Supply and lay burnt best quality locally available old size sub class 'B' bricks laid in trenches perpendicular to U/G cable for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out unserviceable LT UG cable from trenches 10 Sqmm to 16 Sqmm size 2/4 core complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and laying or fixed or passing, connecting & testing for the sizes 10 Sqmm 4 core ,1100 Volt grade heavy duty XLPE insulated, armoured electric cable with alluminium conductor served with inner sheathing of PVC tape galvanized steel wire over all PVC sheathed cable complete all as specified and directed .

All as per item above but for size 16 Sqmm 4 core..ditto as above…

M&L cross arms, bracing, support clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nut, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as idicated for directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L( in replacement) for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600x 6 mm thick buried in ground vertically to a depth n.less than 2.25 mtr below normal ground level connected to galvanized steel strip 32 x 6 mm earth lead by means of bolts, nuts and washers made of galavanised iron or steel earth strip protected by 40 mm bore light grade GI pipe and connected for body earthing of feeder pillar box all as specified and directed incl PCC work as per sketch No 3 of SSR Part -I (2009) pit cover slab of size 300x300x50 mm with handle as shown in drawing funnel, wire mesh 20 mm dia GI pipe medium grade for watering, charcoal and slat in alternate layers incl necessary earth pole and excavation in hard/dense soil and removal etc incl testing complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) If the desired earth resistance is not found, earthing shall be redone by the contractor at no extra cost to the department.

M&L for Continuosly tapered hot dip galvanised Octagonal cross sectional pole height 7 mtr with single dipping method having bottom 130 mm A/F and top 70 mm A/F 3 mm thick confirming to ASTM A 572 Gr with yield 450 mpa cut and folded to form an octagonal section and welded in accordance withAWS for wind loading as per IS 875 part 3 1987.Poles shall be provided with base plate of size 220x220x16 mm which shall be free from any lamination or incursion with no cutting or welding on the pole after hot dip galvanising with single arm 1000 mm long bracket with raising of 150 degree from horizontal towards top including all accessories such as nuts bolts,clamps,screws etc.including 04 nos 20 mm dia, minimum 500mm long J type foundation bolts including all foundation work with M20 RCC/PCC work as per pole manufacturer's drawing and earth work as per requirement including provision 32 mm dia heavy duty PVC pipe to be grouted in PCC/RCC of pole for insertion of cable / wire from Kiosk box to termial plate of pole complete all as specified and as directed. Notes : - (i) A triangular flat MS plate of 6 mm thick duly coated with GI shall be welded between cap of the octagonal pole and bracket. Welding work shall be done 250 mm on bracket and 150 mm on pole. (ii) The contractor’s quoted rates shall include the cost towards excavation/earthwork, RCC/PCC foundation as per manufacturer’s design, reinforcement, formwork etc thereto.

M & L in replacement of DK Thermoplastic cable junction boxes IP 65 with metric knockouts for cable entry, weather proof for outdoor installation and including glands and with 4 terminals for terminating one incoming and outgoing UG cable of size 10/16 sqmm 3.5/4 core and including 40 mm GI pipe for holding LED light and fixed to the PCC/Steel Poles by means of suitable size of clamps with nut and bolts and all specified and directed.

S & F in replacement of pole mounted enclouser made of UV stabilized, FR grade special moulding compound having facility duriation base switching ON / OFF of capacity 5 KW, Three phase, with suitable size of FI clamps 02 Nos with the following accessories and all as directed. (i) MCCB 4 pole, 415 volts, 40 amp, 25 KA breaking capacity - 1No. (incoming) (ii) Power Contactor 3 pole, AC, 25 Amps, 50 Hz - 01 Nos (iii) Timer switch light sensing type with outer sensor having current capacity 16A & control from 1 lux to 100K lux , 230 Volts, 50 HZ-01 No (v) Indication lamp (R,Y,B), LED type, with toggle switches - 01 Set. (iv) Multifunction meter with display parameters for voltage, ampere, PF etc - 01 No Note :- (i) All type of spares such as glands, lugs, nuts, bolts etc, necessary excavation and earthwork, PCC work and making good disturbed surfaces shall deemed to be included in the quoted unit rate

S & F in repair of cable PVC insulated and PVC sheathed three core 1.5 sqmm copper conductor multistranded drawn through pipe / pole for connection from cable looping box to street light fittings complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking Down OLD U/S street light fluorescent tube/HPSV/HPMV/T-5 fitting/ LED Fitting any capacity from pole and complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling OLD U/S PCC/ Steel pole including demolition of PCC and excavation of any desicrption and in any position complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying & erecting of steel tubular swaged type conforming to IS, specification complete with base plate, welded top cap over all vertical length 9.00 mtr type 410-SP-31 two coat of primer red oxide internally ( exposed to view) and painted internally two coats of bituminous paint through out and externally painting of one coat with aluminium paint including 25 mm GI tubing medium grade complete for mounting of light upto 1.5 meter. Necessary excavation and earth work PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 in foundation and coping with (1:3:6) type C-1 including form work above ground level disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr complete painting with aluminium painting including provision of black and yellow of 05 Nos of 30 CM each strip or as ordered by engineer-in-charge on poles up to 1.5 mtr high above coping level and numbering of poles with feeder location complete all as specified and as directed .

Dismantling existing unserviceable feeder pillar box including disconnection from different sites complete all specified and as directed.
