Cutting holes into or through brick walls built in cement mortar for inserting holdfasts etc. and making good damaged portion in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-l as required, complete all as specified & directed.

Supply, fabrication & fixing mild steel bands, straps, supports or stays for rainwater, ventilating pipes, including bolts, if required: hooks (stay), heavy, for large gates; hook and pintle hinges: large hasps and staples; chains; hand made sliding bolts; clamps; hold fasts; wall ties; hooks for hanging fans; plain angle cleats for securing purlins to wood trusses or rafters; knee piece inserts; two way and three way straps, plate washers and similar small articles conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165, complete all as specified & directed.

S&F mild steel, plain, black sheet 1.25 mm thick in wall cladding, steel gates and similar work, cut to size, holes punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40 mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams, including ending or turning up, mitred angles, etc. as required, complete all as specified & directed.

Supplying and laying of CPVC pipes 40 mm dia bore SDR 11 & Plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings on walls/ceiling or laying in floors complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth,not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth with two coat of synthetic enamel paint (Ist quality) over one coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified & directed.

INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION

M&L for Point wiring complete with multi-starnded copper conductor 4 Sqmm size PVC insulated unseathed cable, 1100 volt grade, confirming to IS 694 & colour code in counduit system of wiring, drawn in and including medium grade PVC conduit not less than 20 mm dia concealed including cutting chases and making good disturbed surface complete, sunk in pressed steel terminal boxes of required size, of not less than 1.6 mm thick factory made and factory painted with top cover 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet fixed with brass screw and cup wachers with all accessories including single core solid copper conductor 1.5 Sqmm size solid PVC insulated unseatheds cabe as earth wire to common earth dolly drawn in same conduit complete all as specified and directed .

S&F concealed type GI sheet enclosure for switches/sockets etc complete with a 25 amps modular type motor starter type (2 module) with one SPN 'C' curve MCB of capacity 25 Amps (2 module) & a 20 Amps 3 pin socket (2 module) including electrical connections all as specified and directed

Supply and fix MCB SP 6-32 Amp. 240 volt C curve 10 KA complete all as specified and directed

EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION

Supply and laying or fixing jointing and testing 11 KV (E) system XLPE insulated, screened , PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables ISI 7098 marked with aluminium conductor, 11000 Volts ( earthed), laid under floor/ground or fixed on wall complete of cable size 95 Sqmm 3 core complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Necessary test results like continuity test, megger tests shall be submitted to Engineer-in-Charge before the cable is laid. (ii) Excavation & earth work will be measured and paid separately.

Supply and laying in trenches / ducts, passing through pipe / fixing on poles 1100 volts grade, ISI marked of size 400 Sq.mm 3.5 core, LT cable (heavy duty), XLPE insulated served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape armoured with galvanized steel wire or tape and over all PVC sheathed with stranded aluminium conductor cable including commissioning and testing complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Necessary test results like continuity test, megger tests shall be submitted to Engineer-in-Charge before the cable is laid. (ii) Excavation & earth work will be measured and paid separately.

Supply, and Installation of copper woound transformer step down, Outdoor type complete with standard fittings, HT 11 KV 3 Phase, LT 433 Volts, 3 Phase 4 wire with off load tapping on HT side to vary secondary voltage within limit, all as per IS 2026 of capacity 630 KVA , All distribution Transformmers Shall be of required capacity, Double copper wound ONAN type cooling with vector group, DYN-11 conforming to IS:1180 of 2014. 11/.433 KVA,3 Phase, 50 HZ,Dyn11,outdoor ONAN type, copper wound step down distribution transformer off load tap changing arrangement on HV side in steps of +2.5%, +5% , +7.5% having cable box on HV & LV side suitable to accomodate HT/LT. The transformer shall be provided with all standard accessories andfirst fittings of filtered dehydrated transformer oil and conforming to Energy Efficiency Level 3 of IS-1180 (Part1)2014 complete. The transformer shall have following accessories :-

