M&L for earthing in replacement complete with chemical earthing with copper earth plate 90x60cmx5mm & copper earth strip 32x6mm thick directly burried in the ground (Earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.50M below the normal ground level, GI wire 4.0mm dia from earth plate/ electrode to test point (upto max distance of 7.50M is included in unit rate) and connected to earth plate & earth test point by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel, 15mm bore GI pipe medium grade including necessary fittings for protection of earthing wire, watering pipe 20mm bore GI medium grade, concrete chamber in PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm grade aggregate, coping shall be in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20 mm grade aggregate and internal surfaces of concrete chamber shall be given 12mm thick plaster in CM (1:4), funnel with wire gauge of 22 gauge (0.63 mm) 8 mesh per linear incl 50mm thick cover of RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm grade stone aggregate reinforced with 8mm MS deformed bar @ 75 mm C/C both ways, char coal dust and common salt all as shown in electrical plate No. 2 of SSR Part-I (2009) including all necessary excavation & earth work and removal of surplus soil to a distance n. exc 50M and providing connection points with MS bolts & washers as required and connection from DB to earth electrode with same GI wire alongwith protection pipe and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed.

The above maint work is required to be carried out in hangers at the height 12 to 15 Mtrs. 2. The cost of required necessary TNP & Safty features to be included in the quoted units rates by the contractor.

Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring on batten/ PVC conduit (light, fan, socket or power) complete including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fittings etcexcluding tubelight fittings etc, including removal and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, ceilings etc by cement/colour/plaster to match with the existing location spot complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for point wiring concealed type with 1.50sqmm PVC FRLS insulated, unsheathed, single core, multistranded copper conductor cable 1100 volts grade including 1.5 sqmm FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor drawn in and including rigid PVC conduit of suitable size but not less than 20mm dia with its accessories, to be terminated in and excluding modular metal GI flush box and its cover plates for fixing modular type switches/ socket/regulators etc including cutting chases in wall as per standard engineering practice & making good the disturbed surfaces to match with existing for the one light/ fan/street/bell point controlled by 1 one way switch 5/6 Amps complete all as specified & directed.

All as per item No-12 here in before but point wiring for one modular socket out let 3/5 pin, 5/6 Amps controlled by one 1 way modular switch on the same board with other switches complete all as specified & directed.

(iii) Fittings like switches,sockets,regulators,lamp holders,light foittings shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of schedule A. (iv)The size of conduits shall be determined on permissible no of runs of wires as specified in SSR part-I clause 19.125 (B).However minimum size of conduit shall be 20 mm dia (medium grade)
