Supply only galvanised chain link fencing, any size or type complete all as specified

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails straining bolts, etc including provision of binding wire complete all as specified

Supply only MS screw bolts [machine made] with hexagonal or square heads at one end exceeding 12mm and not excedding 20mm long with washers and nut etc, complete all as specified and directed

S & F in repair, galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire complete all speciified and directed

M&L for mild steel frame brackets of angle cut to shape, including welding, bending,embeding in concrete and screwing etc, including securing bolts, posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc, flat iron fillets ( for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc and similar work conforming to Fe -290 Gde E-165 all as sprcified

M&L mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railings, framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new /previously untreated steel and iron surface of any description exceeding 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base etc.including demolition of Cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and paving n exc 15cm thickness and below or above ground level complete all as specified and directed

M&L for providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with grey cement and no pigment with approved colour,design & pattern as in footpath, parks,lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc, length, thickness & size/shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern , compacting with grey cement and no pigment and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified

M & L PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping, bed blocks , benching etc incl necessary form work finished even & smooth without using extra cement in ground floor and paving n exc 15cm thickness below or above ground level complete all as specified and directed

Cleaning of existing drain of size 30 to 60 cm wide and depth not exc 1.00 m by taking out all muds, silt , sludge , foreign material, sand, ashes, fiber grease , night soils etc and removing the same from out side of MOD land at contractor's own arrangements without any extra cost to the govt and clean the site complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning for grubbing up vegetation growth bushes or plants along the length of boundary wall not exceeding 2m width including cutting of trunck portion protruding over ground around drain etc at any height, digging out roots, filling holes and leveling of disturbed surface and removing of grass, roots, branches, plants etc and clearing the site complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with fly ash bricks, old size, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 mtr mean radius and built in cement mortar 1:6 including demolition of old brick work built in cement mortar including precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering/plaster by using readymix mixture of thickness 12 mm to 15 mm on newly prepared surface and plastering the wall surface with white cement based polymer modified self curing mortar, all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Repair to plaster by using readymix mixture of thickness 12 mm to 15 mm and taking down cement or cement lime plaster, raking out joints and preparing plastering the wall surface with white cement based polymer modified self curing mortar, including disposal of rubbish, all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Complete removal of existing treatment on wall/ roof projections including facia, cornices etc by scrapping with sanding pad of appropriate grit to make surface clean,free from dust, loose paint etc by skilled labour complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new surface of walls applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old plastered or unplastered surface of wall and applying two coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 6mm thick asbestos cement, corrugated or semi-corrugated sheets in roofs, walls etc. fixed with L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolts in lieu of screw to wall, fixed with including dismantling asbestos cement (corrugated, semi corrugated etc) sheets in roof coverings complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Asbestos cement two piece adjustable plain wing ridge 6mm thick fixed with L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolts in lieu of screw to wall, including dismantling asbestos cement (corrugated, semi corrugated etc) sheets in roof coverings complete all as specified and directed. specified and directed.

S&F in repair suspended false ceiling with "E" Board / V-Board grid suspended ceiling grid system of grid size 600 x 600mm with GI frame work of main runner 38 x 24mm sheet thickness 0.4mm, cross tee 28 x 24mm sheet thickness 0.3mm and wall angle 24 x 24 x 0.3mm using 4mm thick high pressure steam cured classic variant E-Board, designer pattern to be placed in the grid suspended by 2 x 2mm (cross ) dia GI wire at distance n. exc 1.2m center to center and dismantling old ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

Providing & Fixing of Armstrong Mineral Fibre Acoustical Suspended Ceiling System with OPTRA FG (MICRO LOOK) EDGE TILES WITH ARMSTRONG SILHOUETTE EXPOSED GRIDand comprising of the following :- The tiles should have Humidity Resistance (RH) of 95%, NRC 0.90, Light Reflectance 88%, Thermal Conductivity k = 0.032 w/m K, Colour White/Black, Fire Performance Class 0/Class1 (BS 476 Part 6 &7) in module size of 600 X 600 X 15 mm, The glasswool substrate tile shall have a front facing of white scrim tissue of 180 gsm and 45 gsm formaldehyde free fiber tissue backing and suitable for Green Building application, with Recycled content of 40-50%. The tile shall be laid on Armstrong Select profile grid system with 15mm white flanges incorporating a 6mm central reveal in white/black colour and with a web height of 45mm and a load carrying capacity of minimum 15.68 Kgs/M2. Silhouette, Main Runners & Cross Tees to have mitred ends & “birdsmouth” notches to provide mitred cruciform junctions. The T Sections have a Galvanizing of 120 grams per M2 & passed through 500 hrs of Salt test including dismantling old ceiling complete all as specified.

