Material and labour for periodical Servicing of LT air circuit breaker of rating 630 Amp to 1000 Amp 4/3 Pole (MDO / EDO type) by disconnecting electrically and machnically complete as details mentioned as under:-
(a) Details of servicing of ACB :-
(i) Disconnecting / connecting the LT ACB electrically and mechanically.
(ii) Opening the ACB and replacmenet the minor unserviceable part as required at site.
(iii) Checking of mechanical system for proper functioning for easy movement .
(iv) Cleaning & servicing the fixed / moving contact, busbar, with the CTC solution and greasing / oiling the parts where requied or as directed by manufacturer.
(vi) Tighting the all loose parts and testing (b) The following test shall be carried out:-
(i) Primary Injection Test .
(ii) Closing coil resistance
(iii) Tripping coil resistance.
(iv) Testing of relay of ACB on Over current, instantanious, Earth fault etc and setting of values as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note :- (i) The cost of minor spare parts essentialy required at site shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate by the contractor

Earth termination clamp shall be of 25 mm OD SS Clamp Both Side for terminating both round and flat conductors of required size. Heavy duty weather proof Polyethylene Earth Pit Chamber with following dimensions: 254 mm dia (top), 330 mm dia (bottom) & 260 mm (height).
