M&L Sand cushioning with fine dry sand to cable with a layer of sand 8 cm thick before laying the cable and 15 cm thick after laying the cable (punned down to 18 cm thick after laying and stretching of cable) complete all as specified & directed.

Supply & laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover , Class HV type-1 with flat, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm, laid flat for protection of cable, adjacent to each other, perpendicular to central axis of cable complete all as specified & directed.

M&L plain cement concrete(PCC) 1:4:8, type D-2 using 40 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates as in foundations, filling and mass concrete etc complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for cutting of road / hard standing upto size not exceeding 20cm in width and not exceeding 60cm in depth for laying of cable protection pipe including making good the disturbed road/hard standing by providing PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 to mach the existing surface level and removal of debris to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr complete all as specified & directed.

M&L HT XLPE cable (heavy duty), 11000 volts (earthed), cross sectional area 95 Sqmm, 3 core, insulated, screened, sound compacted aluminium conductor, screening with extruded semi conducting layers, insulation screening with copper tape covers laid up with PVC (ST-2), extruded inner sheathed GI strip armoured PVC (ST-2) out sheathed, ISI marked with IS-7098 Part II with amendment upto date, laid as in trenches / pipes / ducts or fixed along poles / walls etc. complete all as specified & directed. Note:- Excavation & earth work, sand cushioning, protection pipes, end termination joints & protection covers etc. if any shall be measured & paid separately.

S&F cable jointing kit for 11000 volt earthed grade, outdoor type, end termination, cold shrinkable type joints with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 sqmm complete all as specified & directed.

M&L earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60 cm X 60 cm, 6mm thick thick buried vertically in ground to depth not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level, with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level, connected to GI earth lead strip 32mm x 6mm upto 7.5 mtr long by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron and connection to earthing test point & earth dolly & GI pipe light grade 20 mm bore 1.5 mtr long for watering including GI pipe light grade 40mm bore upto 7.5 mtr long for protection of earth lead, wire mesh, funnel, lugs, salt, charcoal dust, excavation & earthwork in soft/losse soil and refilling, pit chamber shall be of PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded mechnically crushed stone aggregates and pit cover slab 40mm thick Precast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded mechnically crushed stone aggregates reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars @ 15 cm c/c both ways including necessary formwork all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I, including testing on completion at site complete all as specified & directed. Notes:- (i) On testing if the desired earth resistance(i.e. 05 ohm) is not obtained, earthing will be re-generated at No extra cost, till the desired earth resistance is obtained. (ii) The chamber shall be constructed atleast 1.5 mtr away from the earth electrode.

M&L GI pipe 80mm bore , light grade for cable protection as in crossing under road/path, under floor/plinth protection or fixed to wall/pole with suitable size of flat iron clamps complete all as specified & directed .

M&L dismantling and removal of HT Steel tubular Two Pole / four pole structure of 11.00 mtr long alongwith base plate and pole cap including 11 KV GOD and Lightening arrestor after breaking PCC plinth block, coping including making good disturbed surface with PCC 1:4:8 complete all as specified & directed. Note: Two pole sturcturre / Four pole structure alongwith its GOD & Lightening arrestor & other accessories shall be considered as one unit for payment purpose.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Ring Main Unit (RMU) 11/12 KV 4 way (01 Incoming & 3 outgoing), Non-extensible 630 Amps, 21 KA, IP-54 Outdoor type SF6 gas insulated 630 Amp copper busbar RMU comprising of three direct module cable entry and three manual load Break Switch as detailed below, robotically welded minimum 2.5 mm thick non magnetic non ferrite stainless steel tank filled with SF6 with IP class IP-67, leak rate less than 0.1% and HT tank tested for internal Arc fault of 21 KA upto 03 second as per latest IEC 62271-200. The unit shall have front/side/rear cable entry of the switch gear to ensure IP-54 protection for full door covering of complete switchgear cable bushing shall be site replaceable type complete all as specified & directed. (i) Load break switch module-04 Nos. (ii) Manual operated 12 KV 630 Amp load break switch. (iii) Live cable LED indicators through capacity voltage dividers mounted on the bushings. (iv) Earth fault passage indicator. (v) Suitable site replaced bushings. (vi) Mechanical ON/OFF/EARTH indication. (vii) Cable tray must be suitable upto 1x3Cx300 sqmm XLPE cable with Termination protection. (viii) Cable door should be arc proof and interlocked with respective Earthing switches for safety of operator it should not be possible to open the cable door unless the earth is ON.

Notes for BOQ item No. 13.00, 14.00 & 15.00: (i) Necessary foundation for installation of RMU shall be executed as per OEM specifications and rates shall be deemed to be in the quoted rates. (ii) The layout drawings in respect of RMU shall be approved by Accepting Officer. (iii) RMU shall be tested by representative of Accepting Officer at factory premises. (iv) The testing & commissing after installation of the RMU shall be carried out in presence of Senior Electrical Inspector.

Dismantling of old unserviceable conventional type earthing of any type including making good the disturbed surface complete all as specified & directed.

For Credit Schedule refer tender documents. The amount of credit schedule shall be deducted from total quoted amount in BOQ to arrive contract sum.
