S&F in replacement porcelain insulator of required size not exceeding 10 cm long with two nos hole each on both end for fixing properly with nuts & bolts on wall of buildings for separated to lightining conductor or earthing stirp from building all as required at site complete all as specified and directed. Note : The distance between two insulators fixed on the wall not more than 1.00m length.

S&F epoxy insulators 25mm dia base with suitable screws, washers, necessary bituminious water proof materials for leakage proof joint complete for alumnium strip size 25x3.15mm all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.(Note: Rate quoted by the contractor deemed to be inclusive of necessary repair work for water proofing if ccurs while fixing insulators over roof top of building).

M&L for testing of old earthing using calibrated earth tester & submitting result to the Engr -in -Charge. Earthing which showing highe results valueas specified in IS rule and disconnetivity should be replaced with new earthing items are considered as below complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Watering of earthing with 2 Buckets (30Ltrs) water mixed with salt (total 5 Kg) shall be carried out one day before the testing & the cost of the same shall deemed included in unit rate quoted.

M&L for making High conductive, Non corrosive, Maintenance Free yet Repairable Electro-Chemical - Gel earth pit suitable for Lightning Conductor application using earth enhancing compound ISOGEL of 20 kg kit, CPRI Tested 'ISOROD' of 3 inch dia, 8 ft long and 0.12 inch thick made of K type electrolytic copper with top removal gel filling cap, seepage holes, Stainless steel fasteners, HDP Lockable earht pit cover cum inspection/termination chamber and all required accessories including design modifications, to achieve the required earth termination rod resistance value of less then 1 ohms complete all as specified and directed. Note:- 1. Cost of earth work complete is included in the unit quoted rate. 2. Cost of strip 32x6 mm copper up to 7.50m and connecting to equipement is included in the unit quoted rate. 3. Test point to be made on insulation base i.e. porcelain insulator or mica sheet of 3 mm thick and the same is included in the unit quoted rate. If earth resistance value is found to be outside the permissible limits successful bidder shall do fresh earthing on his own expense.

M&L (in replacement) for earthing complete with MS galvanized earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below normal GL) with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.50 m below normal GL, connected to galvanized earth lead wire 4 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts & washers of GI or steel including excavation, earth work, returning filing, removal of extra soil, PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) chamber with RCC cover (1:2:4) type B0 (using 12.50 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) 40 mm thick reinforced with 8 mm dia bar, 3 Nos. both way, 15 mm dia light grade GI protection pipe upto 7.5 m, funnel with wire mesh,watering pipe of size 20 mm dia med. grade, lugs, main Earthing lead upto 7.50 m including charcoal dust, salt etc. all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Pt-I, 2009 specification complete all as specified and directed. Note for item No 15 to 19 :- (i) The excess requirement (if more than 7.5 Mtr) of GI/Aluminium/copper strip and their joints for connecting upto the test point and GI pipe will be measured and paid separately) (ii) The excavation exceeds if any is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

S&F in replacement GI pipe light grade of size 40 mm bore for laying in trenches/floors or walls including all fittings for fixing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting/boring of PCC / WBM / hard standing at a depth not more than 30 cm deep & 20 cm in breath and making good disturbed surfaces by using the new materials as directed on cutting areas/ disturbed surfaces complete all as speified and directed

Dismantling / taking down old rusted copper / GI / Al strip from any height or situation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L (in replacement) for broken earthing pits chamber with PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 with RCC cover (1:2:4) type B0 (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate), 40 mm thick, reinforced with 6 mm dia bar, 3 Nos. both way, funnel with wire mesh for watering pipe including painting with synthetic enameled white colour paint with mixing of colour (Red/Green/Yellow) of earthing pits of diffirent colour as per Earthing type (Chemical/Lightening Protection and Conventional) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Test point terminal block made out of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25mm drilled and screwed on wall including three nos 8mm dia 25mm long hexagonal head screwes complete all as directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L (in replacement) for broken lightening arrestor PCC by providing new PCC grouting Plastic gulli on room and flange to be fixed with screw after dismentling complete PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) of size 150mm x 600mm x 600mm and above 150mm x 300mm x 300mm and rendering in cm 1:4 finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregeate as in pole coping etc. all as directed by Engineer in Charge.

S&F in replacement of GI pipe light grade of size 15 mm bore for laying in trenches/floors or walls including all fittings for fixing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead 4 mm dia GI or steel wire fixed to wall on batten or recessed or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe all as required at site complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting externally of earthing pit with two synthetic enameled paint of white colour and mixing of colour (Red/Green/Yellow) of earthing pits of diffirent colour as per earthing type (Chemical/Lightening Protection and Conventional ) complete all as specified and directed.
