Removing excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50 meters and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point.

M&L for sand cushioning to under ground cables 8 cm thick before laying the cable and 15 cm, thick after laying, stretching and testing the cable

M&L for Sub class ‘B’ bricks old size laid dry flat over the cable abutting each other, length of cable equal to width of brick all as required.

M&L for drilling manually in soft / loose soil under road / hard standing / culvert / nala of suitable bore for cable protection pipe upto 80 mm bore complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Depth of bore shall not be more than 1 Mtr from original ground level.

Taking out carefully unserviceable LT UG cable up to 240 Sqmm from trenches and relaying same after repairs in same or other indicated location and testing on completion complete all as directed. (Note: Earth work, sand, bricks will be measured and paid separately)

Disconnecting electrically and taking out old unserviceable LT UG cables any type of size 6 Sqmm to 16 Sqmm all as spfd and directed.

Supply and laying in trenches or fixing to wall/pole or passing through pipe PVC insulated heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable with PVC insulated aluminium multistranded conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape armoured with galvanised steel wire or strip and overall PVC sheathed 10 sq. mm nominal cross section 2 core in service connections all as required and directed. (Note : Incl making good all distributed wall surfaces/ flooring/tilling to match with existing specification)

All as per srl item No 10.00 but cable of size 16 Sqmm 2 core.

Disconnecting electrically and taking out old unserviceable LT UG cables any type of size 25 Sqmm to 50 Sqmm core all as spfd and directed.

Supply and laying in trenches or fixing to wall/pole or passing through pipe PVC insulated heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade cross sectional area 25 Sqmm 4 core. (Note : Incl making good all distributed wall surfaces/ flooring/tilling to match with existing specification)

All as per srl item No-13.00 but cable of size 16 Sqmm 4 core.

All as per srl item No-13.00 but cable of size 35 Sqmm 3.5 core.

All as per srl item No-13.00 but cable of size 50 Sqmm 3.5 core.

S&F in replacement of service wire 6 Sqmm, 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated aluminium conductor, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connection suspended by insulating hangers not more than 1 metre apart including 4mm suspension wire, one twin core cable flat or circular.

All as per item No-17.00 but of size 10 Sqmm.

Material and labour for GI tubing light grade 50mm bore with fittings laid for protection of cable under road crossing fixed to walls or pole cut to piece, clamps for fixing pipe, nuts, bolts washers complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in- Charge

All as per srl item No 19 but pipe of size 40mm bore

Supply & fix in concealed or fixed on wall of rigid non-metallic PVC conduit of size 25 mm dia, exclusive of boxes (junction/terminal) but inclusive of all tees, bends, elbows, reducers, bell mouth tube ends and fixing accessories such as couplers, lock nuts, saddles, pipe hooks etc make of conduit :- Kamplast/Plaza/Poly gold/AKG

M & L for making 2 hole of 14 mm dia on the existing LT Steel pole at height of 1.5 mtr from GL and top of the pole near to bracket for inserting 2 core, 4 sqmm cable from junction box to street lights all as specified and directed

Taking down old unserviceable security light fittings (Drivers) roadway lumanarie type from any height and S&F Driver of High power LED street light any type and making electric connections complete all as spfd.

S & F in replacement of street light bracket made out of GI tubing, light grade, 25/32/40mm bore, 1000mm long, bent to shape at 120 degree, fixed on pole by providing two sets of MS clamp made up of flat iron 40 x 6mm including bolts, nuts and washer of suitable size including painting the bracket & clamp with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling, cross arms, clamps, supports made of channels or angle section etc including nuts and bolts and setting aside all as required at site or directed by Engr-in-charge.

S & F in replacemet cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections conforming to Fe-290 (Gde E-165) grade including necessary nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape and size as directed and including applying two coats of aluminium paint (under & finishing coats) over a coat of red oxide zinc chromate primer on exposed steel surfaces after preparation of surfaces, supplied and fixed in repair complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : (i) Sizes & types of members and shape of the cross arms etc shall be as required at site all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.(ii) Un-exposed steel surfaces shall be given one coat of red-oxide zinc chromate primer only. Cost of the same is included in unit rate of the item and nothing extra shall be paid on this account.)