Taking down chowkhat frame with shutter (without taking out shutter from the frame) n.exc 1.50 Sqm and removing from site as directed.

S&F Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/ window/ Ceosetory windows & other Frames/Chowkhat of size 65 x 100 mm mprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/ cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2, modules of elasticity 900 mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being mite/borer proof,water/ moisture proof and fire retardant 152 SECTION 8 and fixed in position with MS hold fast/ lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length omplete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge complete all as specified and directed. Note: For WPC solid door/window frames,minus 5mm tolerance in dimension i.e.depth and width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimensions on plus side shall be acceptable but no extra payment on this account shall be made

Providing and fixing factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid both side decorative type (Laminated both side) flush door shutter of size 30mm thick comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant. WPC to be laminated with PVC foil of minimum 14 microns thick of approved design pasted with hot melt adhesive on both faces of shutter all as per direction of Engineer-In- Charge.

M & L 30 mm thick Factory made solid WPC (Wood plastic Composit) moulded gauged door shutter comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant. WPC to be laminated with PVC foil of minimum 14 microns thick of approved design pasted with hot melt adhesive on both faces of shutter with wire mesh in any number of division min 4 nos pannels with brown wood grain texture including SS wire mesh (G-304) 0.36 mm minimum dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.4 mm shall be fixed with 15 x 15 square wpc beading in side rails with screwing 8 x 28 heat metal zink coated screws can be remove or fix again after changing of wire mesh when needed. The density shall be as per manufacture instruction complete all as specified and complete all as specified and directed.

Providing & fixing of windows made of pre-painted steel (Base steel as per IS 513 of 0.58mm thick "D" Quality galvanized as per IS 277 with zinc of 120 GSM). Primer coated with epoxy primer of 5-7 microns thick, finish painted with a polyster paint of 12-16 microns thick and back coated with 5-7 microns thick alkyed backer. Section for outer frame should be of 72x55mm, centre mullion should be of 72x50mm, section for fixed glass beading should be of 12x12mm and section for shutter should be of 48x25mm. Outer frame & mullion sections to have rebate for glazed shutters, fly mesh and 20 mm provision for guard bars/ grills fly mesh shutter section should be of 20x40mm. The sections are to be cut to length mitre joined with corner bracket. Centre mullions to be fixed with mullion cap. Elixir or equivalent stay, handles 2nos of heavy duty stain less steel pivot hinges shall be provided per shutter. The windows should be paneled with 4 mm thick plain float glass and S.S. Mesh for fly mesh shutter (304 grade) 0.36 mm minimum dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.4 mm. Rubber Gaskets are provided all around the glass. The above frames should be fixed to the concrete/masonry wall by means of self expanding screws. Including 10 mm square guard bars with 6"(152.4mm) pitch, complete for finished item of work including of all taxes, design as per direction of Engr-in-Charge.

S & F of Stainless steel ISI Mark Butt hinges 100mm size and fixing with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws, as directed.

S & F of 200mm long MS Cromium plated barrel tower bolts of extructed section as directed.

Supply& fix MS ordinary pattern spring "plate type" including roller & roller plate complete as directed.

S&F of MS Cromium plated sliding door bolt 250mm long with hasp and staple (bolt type) and fixing clip of sheet and cast in extruded section and fixing bolts and sliding bolt of extruded section complete all as specified.

S & F of 200mm size MS Cromium plated handles (As per sample kept in sample room) fancy type, fabricated type, anodised all as per direction of Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair 25 mm dia stainless steel curtain rod (weight not less than 200 gm/ RM) superior quality with end brackets and end knobs and fixed to wall with wooden plug/ PVC gully with CP screws and cup washers complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Brickwork with flyash bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls, built in CM 1.4 exc 6m mean radius including Demolition of brick work built in CM completed all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of New plastered surface of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over and incl one MM of wall care putty complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for old plastered surfaces of walls and applying one coat of oil bound distemper including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new surface of walls and applying Two coat of cement base paint over a coat 0f primer complete all as specified and directed.
