Demolition of cement concrete floor and pavings n.exc. 15 cm thick (below or above GL) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100 mm thck PCC (1:4:8) type d-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregates) as in sub floors, floors & pavings complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying 80 mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-40 grade with approved colour design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, driver ways or light traffic parking etc of required strength, thickness size / shape, amde by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand compacting and proper embedding / laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory, compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for premix bituminous macadam 75mm consolidated thickness or less using binder content 4% by weight of total mix (using paving bitumen VG-30 grade) including cement filler, mix in hot mix plant using design mix and laid and rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 8 to 10 tonne power road roller complete all as specified and directed. Note :-(a) Premix concrete shall be mixed in hot plant, transported from plant to work site and laid/spread by means of mechanical paver. (b) Contractor shall quote his rate on the basis of binder as mentioned in above item if there is any variation in the actual binder content used in lower side shall be adjusted. However no price adjustment shall be made if the binder content works out to more than as specified in Sch'A' complete all as specified and directed

Repair to potholes any depth not exc. 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water scoring sunken surfaces in roads, path etc including cutting around edges at least 25 mm in depth and making good by applying tack coat using paving bitumen VG-10 @ at 5 kg per 10 Sqm putting in premixed bituminous macadam well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 kg per 10 Sqm blinded with 0.09 cum of stone chipping 6.3 mm size and again will rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings), depth of potholes exc. 30 mm complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No.8 above but making good by applying tack coat with bituminous primer using paving bitumen VG-10 at 5 Kg per 10 Sqm, putting in premix as specified for thin bituminous carpet (4.00 cm thick) well rammed and sealed with premixed sand seal coat (6.8 kg of binderwith 0.06 cum of sand) again well rammed (including supply of premix binder and sand) depth of potholes n.exc. 30 mm and complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The work for potholes shall be executed at different locations as directed by Engr in charge.

Preparing surfaces of existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming / tack coat with bituminous primer using paving bitumen VG-10 @ 5 Kg / Ten Sqm complete all as specified and directed

M & L for bituminious premixed asphaltic semi dense concrete 30mm consolidated thickness , with 5.5% of binder content using paving bitumen VG 30 by weight by total mix using design mix laid with self propelling mechanical paver, rolled and compacted with 8 to 10 tonnes power road roller to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (a) Contractor to lay the rope on both sides of lane along the road before commencing carpeting to ensure the compacted thickness (Rope as per loose thickness) (b) Premix concrete shall be mixed in hot plant transported from plant to work site and laid / spread by means of mechanical paver. (c) Contractor shall quote his rate on the basis of binder as mentioned in above item if there is any veriation in actual binder content used, the rate shall be adjusted lower side of binder used however no price adjustment shall be made if the binder content works out to more than as specified in BOQ.

M & L for preparation of road surface and applying thermoplastic reflective paint for marking of minimum 2.5mm thick single coat with mechine as a centre line , edge line, arrows etc , road marking of 150/100mm width using "HOT MARK"thermo plastic paint (Hot application) white / yellow by indgenous modern propelled road marking machine as directed incl all ingredients such as binder , glass beads, titanium dioxide, calcuim carbonate, inter filler etc, thermoplastic reqmt for glass beads shall be confirmed to BS-6086 and MORTH specification incl spraying of glass beads etc complete all as per manufacture's instructions complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair plastic speed bumb of ABS material speed breaker / rubber number of size L 250 mm x W 350 mm x H 50 mm fixed with metalic bolt of suitable size embedded in epoxy as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and directed.

S&F road side convex mirror, size 70 cm dia including and mounting MS pipe 50 m mdia and 1.5 m length above GL, fixing clamps and fixed with PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 (20 mm graded stone aggregate) and postholes size min 450 mm x 450 mm x 450 mm deep and necessary earth work complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 120 mm x 110 mm x 24 mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 of Dark Eye or equivalent in makes listed in Appx 'B' fixed with and including MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions complete all as specified and directed.
