Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m depth and getting in hard/dense soil for laying of cables complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and spread M-sand in trenches for cushioning of cable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note: Punned down thickness only shall be measured for the purpose of payment)

Returning, filling in trenches including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing surplus excavated material to a distance not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and lay in trenches, un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, Class LV, Type I, flat, size 250 mm x 150mm x 40mm for cable protection in trenches complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for cutting of existing hard standing up to 15 cm depth for laying of pipe lines and making good the disturbed surfaces by providing PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded aggregate) after laying of pipes lines and returning filling of soil, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Excavation and earth work below hard standing will be measured and paid under relevant items.

Supply and fix in replacement of 100mm bore tubes, 'light grade' galvanized, with all fitting and fixed complete to walls/ poles or laid in trenches/ floors for cable protection complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No. 20 here-in-before but of size 50mm bore.

Material and labour for Double wall corrugated HDPE pipe, ISI marked of outer dia 50mm, inner dia 38mm with smooth internal and profiled external surface, non-pressure laid in trenches/floors/duct or fixed on walls /pole including all connections, accessories like socket, couplers, bends, etc for protection of LT cable XLPE grade 1100 volts complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of LT 9.0m long poles and painting with one coat of aluminium paint on all steel surfaces such as poles, channels, angles, clamps, nuts, bolts and washers of any description including replacement of old radium stickers of any description with new radium reflector band / strips (Make: 3M or equivalent) of 5cm wide in Green (02 Nos) & White (01 No.) colour shall be provided at a height of 1.25mtr from coping of pole and numbering of pole shall be done in black colour on yellow background at suitable place on the pole complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations of pole/ stay assembly complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping of pole including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cutting /trimming of tree branches upto 80 mm girth along LT/HT OH electric lines which or growing /touching or falling on ACSR conductor /poles or near by sub stns etc at any height from GL and making sufficient clearance not less than 1.5 mtr from ACSR conductor/ poles/ structure and taking down the same on the ground carefully avoiding the damage of and removing to a distance including stretching of conductor as required where directed by Engr - in -charge. Note :- Tree cutting will be maintain for periodisity for three months depending upon the growth of tree branches. Probable span shall be Each Span of 30 to 50 M

Unbinding the existing HT/LT overhead lines of any configuration and size of conductor by opening the binding wire from insulators and Re-stringing to the required tension and sag and binding with new aluminium binding wire of suitable gauge complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of ACSR conductor for HT/LT overhead line and proper stringing to required tension and sag including binding with new aluminium binding wire of suitable size complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Surface dressing not exc 15cm deep in any type of soil and site clearance including cutting and removing of plants/bushes, leveling of surface area, throw wastage material out of fencing area/ compound wall up to 50m distance at sub station areas / pump House areas complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and erection in replacement of Steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-31 (9.00 meters long) including painting of poles with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer on all exposed surfaces and black bituminous paint on embedded portion and Zebra marking on pole with black paint up to one meter height above PCC coping including pasting of radium reflector band / strips (Make: 3M or equivalent) of 5cm wide in Green (02 Nos) & White (01 No.) colour shall be provided at a height of 1.25mtr from coping of pole and writing the pole number in black colour on yellow background at a suitable place on the pole including taking down existing unserviceable pole of any description complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note: Excavation and concrete shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this BOQ).

Supply and fix replacement of Shackle Type, Porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including galvanized mild steel straps, washers, insulator bolts, washers and nuts for working pressure 1100 volts of size 75mm height and 90mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix replacement of Pin type, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including one galvanized mild steel spindle, two galvanized iron washers and one galvanized iron nut, 100mm height, 65mm dia for 1100 volts grade complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of Stay assembly with 16mm dia stay rod and all accessories as shown in electrical plate No. 1 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Loop type insulator, stay clamps, stay wire, excavation and concrete measured separately)

Supply and fix in replacement of Loop type insulator, vitreous porcelain, white, brown or green Small size, with overall dimensions 65 x 90mm, clearance of hole 16mm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of Galvanized stay strand, 7/3.15mm including proper tightening to required tension complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized iron earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meters deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 meters below normal ground level connecting to GI strip 32x6 mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel and earth wire protected by 50mm dia GI pipe medium grade and connected to pole structure/ panel board/earthing test point all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I (2009) and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The unit rate quoted shall also include for excavation, earth work in any type of soil, plain cement concrete 1:3:6 mix, Type C1 pit, 40mm thick RCC 1:2:4 mix type B1 cover reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bras @ 150mm C/C both ways, GI funnel with watering pipe, wire mesh, protection pipe, earth strip up to 7.50m long complete in addition to item No. 1(a) to (e) of preamble (Notes) under sub heading earthing, specified in SSR Part II (ii) Contractor must ensure Earthing result must be less than or equal to 5.00 ohm after satisfactory result must submit test sheet to engineer in charge. (iii) For testing and checking of earthing resistance with testing equipments, all arrangements bear by Contractor.

M&L for earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 3.15 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meters deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 meters below normal ground level connecting to copper strip 20x3 mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of copper and earth wire protected by 50mm dia GI pipe medium grade and connected to pole structure/ panel board/earthing test point all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I(2009) and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The unit rate quoted shall also include for excavation, earth work in any type of soil, plain cement concrete 1:3:6 mix, Type C1 pit, 40mm thick RCC 1:2:4 mix type B1 cover reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bras @ 150mm C/C both ways, GI funnel with watering pipe, wire mesh, protection pipe, earth strip up to 7.50m long complete in addition to item No. 1(a) to (e) of preamble (Notes) under sub heading earthing, specified in SSR Part II (ii) Contractor must ensure Earthing result must be less than or equal to 1.00 ohm after satisfactory result must submit test sheet to engineer in charge. Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each not exc 0.5 Cum, getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exc 25cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance not exc 50m and making good surface complete in any type of soil.

