SCHEDULE A PART-I (BUILDING WORK)

Design, fabrication, erection & construction of Single OR Accn (G+1) prefabricated structure on LGSF technology complete all as specified. Note:- (a) Building shall be constructed with LGSF technology design as per approved design parameters, steel framed super structure with RCC foundation M-30 (Design Mix) for double story (G+1). Super structure shall be designed using PEB and LGSF sections confirming to IS code specifications. (b) Building shall be constructed as a composite building with complete door, window, stair case, toilet with all fittings, water supply pipe lines, soil/ waste pipe, terrace etc complete all as specified and directed by GE. (c) Line plan of bldg is enclosed for 172 Sqm area. Detailed Arch and structural drawing for design life of 50 years on LGSF technology with be submit by contractor for structural members including foundation, column, beams, slab staircase etc. All structural steel will be design as per IS 800, the minimum thickness of hollow steel member shall be 3.20mm. All welds will be as per design requirements or 6 mm whichever is more. The square/ rectangular hollow section shall be used grade YST 310 as per IS:1367, structural shall be as per IS : 2062 and anchor bolts will be minimum 12 mm size and as per IS: 1367. Which will also be included for design of opening in structural members, design of lintel beams etc above doors, window etc, design for insert plates and likes. Structural design will also be vetted from any of IITs and thereafter approved by Accepting Officer. (d) soil bearing capacity will be carried out without out any extra cost before design of building.
