(b) Stage-II : Cleaning of walls, ceiling and floor of tank by scrapping with wire brush and washing with water.
(c) Stage-III : Draining out of muddy water and sucking out of left over mud and dirt throughly and making the tank cleaned from dirt to the last drop.
(d) Stage-IV : Spraying of Anti bacterial sterlising agents on the inner walls and ceiling of the tank. (e) During this process it must be ensured that not a slightest trace of any algae, moss or dirt is left out at OHTs.

2. In case the contractors fails to attend/rectify the defects within the above time limit, penalty will the imposed as under:- (a) Rs 500/- per hour in case of leakage of chlorine as mentioned at note 1(a) above (b) Rs 1000/- per day in case of complaints/jobs mentioned at note 1 (b) & (c) above. 3. The contractor or his authorised representative shall report to the Engineer-in-charge or concered JE at 0900 hour daily on all working days to receive order/instructions of the work. A register shall be maintained to record all orders & instructions and their complaints and is to be signed by the contractor/his representative and the Engineer-in -Charge / JE Concered.
