Material and labour for rendering/plastering, 10mm to 30 mm thick as required at site in cement mortar (1:3) , for repair of RCC chajja, roof projection, fin facia , balcony railing etc including applying neat cement slurry @ 3 Kg/sqm befor rendering , finishing surface even and smooth without using extra cement incl necessary scafolding required for repair complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering/plastering, 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) , for ceiling etc , finishing surface even and smooth without using extra cement incl necessary scafolding required complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for applying two coats of homogenious mixture super latex 302 of Dr fixit or equivalent in the ratio (1:4:7) (One part super latex, 4 part water and 7 parts of cement) @ 1.50 Kg /sqm on surface before plastering complete all as directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on wall/roof projections including facia, cornices, etc by scrapping with mechanical sander (having mechnical vaccum mechanism ) with sanding pad of appropriate grit to make surface clean, free from dust, loose paint etc by skilled labour complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material & Labour for scraping out loose mortar / concrete by chiseling / wire brushing complete and applying rust removing solution (rebaklene soulution) to exposed corroded reinforcement and applying a coat of epoxy primer (Nitozink primer from M/s Fosroc or equivalent as approved by GE) as per manufacture instructions providing and fixing of wire mesh of weight 2.5 Kg per Sqm and apply 25mm average thickness in CM (1:4) mixed with liquid integral water proofing compound (complast 'X' as per manufacture instructions) with gunitting machine at a pressure not less than 5Kg/Sqcm finally rendering 10mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 using liquid integral water proofing compound (complast 'X' 421 i.e. from M/s Fosroc and nitobound AR from M/s Fosroc or equivalent as approved by GE) in the proportion recommended by the manfacture complete all as specifed & directed.

Material & Labour for applying Two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm on newly plastered surface of brick (plastered or un-plastered) or concrete surface complete all as specified and directed. Note: 1. Exterior Primer & Acrylic emulsion paint to be applied on wall surfaces with airless spray machine (Mechanical means) as approved by Engr-in-Charge . 2nd coat shall be applied after 1st coat is dry approximately 6-8 hrs between two coats.

Material & Labour for applying Two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm on old prepared surface of brick (plastered or un-plastered) or concrete surface complete all as specified and directed. Note: 1. Exterior Primer & Acrylic emulsion paint to be applied on wall surfaces with airless spray machine (Mechanical means) as approved by Engr-in-Charge . 2nd coat shall be applied after 1st coat is dry approximately 6-8 hrs between two coats. 2. Preparation of surfaces shall be measured and paid separately

M&L for preperation of old decorated plastered suface of walls applying one coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preperation of newly plastered surfaces on ceiling and applying Two coats of White Wash complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for preperation of newly plastered surface of walls & applying Two coat of Oil Bound Distemper over one coat of primer using roller complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing old decorated surfaces of ceiling and applying Two coats of White Wash complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for preperation of old plastered surface of walls & applying Two coat of Oil Bound Distemper over 1 mm thick wall care putty to achive smooth finish including complete removal of existing old decorated surfaces complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for preparation of old treated wooden or wood based surfaces of any description exceeding 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old treated steel surface of any description exceeding 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing, laying & testing 15 mm dia (Nominal bore) galvanised iron water tubing 'medium grade' with and including all GI fittings such as flanges, unions, reducer sockets, socket reducing bends, elbows, tee, checknuts, caps, plugs etc. fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors and testing including taking down existing GI tubing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing, laying & testing 20 mm dia (Nominal bore) galvanised iron water tubing 'medium grade' with and including all GI fittings such as flanges, unions, reducer sockets, socket reducing bends, elbows, tee, checknuts, caps, plugs etc. fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors and testing including taking down existing GI tubing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing, laying & testing 25 mm dia (Nominal bore) galvanised iron water tubing 'medium grade' with and including all GI fittings such as flanges, unions, reducer sockets, socket reducing bends, elbows, tee, checknuts, caps, plugs etc. fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors and testing including taking down existing GI tubing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Writing letters or figures (Block, Roman,Italic or Indian) size of area 1.20 m x 0.60 m high (Bldg No / Vintage, Periodical Maint done on , Last Spl Repairs under taken , Addn Altn / Any other type of wk carried out with dt ) after preparation of external surface of wall and applaying of two coats of synthetic enamal paint (any colour) complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of plants/trees//Shrubs from roof tops/sides, external walls of bldg, chajjas, wall junctions of rains water/CI soil /waste pipe junctions including taking out the roots entered in wall/slab surfaces and making good the disturbed surface using (1:2:4) type B-O or cement mortar (1:2)including repairing the GI/CI/PVC pipe joints which were damged during cutting/taking out process to match with the existing and finishing the disturbed surface to match with existing including necessary scaffolding/staging upto a height of 15 .00 M from the ground level complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs ball brass valve 20mm bore high pressure of polethene float and fly nut complete screwed for iron pipe and fixed, cast copper alloy with crutch or butterfly handle screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting water tubings near water tanks, taking out old rusted GI tube short lengths (nipples) embedded in RCC tank walls as out lets/inlets by chiselling and replacing with new nipples, making good with cement concrete 1:2:4 and refixing of tubing complete all as specified and directed. Note: Rates are incl Supply & fixing of new nipple/long screw etc.