(a) Oil Conservator with filling hole and drain cock. (b) Oil Level Gauge. ( C ) Oil seal type transparent breather with silica gel. (d) Two numbers earthing terminals with lugs. (e) Oil drain Valve/filter valve (f) Radiaors with valves. (g) Lifting lugs with fastening holes. (h) Thermometer dial type 0-120 0C. (j) rating & Specification plate. (k) 4 Nos plain cast steel bi-directional detachable rollers. (l) Explosion vent with diaphragm & sight glass. (a) tranformers must have its neutral brought out for earthing on LV side. (b) Tranformers must be earthed by two independent earthings with GI Strips for body and another two independent earths for neutral. Neutral earthing of transformers should be done by using GI earth plate and GI earth strip. (c ) Transformer Shall be installed as described in IS-10028 (Part-II and in conforming with IE rule.

Supply, Installation, Testing and commissioning of 11 KV 630 Amps, 350 MVA both side extensible outdoor [IP-54] protection, with powder coated painted light smoke gray colour SF-6 gas insulated RMU [RING MAIN UNIT ] 03 way comprising of 03 Nos 630 Amps Vaccum Circuit Breaker of rupturing capacity 21 KA/3sec inside SF-6 gas filled (01 No as Incomer and 02 Nos outgoing) stainless steel (non ferride and non magnatic grade) tank having min thickness not less than 2.00mm having IP-67 degree of protection and leak rate of SF-6 gas less then 0.1%. RMU should be provided with copper Busbar SCADA compitable, one number fault passage indicater with each incomming/outgoing mechanism for interlocking arrangements for safety and operations, pad lock provisions, self powered & complete with all accessories.The RMU shall be type tested for internal arc test of 20 KA / 3 Sec as per IEC : 62271-200.The unit shall include the following with all necessary standards fitting as required at site and as directed by GE. Make :- ABB/ Siemens/L&T/ C&S Electric/Schneider. Note:-Necessary civil work like as foudation/platform for the equipment of appropriate size as reccomended by OEM or as indicated/directed by the Engr-In-Charge for the connected work is required deemed to be included in the unit quoted rate.

M&L for cable jointing kit for 11 KV (E) grade cable for indoor end termination heat shrink type complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 sqmm 3 core complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for brick masonary plateform of size 2..00 x 2.00 x1.10 m (above G.L) , for installation of transformer brick masonary built in CM (1:6) above ground level 150 mm thick PCC (1:5:10) type E2 in foundation having projection of 150 mm on both side of wall 300 mm Brick masonary brought to course in CM (1:6), 1.10 m depth below GL plateform shall be 1 m above GL in typical drawing No CE(ALD/TD - 188 (att for ready ref) .Brick masonary shall be pointed with fluse pointing in CM(1:3) floor shall be of 50 mm thick PCC(1:2:4) type B1 laid over 100 mm thick hard core cover approved earth and including chain link fencing and steel gate as per relevant typical drawing complete all as specified and directed. ,

Horizontal Boring under hard standing/ pavements or roads manually using suitable auger for insertion of GI pipes up to 100 mm bore and making good the disturbed surface complete all as specified and as directed. Note: GI pipe will be measured and paid separately.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, connected to galvanized earth strip of 32X6mm size by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel and connected from earth plate electrode to main switch board/ earthing test point including watering arrangement with PCC 1:3:6 type C1 chamber, MS funnel, wire gauge, 50mm thick precast RCC cover in Type B1, including necessary excavation in any type of soil, returning, filling in, removal of surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50m, charcoal and salt complete all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I 2009 and connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated and testing on completion

S&F shock proof, rust proof, fire retardant non transparent Kiosk pole box of size 310 X 210 X 120 mm made of Engineering plastic one piece moulding, for out door duty, with four Nos. of insulated aluminium bus bar of 60 Ampere capacity mounted on unbreakable insulators, 10 Ampere MCB SP with aluminium lugs of suitable size up to 50 Sq.mm including 02 Nos. 40X3 mm flat iron clamps duly painted both side with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, necessary suitable size nut-bolts, washers etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out of existing LT UG cable of size 3½/4 core, 10 to 25 sq.mm including taking out protection bricks complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out of existing LT UG cable of size 3½/4 core, 35 sq.mm including taking out protection bricks complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting and taking down aluminum conductor steel reinforcement (ACSR) or AAC of any size from existing over head line all as directed.

