M&L for 7.5cm thick compacted thickness water bound macadam using old stone aggregate obtained from screening item here-in-before, spread, rolled and consolidated to required gradient or camber, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing WBM surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. and applying evenly a priming / tack coat with paving bituminous primer VG-10 grade @ 10 Kg per Ten Sqm on WBM surface and applying 40mm thick (consolidated thickness) bituminous premixed semi dense asphaltic concrete with 5.5% paving bitumen binder content VG-30 Grade by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient to a uniform smooth surface with 8 to 10 ton power roller complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: (i) Bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense concrete work shall be executed as per design mix as approved by GE. (ii) The binder content specified is minimum. Any variation in binder content during design mix at site on plus side shall be borne by the contractor without any extra cost to Government. (iii) Premixing shall be done by using Hot Mix plant and laying shall be done by using mechanical paver. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repair to potholes n.exc 30cm depth and area not exc 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good byfilling in screened & graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repair to potholes exc 30cm depth and area not exc 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat @ 5 Kg per 10 Sqm, putting in premix bituminous macadam well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 Kg per ten Sqm, blinded with 0.09 cum of stone chipping, 6.3mm size mixed with 5.5% bt weight of total of mix of paving bitumen binder content, rolled and compacted (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for bituminous macadam with hot mix plant using crushed stone aggregete of specified grading premixed with bitumen VG-30 grade as binder @ 4% by weight of total mix transporting the hot mix and filler to work site, spreading and laying with a hydrostatic mechanical paver and roller to required camber/ gradient rolled and compacted to smooth uniform surface with vibratory and tandem 8 to 10 ton power roller to achieve desired compaction (consolidated thickness 75mm or less complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing existing black top surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with mechanical compressor to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming / tack coat with paving bituminous primer VG-10 grade @ 5 Kg per Ten Sqm of paving bitumen complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying bituminous premixed asphaltic semi dense concrete 30mm thick consolidated thickness with 5.5% of paving bitumen binder content VG-30 Grade by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 8 to 10 tonne power roller achive uniform/smooth surface, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE: Premixing to be done in Hot Mix plant and premixed carpet shall be laid in single pavers iwth self propelled mechanical pavers (SPMP), complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of stone slab and tiles (paver block) of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete including tiles if any of any size not exc. 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&Lfor 75mm thick cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base of floor finished even and rough complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand filling under and ground Interlocking paver block, floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine pressed precast, prelaminated (lacqure finish) coloured concrete interlocking paver block (Vibro Compressed and Rubber Moulded) any shape nad size conforming to IS- 15658-2006 of 80mm thickness, M-40, ISI marked, with grey cement and pigment, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Necessary earth work to be maintain the level (if any necessary will be carried out without any extra cost.

M&L for refixing of old machine pressed precast, prelaminated (lacqure finish) coloured concrete interlocking paver block (Vibro Compressed and Rubber Moulded) any shape nad size conforming to IS- 15658-2006 of 80mm thickness, M-40, ISI marked, with grey cement and pigment, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Necessary earth work to be maintain the level (if any necessary will be carried out without any extra cost.

M&L for Chequered cement concrete tiles 20cmx20cmx25mm thick, machine pressed laid over & including 20mm thick, screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 set, jointed nad pointed in slurry with grey cement and pigment in floors/paved and cut and policed complete dall as specified and directed.

S&F for reflector type Solar cat eye with 6 LEDs of red/yellow colour on each side (total 06 Nos) housed in a tough pressure die casted alluminium alloy of size 125mmx125mmx25mm with built in system of suitable length with LEDs, Solar cells, battery & light sensor duly covered with tough unbreakable poly corbonate transparent sheet on top, equiped iwth solar system workable for 2-3 days (night) after full charge of 8-10 hours, fixed on road surface by cutting holes and grouting with epoxy and/on MS stud (as per manufactureres instruction)in the pattern an the locaion as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. M&L for applying hot thermo plastic (retro reflective) road marking paint including prime for marking white traffic lines 2.5mm thick having clear and sharp edges over road surfaces including straight/curve portion etc in any position. The thermo plastic materials shall be homogeneously compossed of aggregate pigment resins and glass reflector rising beads @ 250 to 300 gm/Sqm or as per manufacturer's instructions after heating the paints within temperature limits specified. Making proper arrangement for traffic during operation etc nd with including cost of all materials and labour, thermo plastic paint applicator machine and necessary T&P etc required for proper completion of work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make :- Asian/Nerolac/Automat/Berger paints.

S&F the kerbstones have dimension of 0.30m in length, 0.10m in width and 0.30m in height constructed from high strength concrete M-35 incorported 6mm thick 40 grade acrylic sheet in milky white for illumination emitting a red blinking light at 4000K powered by IP68 LED technology the kerbstone operate on solar energy, providing a brightness of 60 lumens solar panel will be installed in group of 10 combining them together installation process will include placing them on preprepared PCC bed. The kerb stone comply with IS code 5758 and IRC standard for road signage fixed all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Moorum/red bajri filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers n.exc 15 cm thick spread levelled and rammed including watering complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed wtih cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new concrete surfaces as in kerb stones of any description exceeding 10cm width or girth and applying two coats synthetic enamel road marking paint (white or golden yellow) over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.
