(C) Air Handling Unit :- (a) Supply, assemblying, Installation, commissioning & testing of floor mounted double skin air handling unit of dehumidified capacity 10400 CFM, 0.63 mm inner & outer skin, 43mm thermal break profile, centrifugal blower dynamically balanced, squirrel case induction motor of suiable capacity but not less than 7.5 HP, 3 phase, 415 volts, 50 Hz AC supply, double skinned six or eight row deep DX copper tube cooling coil, static pressure -116 mm of water gauge, 12 FPI, 50 mm thick pre-filter (Washable Synthetic fiber of efficiency 90% down to 10 micron) & Fine Filters, SS drain pan including 40 mm UPVC drain outlet pipe with UPVC fittings from AHU to outside of AHU room, V belt drive with provn of heater bank of suitable wattage to compensate mansoon sensible reheat, dehumidifire pump with PVC water tank pipe line connected with spary nozzles arrangement to maintain humiditity in summar season complete all as specified and directed. - 01 Job

(D) One Lot of air distribution system for extended air conditioning space comprising of supply air ducts from AHU to all additional conditioned space as shown in sketch and return air duct of suitable sizes from conditioned space to AHU's etc including providing insulation to avoid condensation and to maintain effective designed condition in air conditioned space of all building duly insulated with bonded fiber glass wool insultion of min density 25 Kg / m3, min 25 mm thick for indoor ducts and min 40 mm thick for exposed ducts including interconnectors as required from AHU to be conditioned space comprising of class VIII galvanized sheet with suitable supporting arrangements and bracing, supply / return / fresh air grilles on sheet metal frame work duly painted / finished to match with the existing ceiling. Fire dampers operated with fusiable link shall be provided. All ducts shall be safely and correctly held in position and aligned by providing all necessary supporting steel / GI frame work, fasteners, hooks, suspenders, self driven, self tapping screws, hangers, screws, nuts and bolts all as required as per relevant IS specifications. Layout diagram of existing & additional ducting system is enclosed as per sketch. - 01 Job

(E) Supply, erection of FRP cooling tower, heat rejection capacity 40 TR (105000 Kcal/Hr). cooling tower shall be complete with basin, casing, distribution system, PVC filling, louvers, HDG supports, GI ladder and TEFC squirrel cage induction motor suitable for outdoor installation with necessary protection jali. The cooling tower design should be based on following parameter and as per specification. Cooling tower inlet water temperature 40 Deg. C. Cooling tower outlet water temperature not exceeding 32 Deg.C. including necessary PCC/ brick work, foundation work complete all as specified and directed- 01 Job (F) M&L for PVC Rotational moulded water storage tanks of capacity 5000 Liters including inlet & outlet connection and float valve & gun metal gate valve of suiatble size but not less than 25 mm bore medium grade GI pipe line with necessary control valve (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted on RCC slab and brick work staging upto suiatble height for cooling tower complete all as specified and directed. -01 Job (G) Supply & fixing, commissioning & testing Expansion Valve of suitable capacity but not less than 18 TR @ 01 No. for each chiller unit. - 03 Nos

(H) Supply & fixing, commissioning & testing of Drier Filter of suitable capacity but not less than 18 TR @ 01 No. for each chiller unit.- 03 Each (J) Water Piping :- M&L for condenser water pipe line MS pipes 'C' class cut to required lengths and installed with all welded joints and fitting like valves, flanges, union including painting with two coats of synthetic enemalled paint of desired color shed over one coat of red oxide primer including water flow direction marking from cooling tower to condenser unit, through condenser pump and returned circuit including necessary supports/ brassings on structural steel frame work for laying in proper alignment and height complete all as specified & directed of following size :- (a) 100 mm (b) 80 mm (c) 65 mm (d) 50 mm Note :- Qty shall be as required to achieve required condition of AC plant specified in user data.