Disconnecting and taking down cross arms of MS channel or angles sections etc of any size from existing over head line all as directed.

Disconnecting and taking down insulators of any size from existing over head line all as directed.

S&F GI tubes 80 mm bore dia light grade with all fittings laid in trenches or inserting in horizontal boring complete all as specified and as directed.

Design, Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of outdoor type LT Panel of overall size not less than 1800mm (W) X1200mm (Ht) (Without Canopy & Base channel) x 900 mm Depth, conforming to IS/IEC 61439 1 & 2, rated fault of 65 KA, M.S. Channel Base Frame mounted (to be mounted on the 3 side covered brick. pedestal of height 450 mm above ground level), suitable for 3 phase 4 wire, 415 volts AC supply and having 4 Nos Aluminium bus bars of rating 1500 Amps insulated, Provision of Spreader link to both incoming and outgoing side of MCCBs for termination of cables; LT panel shall be duly fabricated in an approved fabrication house having modern fabrication and testing facility which includes at least seven (07) tanks pre-treatment facility comprising of de-greasing, rinsing, de-rusting, rinsing, phosphating, rinsing and passivation followed by powder coated painting (thickness not less than 80 Micron) with approved shade of RAL 7032 (SIEMENS GRAY).

The LT Panel shall be provided with suitable rubber gasket to make it completely dust and vermin proof and degree of protection shall not be less than IP-65 and general construction conforming to IS-13947. The LT Panel shall be made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA mild steel sheet and 3.15 mm thick gland plate and having compartmentalized construction for individual switchgears and Bus Bars and having front opening facility (with double layer shutter) and rear opening facility with double layer shutter with locking facility and 2 side slanting canopy type roof on top and mild steel channel (MC-75) base frame at bottom, suitable for mounting on the brick pedestal through grouting bolt. The panel board shall be provided with ventilation facility in the form of louvers for better heat dissipation. The LT Panel shall be comprising of the following: - PROVISION FOR CABLE ENTRY :- The provision for cable entry / exit shall be provided from the bottom for both incoming and outgoing cables.

BUS BARS & INTERNAL CONNECTIONS :- The bus bars should be made of Aluminium, duly insulated with 1100 volts grade standard colour coded heat shrink type PVC sleeves and rigidly mounted on suitable size 'F' class insulators of non hygroscopic non combustable, track resistant,high strength FRP / SMC / DMC material. 4 Nos Aluminium bus bars of rating 1500 amps, . For all internal connections from main bus bars to switch gears shall be carried out with suitable size FRLS grade PVC insulated multiflexible type copper wire as per the current carrying capacity of individual switch gears. Earthing bar shall be provided as per standard practice and shall be made of Galvanized Steel flats of size 25mm x 6 mm INCOMING :- S&F ACB having current rating 1000 Amp. 4 pole of breaking capacity 50 KA manual draw out fixed type -01 No. OUTGOING : (i) MCCB MCCB having current rating 320 Amp, 4 pole of breaking capacity 36 KA, 415 volts -01 Nos. CONTROL WIRING :- All control wirings shall have to be carried out with 1100 volts rated FRLS grade PVC insulated (Gray Colour) multi-flexible type copper wire of cross sectional area 1.50 Sq mm and shall be properly bunched,tied and dressed, ferrule marked for proper identification and crimped with suitable size & type of tinned copper lugs and shall be wrapped with PVC spring type flexible pipes near the door hinges. Note : (i) All incoming & outgoing feeders to be marked with aluminium name plates duly rivetted on the front inner door of the feeder pillar. (ii) All the cable entry / exit will be through bottom only, duly glanded with single compression type brass cable gland of suitable size. Cost of end termination of cable shall deemed to be included in the cost of feeder pillar. (iii) All the inner / outer doors should have locking facility through castle locks (iv) Cost of all civil work for brick pedestal, duly plastered, shall deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted, no separate payment shall be allowed for this. (v) The dimention of Panel Board as mentioned above is tentative. If it is required to be enhanced to accomodate the switchgears and maintaining the gaps as per IE Rules, it should be enhanced as per requirement without any extra cost to the department. (vi) The thickness of MS Sheet for outer shell and canopy shall be of 3.0mm and inner doors and partitions shall be of 2.0 mm (vii) The Panel Board should be designed in such a way that adequete workable space is made available inside every compartments. (viii) The drawing of the Panel Board shall have to be got approved by Garrison Engineer before starting of fabrication process.

