M&L for rendering 15mm thick on external surfaces of walls etc in cement mortar 1:4 with Pidi Proof 101 LW(+) or Dr fixit or equivalent liquid water proofing admixture @ 200 ml per bag of cement finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note: 1. Rate of Water proofing admixture shall deemed to be included under this item. 2. The Rates are inclding Use of all scaffoldings upto 12 to 14 M ht of buildings

Material and labour for rendering/plastering, 10mm to 30 mm thick as required at site in cement mortar (1:3) , for repair of RCC chajja, roof projection, fin facia , balcony railing etc including applying neat cement slurry @ 3 Kg/sqm befor rendering , finishing surface even and smooth without using extra cement incl necessary scafolding required for repair complete all as specified and directed. Note: 1. The Rates are inclding Use of all scaffoldings upto 12 to 14 M ht of buildings

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick on internal surfaces of walls etc in cement mortar 1:6 with Pidi Proof 101 LW(+) or Dr fixit or equivalent liquid water proofing admixture @ 200 ml per bag of cement finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (Rate of Water proofing admixture shall deemed to be included under this item).

M&L rendering 10 mm thick in CM (1:3) on ceiling surfaces finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for scraping out loose mortar / concrete by chiseling / wire brushing complete and applying rust removing solution (rebaklene soulution) to exposed corroded reinforcement and applying a coat of epoxy primer (Nitozink primer from M/s Fosroc or equivalent as approved by GE) as per manufacture instructions providing and fixing of wire mesh of weight 2.5 Kg per Sqm and apply 25mm average thickness in CM (1:4) mixed with liquid integral water proofing compound (complast 'X' as per manufacture instructions) with gunitting machine at a pressure not less than 5Kg/Sqcm finally rendering 10mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 using liquid integral water proofing compound (complast 'X' 421 i.e. from M/s Fosroc and nitobound AR from M/s Fosroc or equivalent as approved by GE) in the proportion recommended by the manfacture complete all as specifed & directed. Note :- The Rates are inclding Use of all scaffoldings up to 14 M ht of buildings .

M& L for applying two coats of homogenious mixture super latex 302 of Dr fixit or equivalent in the ratio (1:4:7) (One part super latex, 4 part water and 7 parts of cement) @ 1.50 Kg /sqm on surface before plastering complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided as specified complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Framed work such as grills,gratings, etc with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted or forged into spikes framed guard bars barred iron doors ladders framed balusters walk ways railings frame work of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc of required size on the top of floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with old clay bricks straight or curved on plan with mean radius exc 6 m built in CM1:6 incl demolition built in CM of any description including demolition of existing brick work complete all as specified and directed

Removal of plants/trees//Shrubs from roof tops/sides, external walls of bldg, chajjas, wall junctions of rains water/CI soil /waste pipe junctions including taking out the roots entered in wall/slab surfaces and making good the disturbed surface using (1:2:4) type B-O or cement mortar (1:2)including repairing the GI/CI/PVC pipe joints which were damged during cutting/taking out process to match with the existing and finishing the disturbed surface to match with existing including necessary scaffolding/staging upto a height of 15 .00 M from the ground level complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting water tubings near water tanks, taking out old rusted GI tube short lengths (nipples) embedded in RCC tank walls as out lets/inlets by chiselling and replacing with new nipples, making good with cement concrete 1:2:4 and refixing of tubing complete all as specfied and directed. Note: Rates are incl Supply & fixing of new nipple/long screw complete all as specified

M&L RCC 1:1.5 : 3 as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands plinth courses, string courses lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height copings, kneelers, apex stones bed plates, kerbs not provided cement concrete in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specfied and directed. Note :- 1.Necessary from work is including this same item only 2.The Rates are inclding Use of all scaffoldings up to 14 M ht of buildings 3. TMT bar shall be measured and paid sepratly

M&L for Mild steel bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specfied and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete type C1 (1:3:6) (using 20 mm stone graded crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth protection surface finished even and fair including forming construction (dummy) joints 6 mm wide & 10 mm deep and filled with filler at an interval not exceeding 3 metre and at change of direction including demolition of existing plinth protection complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying Two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm on Newly Plastered surfacs of brick (plastered or un-plastered) or concrete surface including preparation complete all as specified and directed. Note: 1. Exterior Primer & Acrylic emulsion paint to be applied on wall surfaces with airless spray machine (Mechanical means) as approved by Engr-in-Charge . 2nd coat shall be applied after 1st coat is dry approximately 6-8 hrs between two coats. Note :- The Rates are inclding Use of all scaffoldings up to 14 M ht of buildings .

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on wall/roof projections including facia, cornices, etc by scrapping with mechanical sander (having mechnical vaccum mechanism ) with sanding pad of appropriate grit to make surface clean, free from dust, loose paint etc by skilled labour complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying Two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm on old prepared surface of brick (plastered or un-plastered) or concrete surface complete all as specified and directed. Note: 1. M&L for Preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and applying Two coat of Oil Bound Distemper over a coat of primer using roller complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered ceiling surfaces and applying two coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preperation of old decorated plastered suface of walls applying two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives complete all as specified and directed. M&L for one coat of synthetic enamel paint on old wood or wooden based surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth including preparation surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for one coat of synthetic enamel paint on old steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth including preparatin of old painted steel surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coat of synthetic enamel paint on steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth including preparatin of new steel surfaces over one coat of red oxide, zinc coating complete all as specified and directed.
