Supply, fixing of Galvanised Iron sheet for fabrication of air ducting along with all proposed hanger ,vans, splitters,fasterners,hole fast etc with neoprene gasket for zero leakage complete all as specified and directed by Enge-in-Charge with following gauge.

Supply and fixing of insulation of XLPE polythlene / nitrile rubber insulation, thickness 19 mm thick with proper adhesive on duct complete all as specified and directed by Enge-in-Charge.

Supply and Fixing Fire retardant duct canvas connection with fitting flange supports all accessories complete all as specified and directed by Enge-in-Charge.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm thick burried directly in ground ( earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level, connected to the Galvanised iron earth lead 4mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron and 4mm dia GI earth wire protected by provision of GI medium grade pipe 15 mm upto 7.5 mtr bore including provision of concrete pit in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregates with 40mm thick cover of RCC (1:2:4) reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 4 kg/Sqm) and frame of angle iron 25x25x3mm with lugs 02 Nos. and with 6mm dia MS bar handle made to shape GI light grade 20mm bore pipe for watering perfortaed at bottom 1.75 mtr long placed on top edge of earth plate, common salt and charcol filling, test point made out of Bronze/Gun metal with fixing arrangment, funnel , wire mesh and excavation/earth work in hard dense soil, retuning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre, all as per electrical plate No 3 of SSR -2010 Part-I and connecting to earth test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion.

Note :- The quoted rate of earthing shall be deemed to included cost of 7.5m long galvanised wire 4mm dia and protection pipe of 15mm bore medium grade, GI light grade 20mm bore watering pipe. Any variation in length shall be adjustable through deviation order based on SSR rates adjusted with quoted percentage of Sch 'A' Part-III (Sec-I).

Excavation in trenches/ foundation in soft/ loose soil not exc. 1.5 metre wide and n'exc. 1.50m deep for HT under ground cable/pole fondation and getting out including forming bottom surface to required level or slop, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charg.

Returning filling including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25Cm in soft/ loose soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material in soft/ loose soil n'exc 50M and depositing where directed at a level n'exc1.5M above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushning to U/G cable in layers of 23cm thick( 8 Cm before laying the cable and 15Cm thick after laying the cable) in trenches including watering and consolidation, complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laid flat sub class 'B' bricks, old size, laid dry in trenches for the protection of U/G cable, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply ,Laying and testing of cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, ,galvanized steel strip or wire armored electric power cable( heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with AL conductor of size 50 sqmm 3.5 core on ground/wall/ cable tray etc complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply ,Laying and testing of cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, ,galvanized steel strip or wire armored electric power cable( heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with AL conductor of size 10 sqmm 4 core on ground/wall/ cable tray etc complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for sub main wiring between LT panel to inner and outer unit of central air conditioner plant with 4x6.0 sq. mm + 2x4.0 sq. mm earth wire PVC insulated unsheathed cable, multi strainded copper conductor , Fire retardent,ISI marked drawn in medium grade PVC conduit (appropriate size) concealed in wall and surface on ceiling for sub main connection including 4.00 Sqmm PVC insulated multistranded unsheathed copper conductor used as a earth wire to common earth and connection to earth dolly complete all as specified (NOTE ) : Cutting chases required for sub main wiring shall be finished with cement mortar (1:4) and surface shall be matched with existing shade of surface without any extra cost.

Supply and fixing (on wall using fasteners) electric water heater, storage type steel body with steel inner tank and heating element upto 2 KW capacity 25 litre, BEE 5 Star rated complete with all accessories such as safety valve, thermostate, NRV, connection piece etc including taking down old UNSV water heater after disconnecting the electric and water supply connection complete all as specified and directed. Make : Havells or equivalent in Bajaj/Crompton. Note : Old UNSV Geysers will be deposited by Contractor at MES Store.

Supply and fixing (on wall using fasteners) electric water heater, storage type steel body with steel inner tank and heating element upto 2 KW capacity 50 litre, BEE 5 Star rated complete with all accessories such as safety valve, thermostate, NRV, connection piece etc including taking down old UNSV water heater after disconnecting the electric and water supply connection. complete all as specified and directed. Make : Havells or equivalent in Bajaj/Crompton. Note : Old UNSV Geysers will be deposited by Contractor at MES Store.

M&L Point wiring complete for 16 Amp switch socket out let point on independent board with 2.5 sqmm single core PVC insulated and unsheathed cable 1100 volts grade with multistranded copper conductor drawn through PVC concealed conduit fixed to walls / roofs / floors / ceiling etc. and including provision of 2.5 sqmm stranded copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor and connected to common earth dolly, including fabricated steel terminal box made out of 1.60 mm thick MS sheet concealed in walls (including frame) suitable for housing the modular electrical accessories as switches, socket outlets all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing horizontal Bed head panel 1200x300mm with 02 x Oxygen, 01 x Vacumm outlet point, 06 x Switch socket combination 2 in 1, 3 pin, 6 and 16 Amp complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Copper pipe 15mm outer dia x 0.9mm thick complete all as specified and directed

M&L for cutting existing pipeline of oxygen and vacumm and connect the existing pipe line to bed head panel by insertion of pipe line through brazing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for concealed sub main wiring with 2 Nos single core PVC insulated unsheathed 6.0 sqmm stranded copper conductor cable (FRLS) and 1 No single core PVC insulated-unsheathed 6.0 sqmm stranded copper conductor cable (FRLS) for earth continuity, drawn in & including suitable PVC conduit pipe with all fittings ISI mark of Ivory/Grey/white colour medium grade fixed in wall or on ceiling complete all as specified and directed.