Disconnecting, dismantling and taking out old steel tubular pole any size/ length and making good all disturbed surface to match with existing specifications all as directed.

S&F in replacement of Steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-22 (8.5 metres long)

Routine and periodical work required for trimming / cutting of tree branches of any girth, touching /obstructing the over head lines of HT/LT poles of three phase distribution system at places not more than 40 mtr span distance so as to keep minimum 2.0 mtr clearance all around the lines and poles with due care after taking proper electric shoutdown from concern JE including disposal thereof ( trimmed branches) to a distance not exceeding 100 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing, testing and comissioning of automatic street light switch of capacity 8 KW in single phase using nature switch for automatic switching of street lights based on LUX level of natural light. The sensor (nature switch) along with suitable power contactor, MCB and support terminals enclosed in pole / wall mounted enclosure made of rust proof, electric shock proof, termite proof and FR grade SMC junction box (Make: Sintex) conforming to IP54, including mounting arrangement with suitable size of FI clamps 02 Nos with complete acessories as under including taking down old street light switch complete all as specified and directed. (i) Contactor rating (AC3) single phase, 50-65 Amp : [Make : BCH/L&T/Schneider] (ii) MCB 63/65Amps (SP),10 KA, 240 volts: [Make : Schinder/ Legrand/ L&T] (iii) NATURESWITCH-01 [Make: HEALER (Model No. SWADEEP - 02EC8KW1P) or equivalent to Schenider/Hensal]

M&L for pre- fabricated street light junction /distribution box of size 200mm x250 mm with hinged cover system made of MS Sheet/ CRCA sheet duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer suitable for mounting on pole including fixing on pole with clamp 50x6 and nut, bolts and suitable size Aluminium bus bar 04 Nos (3 Phase,1N) connecting incoming and outgoing connection with proper lugging as latest practice acting as control circuit for street light including MCB SP 'C' 6 Amps for control of s/light complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for painting of steel pole (swan neck type or straight type) up to 11 mtr any height with cross arms, clamp of any length and shape for LT overhead line / for street light with two coat of aluminium paint after scraching out old paint, cleaning and existing surface rust free, preparation of the existing surface, including marking pole numbers in a 20 cm dia yellow circle with number writting with black syenthic paint & painting strips in alternate from bottom to top with three strips of black synthetic paint & two strips of yellow fluorescent paint (up to 1.5 mtr height) through out the circumference of pole (width of each strip shall be of 30 cm), complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition & dismantling of cement concrete in ground floors and paving for making trench for laying XLPE cable etc including removing the debris from the site

Material & labour for plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C1, using 20 mm grade stone aggregate for filling the pavings / trenches / foot path etc complete all as specified and directed.

Earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode of size 60cm X 60cm X 6mm buried directly in ground vertically at a depth not less than 2.25 metre below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level surrounded from all sides by 15 cm thick and packed layer of charcoal dust and common salt filling in alternate layers etc and connected to and including GI strip of size 32x6 mm up to 7.5 mtr by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers made of brass and protected by light grade 40mm dia upto 7.5 mtr long GI pipe connected to main control board and GI pipe light grade 20mm bore for watering and including funnel, wire mesh, RCC pit cover 50mm thick and PCC chamber pit with PCC 1:2:4 type C2 (including excavation and earth work disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre) and testing making test point and testing after completion all as specified and shown on plate No 3 of SSR Part-I 2009 including taking down old unserviceable complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for MCB single pole 240 volts 5 to 32 amps, with rupturing capacity 10 KA, using thimbles of required size.

M&L MCB single pole & neutral 240 volts 63 Amps,with rupturing capacity 10 KA, using thimbles of required size.