Channel Base Frame mounted (to be mounted on the 3 side covered brick. pedestal of height 450 mm above ground level), suitable for 3 phase 4 wire, 415 volts AC supply and having 4 Nos Aluminium bus bars of rating 400 Amps insulated, Provision of Spreader link to both incoming and outgoing side of MCCBs for termination of cables; LT panel shall be duly fabricated in an approved fabrication house having modern fabrication and testing facility which includes at least seven (07) tanks pre-treatment facility comprising of de-greasing, rinsing, de-rusting, rinsing, phosphating, rinsing and passivation followed by powder coated painting (thickness not less than 80 Micron) with approved shade of RAL 7032 (SIEMENS GRAY).

CONTROL WIRING :- All control wirings shall have to be carried out with 1100 volts rated FRLS grade PVC insulated (Gray Colour) multi-flexible type copper wire of cross sectional area 1.50 Sq mm and shall be properly bunched,tied and dressed, ferrule marked for proper identification and crimped with suitable size & type of tinned copper lugs and shall be wrapped with PVC spring type flexible pipes near the door hinges. Note : (i) All incoming & outgoing feeders to be marked with aluminium name plates duly rivetted on the front inner door of the feeder pillar. (ii) All the cable entry / exit will be through bottom only, duly glanded with single compression type brass cable gland of suitable size. Cost of end termination of cable shall deemed to be included in the cost of feeder pillar. (iii) All the inner / outer doors should have locking facility through castle locks (iv) Cost of all civil work for brick pedestal, duly plastered, shall deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted, no separate payment shall be allowed for this. Design, Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of outdoor type LT Panel of overall size not less than 1800mm (W) X1200mm (Ht) (Without Canopy & Base channel) x 450mm Depth, conforming to IS/IEC 61439 1 & 2, rated fault of 65KA, M.S. Channel Base Frame mounted (to be mounted on the 3 side covered brick. pedestal of height 450 mm above ground level), suitable for 3 phase 4 wire, 415 volts AC supply and having 4 Nos Aluminium bus bars of rating 400 Amps insulated, Provision of Spreader link to both incoming and outgoing side of MCCBs for termination of cables; LT panel shall be duly fabricated in an approved fabrication house having modern fabrication and testing facility which includes at least seven (07) tanks pre-treatment facility comprising of de-greasing, rinsing, de-rusting, rinsing, phosphating, rinsing and passivation followed by powder coated painting (thickness not less than 80 Micron) with approved shade of RAL 7032 (SIEMENS GRAY).

The LT panel shall be provided with suitable rubber gasket to make it completely dust and vermin proof and degree of protection not less than IP-65 and general construction conforming to IS : 13947. The feeder pillar shall be made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA mild steel sheet and 3.00 mm thick gland plate and having compartmentalized construction for individual switchgears and Bus Bars and having front opening facility (with double layer shutter) and rear opening facility with single layer shutter with locking facility and 2 side slanting canopy type roof on top and mild steel channel (MC-75) base frame at bottom, suitable for mounting on the brick pedestal through grouting bolt, The panel board shall be provided with ventilation facility in the form of louvers for better heat dissipation. The feeder pillar shall be comprising of the followings :- PROVISION FOR CABLE ENTRY :- The provision for cable entry / exit shall be provided from the bottom for both incoming and outgoing cables.
