Taking down the GI pipe of 40/50mm dia size from roof top of hangers of height 21mtr and all as specified and direted.

Dismantling / taking down old unsv earthing pit any type/any size including excavation work and demolishing the pits and retrieved the scrap for considering in to credit schedule complete all as apecified and directed.

Supply anfd Fixing the advanced early streamer emmission lightening conductor of stainless steel body single pointed type for providing protection radius of upto 109 mtr in level IV area wirh errected on GI mast pole of 40mm dia along with nut bolts of adequate size and Nos and all fixing materials on Hanger roof height of upto 18 Mtrs and all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing 5M GI mast of pipe outer dia 63mm dia and length not less than 5mtrs and base plate of Galvanized Iron of size 250x250x5mm of IS Standard, IS 1239 (Part-I) with accessories like stay wire, hook, fastner, U clamp with insulators between LA and Mast and the mast will be mount on hangers of height 15 to 21 mtrs top/side wise to maintain the adequate height for arrest the lightning along with modification / alteration to mount the mast on existing hangers and all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and Fixing the 6 digits lightening counter SLDC-6 , IP-65 digital type tested in accordance with IEC 62561-2 to count the No of strikes of 0-999999 digital type of size 100x68x70mm and minimum counting current 500Amp Lightening on perticular Arrestor, operating temperature - 40+85°C and connect with lightening conductor to get the reading of No of strikes and all as specified and diredcted by Engr-In-Charge.

Supply and laying the copper conductor cable 70 sq mm HSVC specially designed for lightning discharge cable tested as per NFC 17-02 and of same OEM as of lightning protective device single core along with adequate insulation grade and laying on surface of sheet/floor/wall with proper saddle clips and with screws and all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing the test terminal block made bronze or phosphorous material to test link of size75x75x25mm and fixing on wall/sheet or any surface by making hole and all as specified and directed.

Supply and Installation Maintenance free Chemical earthing as per IS 3043 earth set consisting of copper bonded rod 17.2 mm outer dia and 12mm inner dia, 3000mm long of having 4No of Holes in entire length of pole with welded clamp of size 150x50x6mm , 25 Kg earth enhancing chemical compound, GI Clamp for connecting rod to cable /strip and poly plastic earth pit etc the Earthing electrode should be burried in ground depth not less than 3.50 mtr and the chemicalof magnesium sulphate, Copper sulphate and Zinc siulphate of Each chemical not less than 25 Kg and refilling of earthing pit with boulders free cotton soil and errection of poly plastic earthing pit 210mm dia and 215mm height along with pit cover of 160mm dia and necessary earth work of excavatio and returning , refilling is included in the quoted rate for this item complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix LED tube fitting flameproof type FLP-WP of T5 , 1x28W including integral reflector made of aluminium alloy LM6, with electronic ballast, bipin holders, connector block etc and all accessories pre-wired and including mounting arrangement made from MS clamps/ steel stucture with suitable size of fasteners etc complete and connecting up with twin core twisted flexible copper conductor with suitable size complete all as specified and directed

Supply & fix switch flame proof totary type with termination box in LM6, 16 A, single pole, 250V complete all as specified and directed
