Supply, erection and connection in replacement of new Pre- streessed concrete poles 102 mm x 172 mm at top and 102 mm x 279 mm at bottom 9.0 mtrs long including making alternate white and black strips 30 cms height (05 Nos strips) numbering the poles by 2" height letters complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, erecting and fixing in true vertical position, steel tubular swaged pole (410 SP-31) 9.0 mtr long, complete with cast iron base plate, pole cap / finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and washers, welded reduced section and longitudinal weld throughout entire length of pole including 2 coats of black bituminous paint externally upto planting depth and remaining exterior portion of pole shall be provided with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of aluminium paint incl taking down complete all as specified and directed. (Numbering of the poles shall be done with synthetic enameled painted letter of shape & size as directed.) Note :- Excavation incl earth work and PCC foundation will be measured and paid separately.

S & F of GI brackets for street light fitting fabricated with GI tubing 32 mm dia for LED Street lights medium grade 1.2 mtr length and bending to angle of 120 degree incl mild steel flat iron clamp fabricated with mild steel flat iron 32 x 5 mm with nut, bolt & washers suitable for fixing of GI bracket complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of kiosk box for luminaires ,weather proof made out of PVC/HDPE/FRP housing fire retardant, non fusing, shock & rust proof, single piece moulded and cover with hinged door, pole mounting type comprising of copper bus bar 4 nos of 16 Amps with 6 Amp MCB single pole , of minimum size 300x200x125mm, IP 66 fixed on pole with MS, clamps 30x5mm with necessary nuts, washer and incl. applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a red oxide primer on steel surface/clamps and embossing/painting of Danger sign of size not less than 10cms x 7.5cms with letter and conventional skull and bones in single red color on front face of kiosk box complete all as directed

M&L for earthing complete including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil with galvanized steel earth plate electrode size 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 3 mtrs below ground level) with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to galvanised earth lead 4.0 mm dia by means of bolts nuts check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No.5 of MES SSR Part-1 connected to main switch board or main control board all as specified and testing on completion including provision of earth wire protected by galvanised iron 15 mm dia. light grade pipe and watering pipe shall be 20 mm ore medium grade PCC pipt with pre cast RCC cover, charcoal/salt funnel etc. complete all as directed. Note : The conctrete pit shall be PCC 1:3:6 type C1, 40 mm thick PCC slab of RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with 8 mm TMT bars on both sides with suitable cast iron handle shall be provided in lieu of cast iron cover shown in electrical plate No.5 of MES SSR Part-1 (ii) PCC pits shall be provided atleast 500 mm away from the pit and not on the earth pit itself and the extra cost of additional length of watering pipe, bends, elbows etc shall be deemed to included in the quoted rate.

Disconnecting power supply from defective /unserviceable street light/ security light/ high mast light/flood light fitted on 11 mtr/9 mtr/8.5 poles and testing / checking for defects, testing LED drivers, fuse, testing kisok box, over head line connection, tightening of loose nuts bolts of GI brackets on pole, checking connecting wire from pole etc and fixing the repaired / services light fittings on poles and testing & commisining of light. Note :- (i) All spare like LED drivers, connecting cable, pole box, MCB in pole box etc and refixing in replacement will be measured & paid separately under relevant item. (ii) All necessary T&P (like ladder of suitable height and safety belt) for testing & repair of light fitting will be provided by contractor with out any extra cost. (iii) Contractor will depute one technician and one helper daily repairs & maintenance of security lights as directed (iv) Contractor will carry out daily repair & maintenance of security light as directed. Contractor has to understand the nature of wks under this item & quote his rate accordingly. (v) Complaints of unserviceable light fittings will be given by JE E&M to contractor/contractor’s rep to technician on mobile phone followed by writing. Contractor has to arrange required material, T&P & safety equipments to repair the security light within 72 hours from the time of intimation failing which a penality of Rs. 500/- per light per day (beyond 72 Hrs) will be charged and recovered from contractor dues.
