M & L for Polythene film, black, 50micron laid in floors complete all as specified and directed

M & L for Forming dummy/contraction joint with an initial saw cut of 3 mm soon after the concrete has set, upto a depth of one third to one fourth the thickness of the slab widening the first saw cut to 6 mm and 24 mm deep by using diamond bit cutter of appropriate size straight and smooth edges Joint cleaned thoroughly with application of compressed air. Joint shall be made dry, vacuum cleaned and free of dirt, oil vegetation and other debris. Application of two coats of primer with thin brush by forward and backward movement at an interval of 30 minutes before placing the backup rod and pouring the sealant. Placing of closed cell, medium density, crossed linked polyethylene foam backup rod of 8 mm dia application of bond breaker tape on top of back up rod for complete width of the joint and filled with polyurethane based sealant complying with BS 5212, BS 4254 and EN-141875-2003 with minimum movement accommodation factor (MAF) OF +/- 30% having minimum 10 year performance guarantee applying masked tape on the edges of joints and removing the masking tape after filling of sealant as per the method specified by the manufacturer complete as specified and directed

Chipping of unsound/weak concrete 25mm avg thickness material from slabs, beams column etc with mannual chisel and /or by standard power driven percusion type or of approved make including tapering of all edge , making square shoulders of approved make including tapering of all edge , making square shoulders of cavities including cleaning the exposed concrete surface and reinforcement with wire brushes etc. and disposal of debris for all lead and lifts complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing ,mixing and applying bonding coat of approved adhesive on chipped portion of RCC as per specification and direction of Engineer-In-Charge complete in all respect .SBR Polymer ( @10% of cement weight ) modified cementitious bond coat @2.2kg cement per sqm of surface area mixed with specified proportion of approved polymer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for excavation in trenches (Manually) n.exc. 1.5 m wide and n.exc. 1.5 m deep in soft/ loose soil complete all as speciied and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in surface channel and drains complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in coping and benching finished even and smooth complete including necessary form work straight or curved complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for removal of excavated materials (SOIL) n.exc 50 M and deposting where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point in soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with fly ash bricks , built in CM 1 : 6, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius on plan complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4;8 type D-2 using (40mm graded aggregate ) as in foundation ,filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in (1:6) cm on fair faces of brickwork or concrete surface finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation over areas in soft/ loose, n exc 1.5 m deep and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials (soils) to a distance exc. 50 m but n exc. 250 m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Hardcore with broken bricks of gauge n exc 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc 100cm thick, water and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' burnt clay brick Class designation 100 built in cement mortar 1:4 with clay burnt bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius using old size bricks, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for half brick work with sub class 'B' Burnt clay brick cement mortar 1:6 with clay burnt bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius using old size bricks, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar in CM 1:6 finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for applying Flush pointing to brick to brick walls in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for cement concrete 75mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base floor complete all as specified and directed.

M &L for cement concrete 40 mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in as in floor finish complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in surface channel and drains incl saucer drainscomplete all as specified and directed.

Providing precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1(20 mm graded agreegate) in window or door cills, lintels,bressumers, steps,quoin blocks (for use with masonry),string courses, copings, kneelers, apex stones, pier caps, columns, posts, boundary pillars,bed plates, pintle blocks, ancho-rage blocks, bonders(for stone walling).corbels, brackets,etc. (of any section indicated), with plain fair faces,including chamfers, weatherings ,throating etc. and setting in mortar complete with joints to match

M&L for chequered cement concrete tiles 20cm x20cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry as in floors with grey cement and pigments and ponted in white or colour cement to match including and over 20mm thick screed bed in CM1:4 complete all as specified and directed

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length bend to shape as reqd incl cranking, binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips quality confirming to FE-500 D, complete all as specified and directed..

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 5 mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia as in stirrups, spacers and binders complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering.Doors, etc.to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete conforming to FE-410 W(GDE-E-250) quality B and, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde- E-165, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk)forming holes, without any attachment complete conforming to fe-410 W(GDE-E-250) quality A and, complete all as specified and directed.

S &F Butt hinges, heavy weight , size of hinges 75mm, cold rolled mild steel, and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

S& F Bands, straps, supports or stays for rainwater, ventilating pipes,including bolts, if required:hooks (stay), heavy, for large gates; hook and pintle hinges:large hasps and staples; chains;hand made sliding bolts; clamps;hold fasts; wall ties; hooks for hanging fans; plain angle cleats for securingpurlins to wood trusses or rafters; knee piece inserts; two way and three way straps, plate washers and similar small articles conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 and ,complete all as specified and directed.

M &L for preparation of new untreated steel surface and applying priming with red oxide/zinc chome and two coat of synthetic enamel (ordinary tint ) on a surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth,not otherwise described

Material & labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of external wall surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint over a primer complete all as specified & directed
