Repair to pot holes, not exceeding 30mm depth & not exceeding 01 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth, making good by applying evenly a priming tack coat with bituminous primer (Viscosity of Bitumen primer of Grade VG-10) at the rate of 5 Kg per 10 Sqm of surface, putting in & including bituminous premix carpet 20 mm thick consolidated thickness (Viscosity of Paving Bitumen of Grade VG-30) well rammed and sealed with premixed sand seal coat (6.80 kg of binder with 0.06 cum of sand), again well rammed with 8 to 12 tonne power roller, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing existing black top bituminous surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with mechanical air blower to remove all loose dirt/foreign materials and applying evenly a priming tack coat with bituminous primer (Viscosity of Bitumen primer of Grade VG-10) at the rate of 5 Kg per 10 Sqm of surface, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for premix bituminous macadam with broken stone graded aggregate with 4% of paving bitumen binder of viscosity grade VG-30 grade by weight of total mix (Consolidated thickness 75mm or less), laid / rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber using power roller 8 to 12 tonne, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete 30 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5 % binder content by weight of total mix (Viscosity Grade Paving Bitumen of Grade VG-30) and 3% to 4% filler as per IRC-95, 1987 (filler) prepared in hot mix plant, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient to uniform smooth surfaces by mechanical paver and using with 8 to 12 tonne power roller, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Marking lines, dashes arrows etc of any description exc 10cm width/girth on road surface with retroreflective colour paint using hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint mixed with radium glass beads @ 250 gms/sqm of 2.5mm thick in layer with automatic paint applicator machine fitted with profiles shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank & profile shoe heater driven by experienced operator to provide reflectivity and night vision (approximate temperature being 200° Celsius at the time of laying) including cleaning the surface by removing all dirt, dust & all other foreign matters, demarcation at site and traffic control, complete all as specified & directed. Note:-(a) Thermo plastic material shall consist homogeneously composed of pigment, resins and glass beads in required proportion as per MORTH specification and coforming to relavent IS. (b) The contractor will made proper arrangement for traffic diversion and safety rules during laying of painting on Roads.

M&L for interlocking paver tile of M40+ garde with integrated solar powered LED ligths (flashing/blinking) with solar power source of mono crystalline silicone panel measuring 6.5x4.5cm, providing 3V output and 80 MA current and battery of duracell lithium LED ECERLIGHT featuring six red LEDs enclosed in proctective glass filling as per IP68 standard of Make rosch crete technologies Pvt Ltd and equivalent IS make as approved by GE.

M&L for Kerb stone of 0.3mx0.1mx0.3m of M35 with 6mm thick 040 grade acrylic sheets in milky white for illumination, emitting a red blinking light at 4000K powered by IP68 LED technology, operating on solar energy of not less than 60 lumens including attached solar panel individulay to each kerbstone installation involves a pre pared PCC bed comply with IS code 5758 and IRC standard for road signage and including customizable colour changing LEDs.and quality assurance includes water impact testing, while maintance emphasize solar panle cleanliness and wiring integrity of Make rosch crete technologies Pvt Ltd and equivalent IS make as approved by GE.

M&L for providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade of of 0.3mx0.1mx0.3m cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with & including cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as spfd and directed.

M&L for precast M 35 SFRC (brass coated steel fibre reinforced concrete) tile of size 1200x600mm and 40mm thick to be casted in custmoised rubber mould using coloured concrete made of UV resistant pigment and min. 5% content of steel fibre with cycle/other logo for light transimmision is made by embedding 6mm thick acrylic milky white sheet (040 grade), the top surface is to be grinded and polished (with final coat of deep penetration lithium silicate based sealerand rear side of acrylic is to be filled with extra clear transparent epoxy to enhance rigidity of embeddded acrylic and seal the interface joint of acrylic and concrete and waterproof LED strips (Osram/Ledvance) of grade IP68 and warm white colour tone (4000K) is to be fixed on waterproof & termite resistanat board and placed 35 mm beneath th SFRC tile for uniform light transimmission. Duly primed and painted metal frame work to be pasted using PU adhesive (Keralastic /Kerakol) onto the SFRC tile with sufficient support provided and with additional base frame for light boadr to be used of Make rosch crete technologies Pvt Ltd and equivalent IS make as approved by GE.

Supply and fixing in repairs 1.2m long delinator made of MS pipe 47mm dia, 900 mm above top surface of PCC duly powder coated with 4 Nos of retro reflectives tape (colour as directed) of size 100mm wide from top and mesh of 16 gauge is fixed from the top of cover this bands of reflective tapes including necessary excavation & earth work fixed/ embedded in plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm grade crushed stone aggregate block of size 30 cm x 30 cm x 30 cm complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge. Supply and fixing in repairs cat eye of size 90mm x 100mm x 17mm made out from ABS body with scratch and abrasion resistant micro prismatic polycarbonate and ultrasonically welded lenses of temprature resistance body dynamically designed very high impact strength and ffixed on road with bituminous adhesive as per manufacturers instruction, complete all as specified and directed.
