Supply of good earth outside MoD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 x 60 cm x 6 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised iron wire 4mm dia as earth lead wire by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in Electrical plate No. 3, MES SSR Part I- 2009 with 15 mm dia medium grade GI pipe as a protection to earthing lead and 20 mm dia medium grade GI pipe for watering purpose including excavation & earth work in any type of soil, funnel, wire mesh, RCC pit with cover, cast iron frame complete and connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion. Notes: (i) The concrete pit shall be PCC (1:3:6) type C-1, 40mm thick precast cover slab of RCC with suitable Mild steel handle in lieu of cast iron cover shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-I (ii) PCC pit shall be provide at least 500 mm away from the earth pit and not on just on the eath pit and extra cost of additional length of water pipes and fittings junction etc shall be deemed to be included in the rate. (iii) Item includes the cost of 7.5 metre earth lead wire and GI pipe for protection of earth wire. Any varriation in quantity shall be adjusted.

S&F Factory made epoxy powder coated Vertical load line distribution boards (VTPN) 4 ways 415 Volt grade with doubled door with acrylec top cover (IP-43 protection) fabricated from minimum 1.6mm thick CRCA sheet and fixed flush to wall and suitable for universal mounting and including 100 Amp copper bus bar netrual bar standard DIN rail. Earth bar and cable ties for cable manangement, top and bottom removable gland plates with Knockouts complete all as specified and directed (Make Legrand/L&T/ABB) Note: MCB/MCCBs shall be measured and paid seperatly under respective item of this schedule.

M&L for sub main wiring with 2 run of single core FRLS PVC insulated and PVC Unsheathed, multistranded copper condutor of nominal area 6 sqmm 1100 Volts grade cable drawn into and including rigid non metalic PVC Conduit of including all fittings and one run of PVC insulated and PVC unsheathed, multistranded copper conductor of nominal area 6 sqmm 1100 volts grade cable continuous earth wire of green colour code complete. Note:- (a) Two runs of 6.0 sqmm cable and one run of 6 Sqmm cable as earth lead with conduit shall be measured as one unit length for payment. (b) Quoted rate shall deem to be included cost of cutting chasses in wall for concealling conduit and making good to match with existing finish.

Supply and fixing LED street light fitting 35 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection complete making connection with suitable in size 3 core of wire and suitable for mounted on 40/50mm dia pole as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning out door type cubical feeder pillar box suitable for 3 phase, 4 wire, 415V, 50 Hz CPRI factory fabricated with CRCA sheet not less than 3.15 mm thick having modern fabrication process powder coating in approved shade having thickness not less than 100 microns provided with suitable gasket to make it dust and varmin proof and general constructions conforming to IS : 8623/93.The feeder pillar box should have suitable size of copper bus bar three phase 4 wire system having current carrying capacity not less than 1.5 time the rated current capacity of incomming MCCB. Supply, installation,testing & commissioning of Tripod Chemical Earthing (i.e. Three chemical earthing are indvidually connected in Delta form through copper strip ) which include: (i) Three No's 3000 mm long 50mm dia copper bonded rod with top removal compound filling cap, seepage holes, stainless steel fasteners, HDPE Lockable earth pit cover cum inspection chamber along with 150 Kg of Earth Enhancement Back fill compound compound including digging of pits. Supply and fix down conductor ISI marked 35 sq. mm PVC insulated copper flexible wire including both end termination, suitable size cable clamps,copper thimbles, nuts bolts etc. test point to the Earth pit terminal.

Supply & fixing test point terminal block made of gun metel or phosphorus bronze size 75x75 25 mm drilled and screwed including 3 Nos . 8 mm dia 25 mm long hex head copper screw complete as specified and directed.

M&L for brick masonary valve chamber of 600 x 600 x 600 mm size including necessary excavation, PCC foundation, brick work, plastering and MS sheet cover of 6mm thick including locking arrangemen with two coats of synthetic enamel pain over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specificed and directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of step down transformer of capacity 63 KVA, outdoor type complete with standard fitting and accessories, HT 11KV, 3 Phase, LT 433 volt, 3 phase 4 wire with off load tap changer on primary side to carry secondary voltage ± 7½ % with tappings at every 2½ % all as per IS 1180-2014(Level-2) , copper wound, oil cooling with fins vector group : DYN 11, including initial oil fitting complete all as specified including the following accessories :- (a) Three numbers porcelain bushing HT, 11KV with brass bushing rods, nuts, bolts and washers etc inside cable end box.
