M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in roof padding, roof kerbs, benching on roof slab and other similar works laid as per slop required finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10mm thick plaster in CM 1:3, mixed with liquid water proofing compound over concrete surface of roof /chajja on cleaning of surface complete all as specified and directed. (Note : WPC to be measured and paid separately under appropriate item)

Taking up or down 15 mm bore GI steel tubing and connections on (walls, ceiling, floors, etc.) including cleaning complete all as specified and as directed

Refixing old 15 mm bore GI steel tubing and connections in new or old position (Walls, ceiling, floors, etc.) complete all as specified and as directed

S&F 15 mm bore GI steel tubing "medium grade" with all fittings and fixed to wall, floor and ceiling etc complete all as specified.

Taking up or down 20 mm bore GI steel tubing and connections on (walls, ceiling, floors, etc.) including cleaning complete all as specified and as directed

Refixing old 20 mm bore GI steel tubing and connections in new or old position (Walls, ceiling, floors, etc.) complete all as specified and as directed

Disconnecting existing water tanks, exceeding 500 & not exceeding 1000 setting aside (or lowering if required) and hoisting, reconnecting and re-fixing in same position after cleaning complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank of capacity 1000 ltr (Cylindrical/vertical with closed top) three layer construction, ISI marked hoisted & fixed in position including dismantling of old tank and removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank of capacity 500 ltr (Cylindrical/vertical with closed top) three layer construction, ISI marked hoisted & fixed in position including dismantling of old tank and removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair ball/ float valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed 20mm bore minimum weight 210 gms complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 20mm bore gun metal, globe or gate valves, with iron wheel heads, screwed both ends for iron pipes and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

Making of angle fillets all around the periphery of the wall with polymer modified mortar using smartcare PRP complete all as specified.

Supply and apply high build elastomeric water proofing coating based on pure, hydrophobic polyurethane, cold applied of spray / brush applied, PU magnum membrane with an elongation of 550% and tensile strength of 2.5 N/ Sqmm as per ASTD D 2370, crack bridging ability of 3 mm as per ASTM C1305, no leakage upto 7 bars of water pressure as per DIN 1048, shore A hardness of min. 45 as per ASTM D 2240. The system includes final base preparation, epoxy primer application and applying SmartCare PU magnum or approved equivalent in two coats with a consumption of 1.5 Kg/ Sqm on a primed surface with SmartCare primer and a GSM geo textile cloth sandwiched in between etc complete as per manufacturer,s specification complete all as specified and directed. Manufacturer : Asian / Dr Fixit / Pidilit.

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound (ISI marked) complete all as specified and directed.

Note against item No 18 :- (a) The preparatory and application work pertaining to water proofing shall be executed from authonzed applicator duly certified by manufacturer as given before execution of work necessary approval shall be taken from GE with all documentary evidences. (b) Where the items executed upto 10 mtr height, necessary scaffolding props, jacks, shuttering & ladder shall be provided by the contractor in his own arrangement and the same is included in unit rates quoted. Green cloth shall be provided all around the work site for any position/height with all safety precaution i.e. Safety Jacket, Safety Shoes, Safety Masks, Safety Helmet, Salery harness, Safety Goggles etc without safety precaution this work will not be commenced as decided by Engineer-in-Charge. NO extra cost shall be paid for such precaution shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate ( c) The contractor shall enter a 'Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) duly notarised (not later than 03 months old) with manufacturer mentioned in the particular specification. Work shall only be commenced when MoU shall be submitted by the Contractor. Validity of MOU shall be valid during the currency of the work. However during defect liability period if any defect noticed contractor shall only be responsible for rectification of the same. (d) Insurance for each worker shall be provided during currency of the work. Same shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (e) Masking / covering of windows/ door during spray painting using polythene film shall be deemed to ne included in the quoted rate. (f) No payments for additional shall be paid to the contractor. (g) Cleaning and clearing site of paint, mats, etc are deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (h) Completion of the work will not be issued without proper cleaning roof site as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Schedule of Credit (MINUS) Rs. 19505.00 B/F from Serial Page No. [Note : Details of items for schedule of credit is given on Srl Page No. ] This amount shall be automatically deducted to arrive at tendered sum
