Supplying, laying, jointing & commissioning in replacement of cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty), 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminum conductor of size 50 sqmm 3.5 core as per IS 7092 Pt-I complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches soft/loose soil not exc 1.5 mtrs wide and not exc 1.5 mtr in depth for laying of pipe/ cables/ poles etc and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, approved earth including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 Cm thick after cable are laid and tested complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material / surplus soil to a distance not exc. 50 mtrs & deposited where directed at a level not exc.1.5 mtr above the ground level complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for fine and clean sand free from sharp materials in trenches for cushioning of cable 8 cm thick under cable and 15 cm thick over the cable including gently punning complete all as specified and directed by Engr–in– Charge. Note:- The total thickness of sand shall be measured 18 cm after punning.

M&L for PCC cable cover class HV type 1 flat size 300 mm x 180 mm x 40 mm, ISI marked across the cable for protection of cable after sand cushioning complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for PCC cable cover class HV type 1 flat size 250 mm x 150 mm x 40 mm, ISI marked across the cable for protection of cable after sand cushioning complete all as specified & directed.

S&F of cable jointing Kit 11 KV (earthed) grade cable for outdoor type termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured Aluminium conductor cable of size 95 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of lightening arrester SMX type complete with all fittings transmission class, discharge capacity 65 Kilo Amp suitable for system voltage 11 KV complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for switch air break gang operated triple pole , mechanically operated mounted on HT insulators (12 insulator type) and MS steel frame with operating mechanism worked from ground level with 11 KV insulation for current rating up to 200 amps 11000 volts with locking arrangement, MS clamps, nuts, bolts and washers etc also incl drop out expulsion type fuse, single pole up to 25 Amps, 11000 volts fuse barrels, incl two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer on MS work complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, erecting and fixing in replacement of true vertical position, steel tubular swaged pole (410 SP-55), 11 mtr long, complete with cast iron base plate, pole cap / finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and washers, welded reduced section and longitudinal weld throughout entire length of pole including 2 coats of black bituminous paint externally upto planting depth and remaining exterior portion of pole shall be provided with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of aluminium paint complete all as specified and directed. (Numbering of the poles shall be done with synthetic enameled painted letter of shape & size as directed.). The quoted rate includes cost for shifting of existing Cross arms, bracing, ACSR conductors insulators, GI wire from eisting pole to new poles. Note :- Excavation including earth work and PCC foundation will be measured and paid separately.

S & F and replacement of cross arms, bracing, supports clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections incl nuts & bolts, washers, welding bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size and inclusive of one red oxide primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 600X600X6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.50 mtr below the ground level connected to galvanised iron strip of 32 x 6 mm as earth lead by means of bolts nuts check nuts & washers of galvanised iron or steel ,surrounded by charcoal of coke and salt, water pipe 20mm bore GI medium grade with funnel and wire mesh,and making chamber of PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate and coping shall be in PCC(1:3:6) type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, 50 mm thick cover of RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars @ 80 mm c/c boath ways including excavation and earth work and removal of surplus soil to distance n exc 50 m complete all shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR part- 2010 complete all as specified and directed. Note :-(i) The cost of GI earth lead & G I pipe of 7.50 mtr length for protection of GI wire and excavation work for pit shall deemed to be included in this item. (ii) Earthing test will be carried out and if desired result not achieved and the earthing will be redone to achieve desired result without any extra payment. (iii) Charcoal dust and common salt upto 1.5 meter depth shall be filled in layers of 15 centimeters all around the earth plate.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregates) as in foundation filling for erection of pole and mass concrete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregates) as in foundation filling for erection of pole/fncing post/stay and mass concrete including form work for poles all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) as in coping etc including form work for poles all as specified and directed.

Supply , commissioning and testing factory made LT feeder pillar , outdoor type floor mounted , suitable for 415 volts 3 phase 4 wire, 50 Hz AC supply system, having bus bar chamber duly insulated The panel shall be dust and vermin proof, IP 65 class protection and made of 3.15 mm CRCA MS sheet and 50x50x5mm thick angle iron base frame work, powder coated finish over one coat of red oxide primer outside and two coats of red oxide primer on inside, both side opening type, with aprons for cable entry, with double door shutter and locking arrangement and consisting of the following complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Panel drawings & make of MCCB/SDFU will be submitted by contractor for approval from Accepting Officer before ordering the panel.

M & L for pvc surface conduit point wiring complete with PVC insulated and unsheathed flame retardant los smoke low smoke and halogen ( FRLSH ) cable of 2.5 sqmm (nominal area) with stranded copper conductor single core 1100 volts grade in and including rigid PVC conduit not less than 20 mm dia, clip, with MS terminal boxes (not less than 1.0 mm thick) and painted with one coat of red oxide primer all around and two coats of black bituminous paint from out side and two coat of aluminum paint from in side including common earth dolly with 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet top cover of approved make and colour including 2.5 sqmm green stranded copper conductor as continuous earth wire with lugs complete all as specified and as directed .

Material and labour for submain wiring with PVC insulated, unsheathed 2 single core cable 1100 vols grade FRLS with stranded copper conductors of size 6.0 sq mm (Nominal area) drawn into conduit (Existing / new), with and including 6 sq mm green PVC insulated FRLS stranded copper conductor cable as contineous earth wire terminated with copper lugs / thimbles all as specified and as directed. Note : 1. New conduit and conduit accessories shall be measured and paid separately.

Material and labour for rigid non-metallic PVC conduit, medium grade, not less than 25 mm dia (external) ISI marked (on surface) including all accessories / fittings such as Tees, bends, elbows, reducers, bell mouth, tube ends and fixing accessories such as couplers, lock nuts, GI saddles, pipe hook etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F sheet metal enclosure double door concealed suitable for distribution boards when MCBs to be used having 200 Amp rated bus barSPN DB 8 ways 240V, complete all as specified and as directed.
