M & L for Preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls including brooming down or steel wire brushing; scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots etc. and applying one coat of colour wash, on any surface of walls complete all as specified and directed. (note: Using necessary filling whereever required as directed)

Complete removal of existing treatment i.e. white wash, colour wash, old decorated surfaces of walls including brooming down or steel wire brushing; scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots etc of surfaces & leveling/ edging the disturbed places/edges using 2mm wall care putty putty to obtain smooth regular/ even finish using sand paper and applying two coats of oil bound distemper (of any colour) with the help of machine (mechanically) complete all as specified and directed .

Preparation of old decorated surfaces of ceiling/false ceiling of any description (asbestos/particle board/POP/plastered) including brooming down or steel wire brushing; scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots etc of surfaces & leveling/ edging the disturbed places/edges using necessary filling of wall care putty to obtain smooth regular/ even finish using sand paper and applying One coats of oil bound distemper (of any colour), complete all as specified and directed .

M & L for Preparation of old painted wooden surfaces over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade, complete all as specified and directed.

Complete removal of existing treatment i.e. white wash, colour wash, cement paint etc. on wall and ceiling complete, with help of hand opeated sander or by manual where it is feasible and preparing the surfaces smooth including necessary repair to depressions/cracks by wall care putty/POP & apply a coat of exterior water based primer with aireless spray techonology with max working pressure of 3300 PSI by Trucare Graco machine and applying two coat of exterior weather proof anit algae (Product : Asian Paints ACE Sparc or equivalent) 100% acrylic emulsion with maximum working pressure of 3300 PSI by Trucare Graco machine and capable of operational single spray gun with a maximum materials hose length 150m working,complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls any surface including roof tiled surface including cornice plaster etc including brooming down or steel wire brushing etc to remove all dust and all loose scales of lime/colour wash etc and applying one coat of exterior emulsion paint (any colour) of any colour complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for obliterating old writing of any description, n exc 0.1 sq. M, with paint to match existing work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for writing letters or figures (Block,Roman,Italic or Indian (n exc. 30 CM high) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Stops, commas, short lines, dashes, hyphens, brackets, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick wall etc including hacking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed. (Note: work shall be carried out upto triple storey height of building including necessary scafolding, T&P, safety measures etc )

M&L 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on fair faces of concrete or brick surface finished even & fair without using extra cement with using liquid WPC all as specified and directed. Note Liquid WPC shall be measured and paid separately complete all as specified and directed. (Note: work shall be carried out upto triple storey height of building including necessary scafolding, T&P, safety measures etc )

M&L 15 mm thick rendering on other than fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces in CM 1:6 finished even & fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (Note: work shall be carried out upto triple storey height of building including necessary scafolding, T&P, safety measures etc )

M&L 10 mm thick cement plaster as in ceiling of brick or concrete surfaces in CM 1:3 finished even & fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint of any colour over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls including cornices plaster etc and applying two coat oil bound distemper (any colour) over a coat of primer over applying a coat of wall care putty on wall including rubbing with sand paper to achieve a smooth surface and sharp straight edges etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying three coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

Hacking out old broken glasses of any description from metal frames including punching or drilling out old glazing pins/springs clips and fixing new ones complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 3mm thick Sheet glass, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square n exc 0.5 sq. m in each pane complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 3mm thick figured glass, pin head type and glazing with oil putty in squares n.exc 0.5 sq. m in each pane complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs Stainless steel wire cloth 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples complete all as specified and directed.

S&F, stainless steel curtain rods of 25mm dia as in doors/ windows pelmets.SS brackets fancy type , including screws and other necessary fitting for fixing brackets SS Funnels for 20 mm dia dropry rods, fixed at each end of rods complete all as specified and directed.
