M&L for oblitering of old writing letters or figures (block, Roman, Italic or Indian) n.exc 30 cm height for writing Bldg Nos, Block Nos and Quarter Nos etc. and rewriting with synthetic enamel paint to match with existing letters and rewriting the letters upto four story complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rewriting or repainting of existing letters or figures (Block, Roman, Italic or Indian) not exceeding 30cm high with synthetic enamel paint complete. complete all as specified.

Demolition of plain cement concrete of any description & in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in roof padding, roof kerbs, benching on roof slab and other similar works laid as per slop required finished even and fair complete including necessary form work if any complete all as specified and directed.

Complete removing of existing treatment by scrapping with wall sander L-01/ H-01 ( having mechanical vacuums mechanism) or equivalent having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 80 grit having dia of 7" / 9" to make the surface free from dust loose paint etc by skilled labour as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for water proofing cement based putty @ 1 Kg (undiluted) per Sqm of average thickness 1 mm over the newly plastered / old painted wall after scrapping to prepare the surface even & smooth complete and sanding of the putty surface with wall sander L-01/H-01 (having mechanical vaccum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500 sanding pad of 240 grit or above having dia of 7" / 9" to make the surface free from dust , loose paint etc, by skilled labour with the following steps . Step 1 - Mix the putty powder by adding 40 to 50% water as per manufacturer instruction and mixed it with putty mixer ( truecare putty mixer with minimum 1400 watt power having mixer rod of industrial steel grade 45 with the mixing capacity of minimum 2.5 Kg putty per minute). Step 2 - Apply the first coat of the prepared mixture with the help of fully automatic airless spray machine of putty by graco spray machine ( Model EH 230D!) or equivalent having the DC electric motor of 3.3 KW having flow speed of maximum 6 Ltr/ minute with a maximum pressure 230 bar having maximum tip size 0.041". Step 3- Allow 6-8hours time to dry the putty surface complete all as specified & directed. Make of Manufacturer : Asian / Berger/Nerolac

M & L for one coat of acrylic water based exterior grade primer @0.9 Itr (undiluted ) /10sqm diluted with water in 1:1 ratio to be applied with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application having an electric motor of minimum 1 HP with a flow speed of min 1 Itr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface for painting of subsequent coat complete all as specified & directed. M & L for water based premium acrylic smooth exterior emulsion of approved colour with silicone additive & colour stay technology, excellent dirt pick up resistance of approved make with low VOC less than 50, anti fungal properties in two coats @1.79 Itr (undiluted) /10 Sqm diluted with water as per manufacturer instruction applied over priming coat with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application of approved make having an electric motor of min 1HP with a flow speed of min 1 itr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface in both coats of paints with 8 years performance warranty from manufacture and instructions complete all as specified and directed. Note against item No 2, 3, 08 to 11 :- (a) The preparatory and application work pertaining to periodical services and water proofing shall be excuted from authonzed applicator duly certified by manufacturer of the Paint, Distemper, Putty etc Before execution of work necessary approval shall be taken from GE with all documentary evidences. (b) Where the items executed upto 10 mtr height, necessary scaffolding props, jacks, shuttering & ladder shall be provided by the contractor in his own arrangement and the same is included in unit rates quoted. Green cloth shall be provided all around the work site for any position/height with all safety precaution i.e. Safety Jacket, Safety Shoes, Safety Masks, Safety Helmet, Salery harness, Safety Goggles etc without safety precaution this work will not be commenced as decided by Engineer-in-Charge. NO extra cost shall be paid for such precaution shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate ( c) The contractor shall enter a 'Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) duly notarised (not later than 03 months old) with manufacturer mentioned in the particular specification. Work shall only be commenced when MoU shall be submitted by the Contractor. Validity of MOU shall be valid during the currency of the work. However during defect liability period if any defect noticed contractor shall only be responsible for rectification of the same. (d) Insurance for each worker shall be provided during currency of the work. Same shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (e) Masking / covering of windows/ door during spray painting using polythene film shall be deemed to ne included in the quoted rate. (f) No payments for additional shall be paid to the contractor. (g) Cleaning and clearing site of paint, mats, etc are deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (h) Completion of the work will not be issued without proper cleaning roof site as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of old painted surface of wood and wood based materials by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salt and trading oil and greasy spots of any description, not otherwise described, over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint, white or tinted complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of wall scrapping machine tools /electric hand grinder with wire brush and applying two coat of oil bound distemper white or tinted complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down 15 mm bore GI steel tubing and connections on (walls, ceiling, floors, etc.) including cleaning complete all as specified and as directed

Refixing old 15 mm bore GI steel tubing and connections in new or old position (Walls, ceiling, floors, etc.) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 15 mm bore GI steel tubing "medium grade" with all fittings and fixed to wall, floor and ceiling etc complete all as specified.

Taking up or down 20 mm bore GI steel tubing and connections on (walls, ceiling, floors, etc.) including cleaning complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for preparation of old steel surfaces or steel base material of any description not otherwise described, surface exceeding 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint with paint sprayers, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing vegetable growth/ plants/ shrubs (girth exc 5cm but n.exc 30cm), cutting in brick wall/concrete surface upto triple story building, carefully without damaging the existing soil ,vent, water supply pipe and removing roots of plants completely and filling the gaps with cement mortar 1:4 finished & match with the existing surface including all scaffolding ladder etc as required surface are n.exc 0.36 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

Schedule of Credit (MINUS) Rs. 4125.00 B/F from Serial Page No. [Note : Details of items for schedule of credit is given on Srl Page No. ] This amount shall be automatically deducted to arrive at tendered sum
