M&L for preparation of old plastered surface of ceiling and applying one coat of white wash all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster in cement or cement lime mortar on brick or stone walls etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, complete all specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished surface even & smooth without using extra cement.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:3 on concrete surface as on ceiling finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surface of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper with spray machine, spray hard to reached area to achieve excellent application using limited manpower complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Oil bound paint shall be applied machincally by latest machine such as trucare Graco or equivalent having minimum presure of 3300 PSI.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

Obliterating old writing of any description with synthetic enamel paint n.exc 0.10 sqm each to match the existing work complete.

M&L for writing letters or figures (Black, Roman, Italic or Indian) n.exc 30cm high.

M&L for providing damp proof layer in two coats of acrylic polymer coating consisting of 1 part of acrylic polymer liquid mixed with 2 parts of cementious powder applying at the rate of 0.70 Kg/Sqm of mix per coat second coat should be applied after 4-6 hrs of first coat, 5 days curing is to be carried out to the surface before providing plastering. Note: Make of the material 'Smart Care damp block 2K' of Asian paints or equivalent from Dr Fixit, STP, CICA etc as approved.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) exc. 1.5 sq. m but not exc 4 sqm each.

M&L factory made UPVC white colour casement (Openable) door made of extruded profile with wall thickness of 2.3mm, profile with hollow section with multi chamber frame (60mmx58mm) sash (60mmx78mm), Tprofile (One vertical length in between two shutters) (60mmx74mm) will be mitered cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware and drainage of water etc making arragement for fixing of hardware, EPDM gasket 1.2-0.2mm thick galvanized steel frame (28mm x 21.5mm), sash (31mm x27mm), T profile (27mmx17mm) to be inserted in required profile frame will be fixed to the wall with 8mm x 100mm long fasteners. Hardware casement door handle made of zinc alloyed (white powder coated), Corner striker, secondary strikers, cylinder, Door transmission gear made of mild steel with multi point locking system wit strikes, 3D hinges of zinc alloyed (white powder coated). Note: The unit rate quoted by contractor shall including other connected accessories.

Providing and fixing factory made UPVC white colour sliding window three track made of extruded profiles with wall thickness of 2.3mm (0.2mm) Window pprofile with hollow section with multi chamber, Frame (88mm x52mm), sliding sash (42mm x 67mm). Sliding mesh sash (42mm x 57x52mm) sliding sash (42mmx 67mm), Sliding mesh sash (42mmx57mm) sliding interlock (One vertical length in each shutters) 45.5mm x 28mm) Glazing bead (24.5mmx16mm) will be mitered cut and fusion welded at all corners, including railing of holes for fixing hardware and drainage of water etc, making arrangement for finishing of hardware EPDM gasket 1.2, 1-0.2mm thick galvanized steel frame (30mmx18mm) 2 Nos sliding sash (30mm x 18mm) sliding mesh sash (26mm x10mm) profile to be inserted in reuired profile, frame will be fixed to wall with 8mm x100mm long fasteners. Hardware touch lock of zinc alloyed (white powder coated), steel roller system, stainless steel wire cloth 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width or aperture 1.40mm and required accessories. Note: The unit rate quored by contracor including cost of glass and includes all other connected accessories. Net opening shall be measured for payment purpose). Area n.exc 2.00sqm each.

M&L 20mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms etc including pointing in white cement 1:2 using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite. laid over and including 20mm thick bedding layer in CM 1:4.

Rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge, such as in steps, cooking platform, and other similar situations.

M&L for cutting holes in granite for fixing stainless steel grill including all machinery, drilling equipment complete all as specified and directed.

M&L stainless steel grade 304 grill require in circular section in shape for window as in framed work such as grills, framed guard bars fixed to wall complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for mild steel round bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required and fixed in any position complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment of wall surfaces and applying two coats plastic emulsion paint with spray machine, spray hard to reached area to achieve excellent application using limited manpower over a coat of wall care putty not less than 1mm thick to complete all as specified and directed Note :- (i) Taking down of existing treatment shall be done with trucare wall sander L01/H-01 or equivalent machine having mechanical vacum mechanisum with not less than 1500RPM. (ii) Plastic emulsion paint shall be applied machincally by latest machine such as trucare Graco or equivalent having minimum presssure of 3300 PSI.
