Note for Item No 01 to 03 :- The quoted unit rates shall be inclusive of followings: a) The work shall be executed by the contractor as per MoU from authorised applicator through manufacturer of the materials like Exterior Emulsion paint, putty etc after approval by the GE. (b) Use of Scaffolding, trestles, ladders, cradles etc necessary for execution of work and protective measures. (c) Removing of Nails, making good holes, cracks etc (d) Work in patches and in narrow / widths, bands, cornices, pilasters etc and cutting in edge of line where necessary. (e) Spreading and removing covering to doors, windows, floors, fittings etc to protect them from splashes. (f) Washing floors, cleaning glass, joinery , electric fittings , wirings etc. Drops and splashes of paint to be cleaned to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. (g) Sample patch of 10Sqm be prepared considering all the items of periodical and shall be got approved from GE prior to carrying out further work.
