Supply & fix in replacement of sheet metal enclosure indoor type Meter Box of size 1.2 x 1.5 x 0.25 mtr suitable to fix on wall/floor made out of 2mm thick CRCA sheet having independent compartments suitable for single phase energy meters (compatible with smart meter) and MCB provided with front hinged shutters with lockable arrangements and clear glass to visualize the meter reading without opening the compartment with sufficient working space in compartment pre wired with single core PVC insulated and sheathed FRLS stranded copper conductor wire of suitable size from bus bar to meter compartment 06 Nos duly crimped with copper thimbles, duly powder coated complete incl taking down old meter panel all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge and consisting with the following :- INCOMING:- (a) Incoming MCCB, 4 pole, 415 volts, 50 Hz, 100 Amps, 25 KA with adjustable Overload setting Ir = (0.8 to 1.0)xIn - One No. (b) Aluminium bus bar for 3 phase 4 wire system of 4 x 200 Amps rated insulated copper strip mounted on resin cast insulators in independent compartment having front openable shutter - One set. (b) 3 Phase Multifuction meter(0-500) Volts with inbuilt selector (V, A, F) Meter type class-1.0 - One set. (c) 6 A MCB SP for LED lamp indicator - 03 Nos. OUTGOING:- (a) Outgoing MCB SPN, 40 Amp,10 KA C-Curve - 07 Nos Complete with internal Control wiring. M & L in repair Air termination, single pointed aluminium rod 12mm dia and 300mm long complete all as specified and directed.

M & L in repair Test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25mm, drilled and screwed including 3 nos, 8mm dia 25mm long hex. head screw complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Galvanised iron strip 32 x 6 mm with saddles and fixing screws etc. for roof conductors and down conductors above ground with rectangular blocks below the strip all as directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L in repair of Earthing complete with galvanized mild steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6 mm thick, burried vertically in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less 1.5 mtr deep below normal ground level connected to galvanized steel earth lead wire 4.0 mm dia by means of nut, bolts, check nut & washer of galvanized iron or of steel, earth lead protected by 15 mm dia GI pipe light grade watering pipe 20 mm dia GI light grade GI wire meshed funnel alternate layer of char coal and salt PCC chamber, reassed for and including RCC cover including all necessary excavation & earth work, earth 7.5 mtr wire connected to main switch board, testing the earthing after completion all as specified and shown in electric plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-I 1991 print and complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repair of Chemical earthing for machinery/eqpts with copper earth plate 90cmx60cmx5mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate is not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to by using copper earth strip as earth lead of size 50 x 3 mm connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Modular AC BOX Power unit with Socket Plug top and MCBs with Single pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and one pin for earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB 20 Amp complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
