M & L for providing operational staff for operation and manning and routine maintance, minute repair and upkeep of 33 KV Gwl Road MRS, 3 X 3.15 MVA Main receiving Station, 33 KV switch yard, having 33 KV outdoor VCBs, indoor remote control panels, 11 KV incoming/outgoing VCBs and OCBs by deputing operating staff (SBA/Skilled electrician in 03 shifts and Helper in 01 shift), recording of parameters in log sheet, maintaining of all type of tripping record of 33 KV VCBs including all incoming and outgoing feeders of complete sub Stn, labour for repair of defective parts as and when required all fixed and moving parts of isolator, VCBs, drop out fuses etc, including carrying out all tests of transformer and ER value of all equipments during once in 3 months and maintaining complaint record in complaint register and detailment of complaint staff complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in-charge. The details of minimum staff in each shifts are as under:-

Providing operational staff for operation and manning and routine maintance complaints HT/LT lines and street light with neecessary repair/replacement of spareparts and connected items in east side area including attending all electric breakdown as directed by engineer in charge, complain splip duly signed by user shall be deposited at RLB sub station including sunday and holidays in ONE shift basis of each day as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge alongwith battery operated rickshaw complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charrge. NOTE FOR ITEM 2.00, & 3.00 (i) Carefully monitoring of 33 KV take over point of TOP and also carefully monitoring of all the GODs in the 33/11 KVA yard. (ii) Monitoring of battery charging bank for DC supply to numbers of relay and motors of VCB to ensure tripping. (iii) To monitor all power and distribution transformers connected to main transformer. (iv) To switch On/OFF the security lights at MRS complex as per time Schedule fixed by Engineer-in-Charge. (v) In case of any major fault in the equipments which is beyond the control of the operator, he will immediately intimate the same to the Engineer-in-Charge/JE. (vi) The operator shall monitor and Maintain records of load/power factor complaint etc in detail and submit complete details to Engineer-in-Charge/JEs for resolution, urgent complaints if any will immediately be intimated to Engineer-in-Charge/JEs (vii) The contractor shall arrage 2 mobile set with intercommunication with all above 3 teams, bill of these mobile shall be bear by contractor. (viii) The department can deploy above staff to other location, with department DEL under GE (E) Agra as per site requirement but number of staff shall not be less than specified in Item No 1, 2 & 3 above. (ix) Electrcian should have minimum 3 year experience in handling of HT/LT electrical switch gear. (x) All sraff deployed by contractor shall wear uniform, safety shoes all as directed by Engineer in Charge/GE. (xi) Necessary T&P required for day to day requirements of electrician/ helper like plier,screw driver,test lamp, tong tester shall be arrange by the Contractor. (xii) Cleaning of MRS and surrounding area including vegetation, grass with help of shawls, grass cutter etc necessary T&P measuring equipment shall be arrange by the Contractor. NOTE FOR ITEM 2.00, 3.00 & 4.00 (i) Contracor is responsible to open Bank account of lobour employed and monthly wages paid to indl will be submit with copy of RTGS and photo copy of pass book of lobur. (ii) The contractor is responsible for maintaned & submit record of EPF (iii) Contractor will take all measures notified by GOI time to time for safety of manpower engaged by him against COVID-19 including all other measure to stop spread of COVID-19 pandemic in the Mil Station Agra due to activity of his employees. NOTE FOR ITEM 4.00, (i) Spares parts for replacement of consumable item shall be issued under Sch 'B' free for fixing and same shall be recorded in MB as not to be abstructed. Retrived parts shall be deposited in E/M yard (ii) Necessary T & P required for day to day requirements of electrician/ helper like plier,screw driver,test lamp, tong tester, Bamboo ladder & TPT shall be provided by contractor (iii) contractor will be attend all HT /LT conplant of east side area including 509 ABW and all as directed by Engr in charge.
