CONTROL WIRING :- All control wirings shall have to be carried out with 1100 volts rated FRLS grade PVC insulated (Gray Colour) multi-flexible type copper wire of cross sectional area 1.50 Sq mm and shall be properly bunched,tied and dressed, ferrule marked for proper identification and crimped with suitable size & type of tinned copper lugs and shall be wrapped with PVC spring type flexible pipes near the door hinges.
Note : (i) All incoming & outgoing feeders to be marked with aluminium name plates duly rivetted on the front inner door of the feeder pillar.
(ii) All the cable entry / exit will be through bottom only, duly glanded with single compression type brass cable gland of suitable size. Cost of end termination of cable shall deemed to be included in the cost of feeder pillar.
(iii) All the inner / outer doors should have locking facility through castle locks
(iv) Cost of all civil work for brick pedestal, duly plastered, shall deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted, no separate payment shall be allowed for this.
(v) The dimention of Panel Board as mentioned above is tentative. If it is required to be enhanced to accomodate the switchgears and maintaining the gaps as per IE Rules, it should be enhanced as per requirement without any extra cost to the department.
(vi) The thickness of MS Sheet for outer shell and canopy shall be of 3.0mm and inner doors and partitions shall be of 2.0 mm
(vii) The Panel Board should be designed in such a way that adequete workable space is made available inside every compartments.
(viii) The drawing of the Panel Board shall have to be got approved by Garrison Engineer before starting of fabrication process.

CONTROL WIRING :- All control wirings shall have to be carried out with 1100 volts rated FRLS grade PVC insulated (Gray Colour) multi-flexible type copper wire of cross sectional area 1.50 Sq mm and shall be properly bunched,tied and dressed, ferrule marked for proper identification and crimped with suitable size & type of tinned copper lugs and shall be wrapped with PVC spring type flexible pipes near the door hinges.
Note : (i) All incoming & outgoing feeders to be marked with aluminium name plates duly rivetted on the front inner door of the feeder pillar.
