Labour only for servicing / repairing of package type central AC plant unit ( out door and Indoor unit, AHU) where required in ACs or as directed by Engr-in-Charge Or concern JE at site of COD to attend and rectfy the defects by settings of controls or by repair/ replacement work to air conditioning plant unit/ system etc as per standard engineering practice,along with all necessary tools etc and keeping proper record of maintenance record in register supplied by the contractor). Notes:- (i) Spare parts required for repair/ rectification of defects shall be mesured and paid saperatly under respactive items here in after. (ii) Contractor will ensure proper functioning of All AC plants at all workig days times. (iii) Repair work of plant shall be carried out by well experienced technitions/ mechanic who has experienced/ working certificate form OEM with proper tools and safety measures. (iv) All petty small parts required for repair i.e. nuts, bolts, washers screws, saddles, grease, oil/ lubricants etc shall be provided by the contractor without any extra cost to the government. (vi) Location and place of complaints shall be as per requirement of maintenance work of bldg in different areas of COD and MH under GE (W) Agra as directed by Engineer in charge/ JE concerned. (vii) Contractor shall be responsible to provide conveyence and required T&P for attend the complaints. (viii) Contractor shall be responsible for arrenging security passes from the concern department through there guidlines/ procesure.

Cleaning all filters of AHUs (Indoor units) alongwith its out door unit condensing coil of COD Adm Bldg, EDW, P-3 shed, medical store and medical ward, cleaning the filters with the help of blower & water pressure pump, suitable cleaning materials and washing with clean water to remove the complete dust particles and refixing the same to its original position including checking of tightness of all the nuts & bolts of out door units and combing of bend fins of out door units complete as directed. Note: All filters and outdoor units shall be cleaned fortnightly basis upto completion of the work.

Checking/ detecting and arresting/rectifiying of the leakage by putting nitrogen gas pressure to entire system and rectifying the leakage where found by welding/ brazing/ soldering with copper electrode rod and holding nitrogen pressure in entire system for minimum 08 Hrs in package type AC units , Model No. DPUASC 220X,having compressor's capacity 1x11.0 TR and material & labour for repairing the leakage if detected, vaccum & checking for vaccum pressure holding stand for 24 hrs and charging the refrigerant gas (M-22) as required and top up of compressor oil if required complete all as specified and directed.
