M&L (in replacement) Current transformer, indoor comprising of 3 Nos single phase resin cast CTs of 300-150/5+5 amps ratio, PS class, with suitable VA burden and accuracy suitable for protection & metering of 11 KV VCB panel complete ass as specified & directed.

M&L (in replacement) PT : three Nos single phase potential transformer of ratio 11 KV/ 110 volts, class 1, suitable for VA bourden mounted on extended frame of VCB including mounting structure complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) All the instruments, primary and secondary injection kit and T&P required for the above job shall be arranged by the contractor at site and cost of the deemed to be included in the above rate. (ii) The above checking, inspection, installation and testing work shall be performed by HT expert/Engineer.

Dismantling & taking out defective LT PVC/XLPE cable from trenches with cutting and removing defective parts and supply & making cable joint using straight through joint heat shrink type ad making connection of LT cables, megering & re-storation of electric supply complete including jointing material for the following sizes of cable :- Joint make - Reychem

25 Sqmm 3.5 core to 70 Sqmm, 3.5 core.

95 Sqmm 3.5 core to 240 Sqmm, 3.5 core.

S&F (in replacemement) following items in the existin out door/indoor LT panels MCCB Microprocessor release and connetion with using aluminum lugs/ferruls incl disconnection & connection of cable and making necessary alteration in panel/door using welding wk and cutting as required for proper fixing & connection complete all as specified and directed as below :- (Note :- Make of MCCB/MCB : Schneider/L&T/ABB).

MCCB 3 pole 100 amps rating, 16 KA breaking capacity, with separator at both side.

MCCB 4 pole 150/160 amps rating, 36 KA Adjustable type breaking capacity, with separator at both side.

MCCB 4 pole 200 amps rating, 36 KA Adjustable type breaking capacity, with separator at both side.

MCCB 4 pole 250 amps rating, 36 KA Adjustable type breaking capacity with spreader at both side.

Supply, fixing ( in replacement ), connecting to electrical system & testing of Busbar panel board ,cubical type for out door use, made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet factory made, totally enclosed of size not less that 900x600x500mm and supported with 4 Nos MS Angle legs , duly painted with two coats of powder coated paint over one coat of red oxide primer effectively PVC gaket and sealed mounted on PCC blocks double door type with locking arragnedment with handle at front and openable at front & back bothe side with required hinges heavy duty, compartemtalised suitably including provision for tapping incoming & outgoing electric connections with suitable size of aluminium lugs glands and comprising of the following accessories :- (a) High conductivity aluminium busbar (Set of 4 strips), 4 Nos TPN of 400 amps rating (RYB) for phase and 1 No for neutral mounted on DMC support with heat shrink sleeve-1 Set. , (b) Phase indication lamp, LED type(set of 3) -1 Set (c) Ammeter anolog type having measuring range (0-300) Amps with CTs etc including rotary switch to measure load of each phase : L&T/Seimens. M&L (in repair) cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for straight through heat shrink type joint with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable including necessary excavation and retuening filling work complete all as specified & directed of following size :-

Servicing and repair/maintenance of APFC panel board & checking connections between load devices and sensing devices else where located in separate panel to check sequence of supply and set in proper condition including removal of defective device such as CT sensing cable and power cable, repair replacement of fuses, fuse link, control fuses, push butten, LED indicators, auto manual selector switch, current transformers, and checking/replacing of defective cable lugs, patch work welding, replacement of defective door hinges and testing of capacitor panel obtaining in board power factor to 0.95 to 0.98 of following capacity capacitor panel. (Note : Replacement of major items will be measured and paid seperately)

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning vertical/horizontal type (in replacement) of Gang operated air break switch with drop out fuse unit complete with 12 nos insulator , HT 11 KV triple pole, 200 amps capacity current rating complete with drop out fibre glass tube fuse, mechanically operated mechanism from ground level consisting of operating rod of 25 mm bore medium grade GI pipe of suitable length with locking arrengment, flat iron clamp 50mm x 6mm including MS channel of suitable size and length for fixing GOD including bolts, nuts and washers incl jumper connection with copper flexible designed jumper complete all as specified and directed. M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below GL with top edge of plate not less than 1.50 m below normal ground level) connected to galavanised earth lead strip 32mm x6 mm (7.5m) as means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washer besides brazing at all joints as shown on drawings and including excavation, earth work, GI pipe (ISI mark) light grade 40mm bore for protection of GI strip from earth electrode to and including the earth test point, supplying and laying charcoal dust, common salt, PCC 1:3:6, type C-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) chamber and mild steel angle iron frame 40x 40 x 3 mm and 40 mm thick pre-cast RCC cover 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars @ 75 mm C/C both ways with mild steel handle 12 mm dia, PGI funnel and wire mesh, 20 mm dia GI pipe light grade (ISI marked) for watering all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I and connected to earth test point including testing & taking down of old/ ineffective earthing complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- The rates quoted shall also deemed to include the cost of Earth test point and earth wire and protection pipe upto 7.5 meter beyond the earth plates electrode)

Supply , fixing (in replacements) and commissioning microprocessor based Air Circuit Breaker draw out type 4 pole 1000 Amp 50 KA breaking capacity , having Icu=Ics=Icw (1sec) in existing LT panel fixed at site , including necessary cutting , welding of panel for accommodate the ACB suitable for easy operation in LT panel , complete all as specified and directed. S&F (in replacemement) of onload /offload Changeover rotary handle type in the existing out door/indoor LT panels/wall and connetion with using aluminum lugs/ferruls incl disconnection & connection of cable and making necessary alteration in panel/door/wall using cutting/ chasing as required for proper fixing & connection complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