(J) Water Piping (Contd...) :- M&L for Chilled water piping line MS class 'C', heavy grade, ISI marked pipe of suitable size with all fittings such as bends, elbow, tees, reducers, tees supports, flow indicators etc of suitable size as per site requirement of maintain the continuous flow of chilled water from chiller unit to AHUs so that designed conditions can be met with. The chilled water pipe line network shall be laid under ground, above ground, floor, roof, a long wall etc chilled water pipe line shall be insulated with EPS TF quality insulation section of 50 mm thickness with and including applying bituminous compound and cladding with 27 gauge aluminium sheet to avoid the heat loss including water pipe line. Bidder shall ensure the quality of line insulation and adequate insulation be provided so that chilled water temperature of 8-9 degree celcius can be maintained at AHUs inlet point. (a) 80 mm (b) 65 mm (c) 50 mm Note :- Qty shall be as required to achieve required condition of AC plant specified in user data.

(K) Supply & fixing butterfly valves complete with double flanges, 3 mm thick rubber gaskets, nuts, bolts & washers etc complete all as specified & directed of following size:- (a) 100 mm - 08 Nos (b) 80 mm - 12 Nos (c) 65 mm - 08 Nos (d) 50 mm - 08 Nos Note :- Qty shall be as required to achieve required condition of AC plant specified in user data. (L) Supply & fixing of descaling valve of size 25 mm bore complete with double pair of flanges, gaskets, nut & bolts etc complete all as specified & directed. - 06 Nos. (AB) ELECTRICAL WORKS :- Main Electrical panel :- Supplying, fixing, commissioning and testing, self supported, cubical, floor mounted, indoor LT panel, CPRI approved dust and vermin proof factory fabricated, made out of not less than 2 mm thick CRCA sheet, powder coated, suitable for operation on 3 phase, 50 Hz, 415 volts, including internal control wiring with 1100 volts grade single core, PVC insulated, FRLS, multistranded copper conductor cables of suitable current carrying capacity complete and comprising of the following accessories. - 01 Each Job (i) One set of 400 Amps rated aluminium bus bar suitable for 3 phase, 4 wire, 415 volts system mounted on PVC / hygroscopic insulators and PVC colour coded sleeves, R, Y,B and green colour, complete arranged in separate compartment - 01 Set. (ii) Incoming, MCCB 400 Amps, FP, 415 volts with micro process release Icu =36 KA & Ics = 100 % of Icu - 01 No. (iii) Outgoing, MCCB TP, 100 Amps, Icu=25 KA & Ics = 100% of Icu at 415 volts with thermal magnectic release and adjustable overlead ( 70 % to 100%) - 03 No (for chillars). (AC) Power Cables from Panel to Equipment's (Contd…) :- (d) M&L for control wiring to the entire air conditioning system with suitable size copper conductor cable PVC (FRLS) insulated for interlocking arrengment of chiller unit, cooling tower, AHU units, condenser pump, water flow switch, tempreture etc complete all as specified & directed. - 01 Job (AD) Supplying & Fixing of GI cable tray of size 300 mm fabricated from - 14 SWG GI Sheet (Without Cover) suiatble for laying/ fixing of electric power cables including necessary structural steel frame support/ brassing to the existing plant room from main electric panel to all machine/ equipments complete all as specified & directed. - 80 RM (AE) M&L for dismentling existing ducting (supply & return) with grills, defusers & dempers etc carefully by removing existing false ceilings any type and keping a site for throughly internally by removing all dust particles, washing and refixing in position with replacement of packing gaskets of joints to make leak roof with unserviceable/ demaged insulation, nuts, bolts, washers, supports, anchorage etc complete all as specified and directed. - 01 Job Note :- (a) Contractor/Bidder shall submit complete design for the Central AC plant including duct layout and comprising of heat load calculations, working drawins of complete AC plant supported with design/ Calculations of each component duly vetted by IIT/NIT through GE for the approval of Accepting Officer before the execution of work. (b) Contractor/Bidder will be responsible for performance gurantee of complete AC plant to achieve the inside design conditions round the clock throughout the year wih overall COP of the system not less than 03. (c) Contractors are advise to visit the site to acquaint with dimension and orientation of building and site conditions for design of Central AC plant before quoating the tender.

