 mm (shank 65 mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4 V / 0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2 V / 1600 MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10000 to 18000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing metal tubular dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermoplastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150 x 150 x 300 mm) type B-1 complete all as specified and directed.

Manufactuing, supplying and fixing retro reflective Mandatory/ Regulatory sign boards of 900 mm dia metre with support length of 3750 mm and made up of 2 mm thick aluminium sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity encapsulated type heat activated retro reflective sheeting conforming to type - IV of ASTM-D 4956-01 in blue and silver white or other colour combination including subject matter, message (bi-lingual), symbols and borders etc. as per IRC ; 67:2001, pasted on substrate by an adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying heat and pressure conforming to class -2 of ASTM-D-4956-01 and fixing the same with suitable sized aluminium alloy rivets @ 20 cm c/c to back support frame of M.S. angle iron of size 25x25x3 mm along with theft resistant measures, mounted and fixed with 2 Nos. M.S. angles of size 35x35x5 mm to a vertical post made up to M.S. Tee section ISMT 50x50x6 mm welded with base plate of size 100x100x5 mm at the bottom end and including making holes in pipes, angles flats, providing & fixing M.S. message plate of required size, steel work to be painted with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of required shade and of approved brand & manufacture over priming coat of zinc chromate yellow primer (vertical MS-Tee support to be painted in black and white colours). Backside of aluminium sheet to be painted with two or more coats of epoxy paint over and including appropriate priming coat including all leads and lifts etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Manufacturing, supplying and fixing retro reflective Overhead informatory road signage and boards, made up of 2 mm thick aluminium sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity and encapsulated lens type heat activated retro reflective sheeting conforming to type - III of ASTMD-4956-01 as approved by Engineer-in-charge, letters, borders etc. as per IRC : 67-2001 in silver white with blue colour back ground and with high intensity grade, pasted on substrate by pressure sensitive adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying pressure conforming to class II of ASTM-D-4956-01 and fixing the same to the plate of structural frame work by means of suitable sized aluminium alloys, rivets or bolts & nuts @ 300 mm centre to centre all along the periphery as well as in two vertical rows along with theft resistant measures, including the cost of painting with two or more coats of epoxy paint in grey colour on the back side of aluminium sheet including appropriate priming coat. The rate includes the cost of rounding off the corners, lowering down the structural frame work from the gantry, fixing and erecting the same in position all complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (Structural frame work including M.S. plate to be provided separately. Rectangular area of the sheet only shall be measured for payment).

M&L for plain cement concrete in post hole Type B2 1:2:4 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) complete all as specified and directed

M&L for two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide including preparation of steel surfaces over 10 cm in width or girth, not otherwise described complete all as specified and directed

S&F plastic speed bump is designed so dynamically and compact that it can bear maximum load on it. The body of the running speed bump is made of PE material. Two highly reflective reflectors moulded in PMMA material are welded with PE base plate through ultrasonic welding process and then fixed on to the speed bump so that dust and water cannot touch reflectors inside area and thus it maintains its reflectively for a long time. it is available in yellow and black colours.
