Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick directly burried in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5metre below the ground level connected to GI strip 32x6 mm by means of bolts nuts check nuts and washers of galvanised iron at 2 points & GI pipe 40 mm bore medium grade for protection of earth strip, 20 mm bore medium grade for watering, PCC chamber 1:3:6 (type C-1) using 20mm graded stone aggregate, funnel with wire mesh, 50 mm thick cover of RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with 8 mm MS bars at 150 mm centre to centre both ways, CI frame and charcoal dust and common salt, all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of MES SSR part-I and making test point as specified including excavation & earth work in any type of soil and connecting the earthing to an earthing point/equipment as specified and directed & testing on completion. NOTES : (i) The concrete pit shall be made in PCC 1:3:6 type C-1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm thick precast cover slab of RCC (1:2:4), type B-1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate with suitable MS handle in lieu of CI cover. (ii) Item includes the cost of 7.5 metre GI pipe for protection of earth strip. Any variation in length shall be adjusted through deviation order (iii) Items includes cost of 7.5 metre earth lead strip. Any variation in length shall be adjusted through deviation order. (iv) Earth electrode shall be surrounded by adequate quantity of charcoal dust and salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm on all sides

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of HT 11 KV 3 phase 50 HZ cycles indoor type totally enclosed metal clad switch gear complete with Vacuum circuit breaker having rupturing capacity upto 350 MVA and of rating upto 630 Amps, overload, earth fault and short circuit protection, required battery bank / power pack with charging arrangement complete all as specified and directed with specifications mentioned in IS /IEC 62271-201 including latest ammendment / addition. The panel shall have the facility of all the protection system including provision of digital type Ampere meter, Voltmeter, Push buttons, MCBs of required rating, LED indicator Lamps and load manager having with all instantaneous & integrated electrical parameters with old refreshed parameters backup and communication facility with inbuilt selector switch and CTs of appropriate ratio with percentage load bar graph (Model EM 6400) equivalent-01 No. The panel shall also provided with space heater, self powered, IDMT numerical relay, overcurrent and earth fault with high adjustable setting, short curcit fault relay for complete protection of HT 11 KV 3 phase feeder. Relay type REF 601 ( 50, 51, 50N, 51N). The VCB shall have the standard of single element high speed tripping relay with hand reset flag, flush mounting type with 4NO+3NC type PQ8NCH2J, trip circuit supervision relay, hand reset flag flush mounting type 1 NO+1NC+2CO type TCs, AC/DC fail relay PN8CH2JS of ABB of equivalent in Schneider/Simenes/CG. All panel wiring shall be of 1100 Volts grade single core standard copper conductor with PVC insulation, vermin rodent proof of size 1.5/2.5 Sqmm auxilary load supply shall be 24V DC. The VCB shall have the standard of IEC 62271-100, 400Amps, 11 KV, 50Hz with short circuit current rating 25 KA for 3 secs. The breaking capacity of VCB shall design for 25 KA and making capacity of 62.5 KA peak with maximum temperature rise over ambient shall be within limits as per IEC 2271-100. The contact resistance of main pole60 micro-ohms, dry-1minute power frequency with stand between line terminal and ground object-28KV rms, between terminals with breaker contact open 25kv rms 1.2/50 micro second full wave impulse between line terminals and grounded object. The spring charging motor shall have 230V AC and charging time required for motor 15 sec (Max). The ground clearance of VCB shall be as per manufacturers GA drawing. The panel shall be designed for floor mounting, free standing, simplex type control and realy panel in sheet enclosure with powder coated paint after suitable pretreatment with IP4X protection. The panel shall be fabricated from 2mm MS sheet for side/top/Rear and with 3.15mm for front/Gland plate paint shade exterior shade 631 of IS-5. Panel size shall not be less than 750mm(width)x600mm(Depth)x220mm (including 100mm base channel). the CT and PT shal be designed suitable for connecting of 500KVA transformer. Note :- (i) Any other spares/material required for protection of transformer/VCB may be included as per design parameters. Make of VCB: ABB/SCHNEIDER/SIEMENS or as specified in particular specification. (ii) The quoted rate shall be demmed to include cost of PCC foundation and PCC plateform of suitable size 100 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (20 mm graded stone aggregate) over 100 mm thick hard core complete.

Supply , installations , testing & commissioning of 11 KV of rating 630Amp RMU unit outdoor type (IP-54) protection duly painted(Paint shade in painted Alu Zn/RAL 7032 on sheet steel for door and covers), VCB type I RMU( RING Main unit) four way comprising of three numbers insulated load break switch as outgoing and one number Vacuum Circuit Breaker as incoming inside . RMU should be provided with Copper Bus bar , one number fault passage indicator with each incoming and outgoing mechanism for interlocking arrangements for powered relay complete with all accessories as under.(a) RMU type installation Outdoor Extensible type, arc proof as per IEC : 62271-200 for design Manufacturing and testing . The RMU must have the following features/specification:- INCOMER :- VCB should have following specification :- (i) Rated Voltage upto -12KV (ii) Rated power frequency withstand voltage -28KV(iii) Rated lighting impulse withstand voltage –should be minimum 125KVP (iv) Rate d current for ring main feeder -630A (v) Rated current for VCB feeder -630A (vi) Rated short-time current-21 KA/3 Sec(vii) Rate Short making current -50KA (viii) Ambient temperature (-1 degree Celsius to +45degree Celsius), (ix) Degree of protection against accidental contact and ingress of foreign objects must be assured as under:- (aa) Main electric circuits : IP-67(ab) Fuse compartment IP3X (ac) Operating mechanism –IPXC ,(ad) Cable connection compartment-IPXC with site replaceable cable bushing . (xi) Each vacuum circuit Breaker includes : (aa) Manual VCB with position ON-OFF manual spring charging mechanism with in built spring charging handle mechanically latched ON/OFF push buttons (ab) Manual line disconnector with three position switches ON-OFF–EARTH, (ac) Auxiliary switches 6 NO + 6NC with wiring , (ad) IDMT Numerical relay for Over current and earth fault protection , (ae) Three phase definite time over current and short-circuit protection with variable tripping times (ANSI 50/51) 3 Phase over Current protection with selectable inverse time characteristics and definite time short-circuit current element (ANSI20/51) definite (af) Capacitive Voltage indicator (ag) Padlocking facility (ah) Dedicated CTs for protection,((xii) Operating handle -1 number (xii) Right angled Cable boots -3x sets (xiv) Capacitor (xv) Any other standard accessories required for efficient operation of RMU as per OEM recommendations. OUTGOING :-(i) Each load break Switches includes:- (a) three position switches with position ON-OFF -EARTH (b) Manual operated spring mechanism ON-OFF-EARTH (c) Mechanical indicators for position ON-OFF-EARTH , (d) Mimic diagram at the front facia of RMU , (e) Capacitive Voltage indicator , (f) Padlocking facility , (g) Fault passage indicator for Earth Fault .(ii) Right angled Cable boots -3x sets (iii)The quoted rate shall be demmed to include cost of PCC foundation and PCC plateform of suitable size as per OEM recommendation 100 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (20 mm graded stone aggregate) over 100 mm thick hard core of 63 mm complete.
