M&L for preparing surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a tack coat with bituminous primer at 5 kg per 10 sqm VG-10 (Paving Bitumen) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete 30 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content of paving bitumen (VG-30 grade) by weight of total mix and mixed in hot mix plant and laid by mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 8 to 10 tonne power roller complete all as specified and directed. (Note :(i) Design Mix for SDAC shall be carried out through an authorised testing lab and the cost of testing shall be included in quoted rate. (ii) Aggregates for Bituminous works shall conform to clause No 20 B 2.5 of SSR 2009 Part- I (Note for item No. 3 & 5 : Based on job mix formula, in case the binder content (i.e. Bitumen) is less than the content specified under these items then a minus adjustment @ Rs 40/- per kg of bitumen (less consumed) shall be made on the quoted rate of contractor against these items, hence the quoted rate of contractor shall be reduced based on less content of bitumen required as per job mix formula. However, no price adjustment on plus side shall be made for increase of quantity of bitumen in case of required as per job mix formula).

Supply and fixing in replacement cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No DA 972.0 fixed with and including MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instrucitons complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repalcement solar cat eye aluminium alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mmx125mmx25mm shank 65mm) of high efficiency mono crystafie solar panel 2.4V/0.3 watt one Ni-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/1600MA) conssisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufacturerers insturction etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of retro reflecting 48 inches (1200 mm high) road delinators post black made of 16 gauge 62mm dia round pipe two side reflective in red, white and yellow super prismatic 5 striops of size 7.50x10 cm complete including PCC 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggrigate) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement road rummble straight 300mm x 150mm made out of hard acrylic polymers of colour yellow and black with both side reflector for fixing with suitable bitumin and including filling PCC 1:2:4 type B1(using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) complete good finish surface all as specified and directed

S & F in replacment of Road safety 580mm dia convex mirror with frame made up of H2 polycarbonate reflective mirror having body ABS/fibre suitable for indoor/out door use with hood complete with mounting hardware including suitable height /dia of MS tubular pipe with painting and grounting with PCC 1:2:4 type B1(using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) with complte good finish surface complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc. and the like n. exc 10cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed.

S &F for LED Solar Bollard light IT-65 with the valuable assistance of skilled team of professionals , extensive range of high quality LED solar Bollard light with and including excavation and earth work, necessary PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) complete all as specified and direted.

S & F for unit Sign Board 3mm thick letters size 18"x3" electric operated with copper on ACP sheet with acrylic sheet LED letter LED moudle channel LED light (300 watt tube lights) used letter wt 150gm single face configuration with leters even surface and edge to edge illumination for seamless apprearances fixing on suitable sheet with framing 304 Grade Tubler/ Square SS Pipe of size 50-80mm size (14 gauge) complete including electrical fittings existing dismantled board fixing with PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) complete all as specfied as directed

S & F for road indicating & signage sign board 5mm thick ACP sheet for signage & graphics metallic sign board signage & graphics of size 1524mmx1219.2mm with sheet 304 grade OD SS frame (304 grade of size 32mmx32mm, 14 gauge) rectangle design, with double side visibility HIP engineer grade type 1 to type 4 retro reflective and reflective stand for vinyle or PVC paper which relect light (code RRS-DEL) costomized standard bilingual (both language english and Hindi) letter symbols, borders etc will be as per IRC-67 with required colour scheme on the boards and with the high intensity grade A materails as well as unit monogram by overlay any suitable colour (layout design/font size as approved by GE ) complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Area (rectanghular portion) of sign board shall be measured only . Cost of SS post pipe, excavation & earth work and grounting with PCC 1:2:4 type, B-1, (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) etc. shall not be paid separataly)

S &F Layout paln with steel 304 grade of 32mm dia pipe (wall thickness 14 gauge) frame and post with double side viisibility HIP Engineer sheet grade type 1 to type 4 retro reflective stand for vinyle or PVC paper which reflect light ( code RRs-DEL) coustomized standard bilingual ( both language engilish and hindi) letter materials as well as suitable colour (layout design/front size as approved by GE) including posts of staninless steel pipe frame complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) (ii) Area of sheet portion shall be measured, 6 ft height of post. Cost of SS Post pipe (sign board SS pipe including excavation and earth work and grounting wiht PCC 1:2:4 type B-1, ( using 20mm graded stone aggregate) shall be included in the unit rate quoted by bidder and shall not be paid separately)
