Supply, installation, testing and commissioning outdoor type PLC based cubical feeder pillar box having outer and inner shells suitable for 3 Phase , 4 wire 415 Volt, 50 hz ,CPRI approved factory fabricated with CRCA sheet not less than 3.15 mm thick having modern fabrication process powder coated with pure polyster siemens grey structural RAL 7032 shade. The dimensions of the outer shell should be adequate to accommodate inner shell described below giving 50 mm space all around and shall be fabricated in such a way that the whole inner shell alongwith its control gears and accessories could be taken outside without disturbing outer shell. Gasket shall be used to make the outer shell completely make it dust and vermin proof and general constructions conforming to IS 8623/93. The LT panel shall be front and back openable, double door system lockable/openable by key from both side having flush pattern fancy locks and the inner shell duly compartmentalized for each control gear, front openable single door system. The panel should have suitable size of aluminium Bus bar TPN three phase 4 wire system and extension links rating current carrying capacity not less than 1.5 times the rated capacity of the incomer MCCB, The panel should have the following incoming and outgoing controls duly supply and fixed with the panel by means of suitable link plates complete as given below:-
(a) MCCB 4 ploe 630 Amps rupturing capacity 50 KA with microprocessor release type -03 No (Incoming - 02 Nos & Outgoing -01No)
(b) MCCB 4 pole 160 Amps rupturing capacity 36 KA with microprocessor release type-02 Nos
(c) ON load change over switch 630 Amps -02 Nos (d) Digital multifunctional meter VAFPF (voltage, current,frequency, power factor)-01 No
(e) Phase Indicator lamps R,Y & B (LED type) - 01 set (set of three)

(B) ENGINE INSTRUMENT PANEL :- Engine instrument panel shall comprising of the following:- (i) Starting on /off switch. (ii) water temp gauge. (iii) Hour meter cum RPM indicator (iv) Lub oil pressure gauge (v) Lub oil temperature gauge (vi) Battery charging meter (vii) Safety alarm against high water temp and lub oil pressure. (viii) Any other item not included/specified but is a standard design of the manufacturer.

(C) ALTERNATOR :- The alternator shall be self excited, self regulated, brush less for 400 KVA confirming to IS-13364 suitable for operation at 1500 RPM, 415 volt, 0.8 power factor (lag) suitable for 50 Hz, AC.3 phase, 4 wire system confirming to BS 5000/ IS 4722. The Alternator is brushless type, screen protected, revolving field, self excited, self regulated through an AVR confirming to IS/IEC 60034. The alternator with the following features :-
(i) +1% voltage regulation (max) in static conditions
(ii) IP-23 protection with insulation class H
(iii) Permissible over load of 10% for one hour in 12 hours of operation with standard design with IP23. Note:- Alternator should be able to deliver output rating at actual site condition.

(D) Mounting Arrangement :- Engine and Alternator are mounted on a common fabricated base frame made from structural channel, jerk proof, PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation including adequate number of suitable anti-vibration pads all as per manufacture recommendations.
Bottom mounted (or as per manufactures design) steel fuel tank fabricated out of 14 SWG MS sheet of capactiy not less than 12 hrs continuous operation inside canopy with fuel level guage, drain plug locking arrangements etc with and including GI pipe connections duly laid as per standard engineering practice complete Bypass arrangement by providing separate panel made out of 3mm thick CRCA sheet, outdoor type with connecting copper bus bar of suitable size from change over and set of 3 Nos indication lamp for R, Y and B and 2 Nos 4 pole on load change over switch front handle operated of capacity 630 Amp is to be installed near AMF panel (i) Hour run meter. (ii) Any other item not included/ specified but is a standard design to the manufacturer.

(E) AMF CONTROL PANEL:- Supply, fabricating and testing of factory mounted cubical automatic main failure panel with degree of protection IP-42 conforming to IS-2147, suitable for 400 KVA capacity DG Set, fabricated using 14 Gauge CRCA sheet, powder coated comprising of suitable rated bus bar, internal wiring with control fuse, provn of connecting incoming and outgoing leads/ bus bar as approved with and including following accessories:- (i) Master switch for auto/manual/reset/off- 01 No (ii) Ammeter digital type, 96mmX96 mm with CT's-03 Nos Aux supply 230 Volts AC, acuracy class 1. (iii)Voltmeter digital type 96mmx96 mm to read 0-500 volts supply 230 volts, accuracy class 1.0 (iv) Digital frequency meter-01 No Aux supply 230 volts, AC (v) Push button start, stop, reset-01 No. (vi) Set of lamp for indicating load a set, low pressure, high cylinder temperature, load on mains, set fails at start, low oil presure.

(vii) Transformer of adequate rating. (viii) Ractifiers (ix) DC Ampere meter and Voltmeter. (x) Fault accept / reset push button. (xi) Set of relays and contactor suitable for 400 KVA DG Set for automatic start and automatically shut down of suitable rating and capacity adjustable to 70 to 100% and 2 Nos MCCB 4 pole, 630 Amp, 50 KA fixed on main supply and DG set supply. (xii) Make of AMF control panel shall be as per OEM recommendations.
(F) Notes :
(i) PCC foundation for DG Set and panel boards shall deemed to be included in unit rate quoted. PCC foundation of adequate/required size extending to 1.0 Mtr all round more than the size of DG set, as per manufacturer design.

(G) Testing of DG Set
(i) The DG set will be tested at manufacturer premises/factory in presence of authorized Rep of Accepting officer.
(ii) The DG set will be tested on load of unity power factor (PF=1) for the rated KW rating of the DG set. During testing the DG set will be run for a period of 12 hrs non-stop at full rated capacity on full load and one hr on 10% extra load above the rated capacity after 12 hrs of continuous run.
(iii) The contractor has to arrange external load for the testing of DG sets at his own cost. The cost deemed to be included in the quoted amount.
(iv) The contractor has to arrange POL/Diesel/Staff/Technician at his own cost for the testing. The cost deemed to be included in the quoted amount.
