Note :- Stores required for cleaning of swimming pool eg iron teeth brush with wooden handle, broom sticks, keme coat etc will be deemed to be inclusive and nothing extra will be paid on this account.

M & L for cleaning of complete sewage treatment plant using Jet Pressure machine including aeration tank, oil and grease chamber, FMR tank, final treated water tank, secondary filtration tank (02 Nos) etc by draining out the sewage water by using exit valve or by own high capacity dewatering system and cleaning all the algae formation inside the tank by scrubbing the walls of the tanks using wire brush and scrubber by enganing requisite resources, manpower and T & P etc upto the entire satisfaction of the Engr-in-charge complete all as specified and directed. Note : - (a) Contractor shall carry out normal maintenance of the sewage system and cost thereof shall be deemed to have been included in the quoted rate. However extensive repair where involved shall be intimated to the contractor seperately and repars thereof shall be undertaken against this contract. (b) T & P as required for the work shall be orgainsed by the contractor under their own arrangement. (c) The complete cleaning work is to be done within two days from the date of taken over of the work and emptying of aeration chamber if required will by jet pressure machine. For any default/delay in the work, penal recovery of Rs 2000.00 shall be effected from the payments. (d) Labour/worken engaged by the contractor shall take all requisite preventie safety measures and adequate precautions to avoid any ealth hazard and the department shall not be responsible any eventualities in this regard.

M & L for applying two coats of black bituminous japan paint on inner surface of MBBR Tanks - 02 Nos and outer surface with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade complete all as specified and directed