M&L for mild steel work as in replacement of posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc flat iron fillets(for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc and similar work confirming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of Galvanized Steel Chain Link fencing of mesh size 50mm x 50mm and dia of wire 4.00mm with and including line wires fixed to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Mild steel bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Surface excavation n.exc (not exceeding) 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in hard/dense soil in the transformer yard complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and spread graded coarse aggregate of 40/63mm nominal size around outdoor transformer and HT 11 KV two/four pole structure complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brickwork with sub class ‘B’ bricks on plan built in CM 1:6 incl demolition of existing brickwork in any mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick cement plaster 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth (with out using extra cement) complete all as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of MCCB 630 A ,4 pole ,50 KA (Ics =100% Icu) with adjustable thermal & fixed magnetic setting with bus bar spreader links for connecting both incoming and outgoing cables with suitable connections with suitable size of glands etc complete including testing & commissioning all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

36 Supply and fix in replacement of MCCB 500 A ,4 pole ,36 KA (Ics =100% Icu) with adjustable thermal & fixed magnetic setting with bus bar spreader links for connecting both incoming and outgoing cables with suitable connections with suitable size of glands etc complete including testing & commissioning all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of MCCB 400 A ,4 pole ,36 KA (Ics =100% Icu) with adjustable thermal & fixed magnetic setting with bus bar spreader links for connecting both incoming and outgoing cables with suitable connections with suitable size of glands etc complete including testing & commissioning all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of MCCB 315/350 A ,4 pole ,36 KA (Ics =100% Icu) with adjustable thermal & fixed magnetic setting with bus bar spreader links for connecting both incoming and outgoing cables with suitable connections with suitable size of glands etc complete including testing & commissioning all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of MCCB 250 A ,4 pole ,36 KA (Ics =100% Icu) with adjustable thermal & fixed magnetic setting with bus bar spreader links for connecting both incoming and outgoing cables with suitable connections with suitable size of glands etc complete including testing & commissioning all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of MCCB 200 A ,4 pole ,36 KA (Ics =100% Icu) with adjustable thermal & fixed magnetic setting with bus bar spreader links for connecting both incoming and outgoing cables with suitable connections with suitable size of glands etc complete including testing & commissioning all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down and Re-Laying LT UG cable PVC insulated , bedded armoured heavy duty electric cable 1100 volts grade with aluminium conductor of 16 to 95 Sqmm 3 core/3.5 laid in trenches or fixed on wall/floor/polesincluding taking out old unserviceable/ serviceable bricks/cable covers/GI pipe of any size from trenches for removing all as specified and directed

Taking down and Re-Laying LT UG cable PVC insulated , bedded armoured heavy duty electric cable 1100 volts grade with aluminium conductor of 120 to 300 Sqmm 3.5 laid in trenches or fixed on wall/floor/polesincluding taking out old unserviceable/ serviceable bricks/cable covers/GI pipe of any size from trenches for removing all as specified and directed

Taking down and Re-Laying LT UG armoured heavy duty electric cables 1100 volts grade with aluminium conductor of size 400 Sq mm 3.5 core laid in trenches or fixed on poles including taking out old unserviceable/ serviceable bricks/cable covers/GI pipe of any size from trenches for removing complete all as specified and directed

M & L for painting of PCC pole (Cross arms, clamps etc) with 2 coats of aluminium paints and including preparation of surfaces and painting upto the height of 1.2 m pole 9 m long with 2 coats of synthetic enameled paint including preparation of old surfaces and making colour bands and rewriting the pole number complete all as directed.

M&L for straight through cable joint suitable for LT armoured cables, PVC insulated, aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade ( for 56 to 58) type for 25 to 35 Sqmm 3 ½ size type SLA – 4 complete all as specified and directed

M&L LT line PVC spacers spiral type for two line (separator) complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for checking and finding out pin point location of fault in HT 11 KV/LT 1100 V underground cable with the help of fault locating mobile machine complete all as directed. (Note : excavation used for fault find out included in the quoted rate.)

M&L for cutting of vegetation surrounding transformer, two poles, four pole structure at various sub station / E&M installation and removing rubbish to a distance not exc 50 mtr complete all as specified and directed

Supply and laying synthetic rubber insulated mat 3.0 mm thick for voltage up to 33 KV( size 2x1M) for electrical purpose as per IS 15652-2006,( superseding IS5424) suitable for electrical shock safety.

M&Lfor Earthing complete with galvanised steel pipe electrode, 40 mm bore medium grade medium grade, 15 meters length bored & burried directly into ground and preferably vertically in ground with top edge not less than 13.75 meter below the ground level connected with earthing lead of 32x6 mm galvanised iron strip all as shown in Plate No. 2 to the eaarthing test point all as specified or indicated and testing on completion including provision of earth srtip protection by 32x6 mm strip,medium grade GI pipe and watering pipe shall be 40 mm bore medium grade GI pipe including boring & earth work, PCC pit with RCC cover with handle, charcoal, salt, funnel, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.
