The Line PTs in the incomer panels shall be floor mounted or roll on floor type, it should not be placed on top of the panel.

(E) The panel shall be complete with all allied items and accessories, including:-
(i) Each VCB panel being floor-mounted, air-insulated, fully-compartmentalizeds The OEM shall supervise and certify the commissioning/charging of equipment.
(ii) Complete panel will shall be suitable for future intigration with SCADA (iii) Make of Vacuum interrupter, Numerical Relay, CB & Panel shall be same
(iv) All Outgoing VCBs will have inter-tripping logic in place to ensure that Incomer breaker immediately trips in case of failure of opening of outgoing VCB experiencing feeder fault. Special and dedicated Alarm shall be in place to issued the user. This facility should be implemented over soft-logic, and can be disabled by authorized personnel without requiring any on-site re-wiring. Note:- (i) License parter, system integrator, panel builder, half-panel is not allowed for 11kV VCB. All works shall be done at own works. (ii) All items will be transported in wooden packaging to avoid any damage. Acceptance of material will be discretion of AGE(I). Contractor has to remove the material in case of rejection of material at no extra cost.
(iii) Factory acceptance test shall be carried out for 11 KV HT VCB. (iv) Fabrication of adaptor panel incl alteration/couple and matching bus bar required at site with existing panel is deemed to be included in quoted rate. (v) HT panels and connected switch gear, VCBs shall be tested at OEM factory by the rep of Accepting officer. The Accepting Officer, has to detail his representative to witness the factory testing (routine tests as per IS) of VCB including HT panel at the OEM, manufacturer’s factory premises. For this the contractor shall give one months notice to the AGE(I) and Accepting officer for consideration by AO and detailing the rep. Quoted rate shall be inclusive of testing charges and the testing charges shall be borne by contractor.