M&L for earthing complete, with GI earth plate electrode of size 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below the normal ground level connected with GI strip 25 x 4 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron and using charcoal and salt upto 150 mm above plate edge level including PCC pit in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate, PCC frame with 40 mm thick RCC cover reinforced with 8 mm dia deformed bars 100 mm C/C in both way & 10 mm dia bar lifting handle, including excavation and earth work in any type of soil, 20 mm bore medium grade GI watering pipe with funnel and wire mesh and 40 mm bore light grade GI protection pipe earth lead connected to and including test point complete all as shown in electrical plate No.3 of SSR part-I of 2009 connected to equipment and testing on completion including complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrodes 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground earth plate not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to and including galvanized steel wire 4.0 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron and using charcoal and salt upto 150 mm above plate plate edge level including PCC pit in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate, PCC frame with 40 mm thick RCC cover reinforced with 8 mm dia deformed bars 100 mmC/C in both way & 10 mm dia bar lifting handle, including excavation and earth work in any type of soil, 20 mm bore medium grade GI watering pipe with funnel and wire mesh and 15 mm bore light grade GI protection pipe earth lead connected to and including test point complete all as shown in electrical plate No.3 of SSR part-I of 2009 connected to equipment and testing on completion including complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of servo control oil cooled voltage stabilizer for automatic operation, 3 phase, naturally oil cooled, indoor type and designed for input variation between 300 volts to 480 with output voltage stabilize at 415 with accuracy + 2.5% and speed of correction 8 volts per second and capacity 75 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

SCHEDULE 'A' PART-II Manning & operation and including routine comprehensive maintenance of central AC conditioning plant water cooled type of capacity 54 TR (02 x 18 TR working & 01 x 18 TR stand by) installed at Labour Room MH AC plant (Plant shall be run for three shift of 08 hours each ie round the clock) complete for its proper smooth functioning and including operating & maintenance of complete AC plant like compressor unit, condensor unit with pump set and motor, AHU cooling tower, valve sets, all type filters etc along with connected panel board and connecting fixing accessories of complete system etc including repair / rectification of loose / tightness connection and also changing of defective parts which is easly done by techanician at site and making as when required to ensure serviceability of complete plant and daily checking of any type of leakage of gas / pressure / water drop in AC plant and taken immediate action to stop the same leakage and making pump down the complete system and assuring OP, HP & LP are with in safe limit including cleaning of complete plant / plant room / surrounding area neat & clean and also cleaning of cooling tower, air condenser coil unit air filters of AHU etc and removing grass from installation yard and surrounding area and also recording of hourly basis AC plant run in specific log sheet which is as approved by Engineer in charge and log sheet will be provided by the contractor for all working days and also working of three shift duty operator basis of each shift of 08 hours including sunday and holiday) at central AC plant installation complete all as specified and directed.

(a) For the 1st year from the date of completion (Manning & Operation)

(b) For the 2nd year from the date of completion (Manning & Operation)

(c) For the 3rd year from the date of completion (Manning & Operation)

Note for item No. 6 (i) The M&O shall commene from the date of completion of work covered under Ph-I & on completion of 2nd year M&O. (ii) The plants shall be run on all working days (24 x 7) or as per basis on user requirements times or as per time schedule direction by AGE E&M / GE and including sunday and holiday . (iii) The unit rates shall be also be deemed to be inclusive for to maintain desired temp as per CA if not so more than one hour the necessary panel recovery @ 2000/- per day shall be deducted. (iv) The unit rates shall also be deemed to be inclusive for uniform and T&P required for shift duty operator including DG set operation and routine check & maintenance of installation i.e. hand gloves, pliers, testers, DE wrench set, ring spanner set, box wrench set, screw driver set, adjustable wrench, including all type of tool which is required at site. (v) The unit rates shall also be deemed to be inclusive for proforma of log sheet, cleaning of plant etc will be arranged by the contractor at no extra cost. (vi) The contractor shall rectify / replace all the defective parts during defect liability period without extra cost and the cost of the same is included in respective item of AC plant. All consumble items are included in the unit rate of M&O items. (vii) Contractor shall pay not less than the minimum wages, will pay EPF, ESI etc as per labour law to all his workers payment of wages to labour / worers deployed by the contractor shall be done by cheque or through NEFT in their bank account No. RAR / Final bill shall be made to contractor / firms unless proof of payment through Bank of wages to the work in is submitted by the contractor.
