M&L for PCC in foundations, filling and mass concrete type D2 (1:4:8) (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated surplus (soil) obtained from excavation to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brickwork with fly ash bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 6 to 8 mm dia TMT bars, cut to length, bend to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hoping for columns hookings and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips quality conforming to deformed or twisted bars complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 with water proofing compound to brick/conc wall surfaces trowelled to even & smooth w/o using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Liquid WPC shall be measured and paid seprately.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC 1:1.5:3 type A1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in Slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like & similar RCC works complete all as specified and directed.

Formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including sup- ports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc. for flat rough finished surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 10mm dia and over , TMT bars, cut to length, bend to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hoping for columns hooking and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips quality conforming to deformed or twisted bars complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 12 above but but 6mm to 8mm dia in strirrups

M&L 100mm Plain Cement concrete type D- 2,1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate) as in subbase of floors complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing, cement concrete type B0 , 1:2:4 using 12.50mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in copings, kerbs, floor, padding etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L two coat of cement base paint over and including alkali resistant priming paint on new plastered surfaces of walls including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 16 sq mm 4 core, laid in trenches / duct / fixing on walls / poles or passing through HDPE double wall corrugated pipe (outer dia should not be less then 40 mm) including connecting with suitable lugs, glands, nuts and bolts in existing Panel from pole / Main Panel Box and testing complete all as specified and directed. Note:- HDPE pipe rate shall be deemed in quoted rate above.

Supply and Install Factory assembled hut type double door type with cable alloy outdoor LT panel suitable for 3 phase, fabricated out of CRCA sheet 3.15mm thick MS sheet tapered, drip proof, top extended 100 mm on all sides including MS angle iron base frame of size 50x50x6mm thick duly welded with the following mountings/accessories & having individual compartment for switch gear connected and inter conneciton and painting with epoxy based primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint with control wiring and locking arrangement etc complete all as specified and directed with PCC Foundation work with following specification (a) Busbar aluminium - 200 Amps -04 Nos (a) MCCB 63 Amp, 4 pole, 16 KA-01 Each (01 In-coming) (b) Digital Amp meter (0-250) -01 Each (c) Digital Volt meter (0-100)-01 Each (d) RYB Indicator -01 Set (e) Starter with single phase preventor, 3 phase, for washing pump 3 HP-01 Nos.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cmX60cmX6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to galvanised earth lead strip 25x4 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron complete earth pit of PCC M-10 (Nominal mix) using 20mm graded stone aggregate, 50mm thick earth pit cover of RCC M-15 (Nominal mix) using 20mm graded stone aggregate with MS TMT reinforcement bar of 8mm dia @ 150mm centre to centre both ways, MS handle 10mm dia made to shape, PGI funnel, wire mesh and 15mm bore GI water pipe medium grade and 40mm bore medium grade GI pipe for protection of earth strip from plate to main switch board, common salt, charcoal dust all as specified and as directed all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 including testing on complete all as specified and directed. Note : GI strip beyond 7.5Mtr length from earth electrode shall be measured and paid separately.
