M&L for bituminous premix asphaltic semidense concrete 30mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content of paving bitumen (VG-30 grade) by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted, mixed in mechanical hot mixed plant and premixed material, laid with mechanical paver finished including rolling to required camber and gradientvcomplete with 8 to 10 Tonne power roller to required compaction complete all as specified and directed. (Note: (i) Design mix for SDAC shall be carried out and the cost of testing shall be included in quoted rate. (ii) Aggragates for Bituminous works shall confirm to clause No 20B 2.5 of SSR, 2009 Part-I (Specifications) with the following constraints:- Aggregate passing 13.2 mmIS Seive- 100%, Aggregate Passing 5.60mm IS Seive- 40% to 50%, Aggregate passing 2.8mm IS Seive- 30% to 35%, (iii) Based on job formula , in case the binder content (i.e. Bitumen)is less than the content specified under these items then a minus adjustment @ 40/- per Kg of bitumen (less consumed ) shall be appllied on the quoted rate of contractor against these items , hence the qouted rate of contractor shall be reduced based on less content of bitumen required as per job mix formula. However, no price adjustment on plus side shall be made for increase of quantity of bitumen in case of required as per job mix formula).

S & F in replacement for USA brand marker (CAT EYE) body made of carbonate with electronically prismatic ratro reflecting lines on both side for maximum ratro reflecting in wet & dry condition with adhesive/ epoxy for road indicator 3M marker series 290 of standard size complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement solar cat eye aluminium alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mmx125mmx25mm shank 65mm) of high efficiency mono crystafie solar panel 2.4V/0.3 watt one Ni-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/1600MA) conssisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufacturerers insturction etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement delineator 1200mm long made of 2 mm thick steel sheet rectangular OD size 75 x 100mm. Bottom plate 2mm thick of size 150 x 150 mm for firm grip welded to base. Top end closed with 2mm steel sheet. At top on both sides diamond grade cube corner micro white reflector of size 75 x 125mm laminated in 2mm deep cavity to make it scratch resistant. Post to have two bands all around of white/yellow/red reflective sheet of width 225mm by keeping black coat as bands for greater night visibility. All coated with heat process and baked to 120°C or powder coated to make all weather resistant and fixing in PCC 1:2:4, type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) with size of block 150mm x 150mm x300mm deep including required excavation and earthwork complete all as specified and directed. (Note: The rate of PCC and earth work is included in this item and nothing shall be paid extra.)

M & L for preparation of old painted brick or concrete surfaces (kerb stone etc) of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete, type C2, 1:3:6 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base of floor and finishing the surface fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

S & F rubber moulded interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness M-40 Grade bedded over 25 mm thick sand cushion including filling the joint with sand including dismantling of old unserviceable interlocking block complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement rubber speed breaker made from heavy duty rubber and polythylene with high resistance wear and tear property, height 3" for speed restriction, colours black and yellow combination, High reflective mark showing arrows in white marked on both side of yellow and black pieces, each side having end cap of size 250x500x75mm and middle size of the speed breaker as 500x500mm with four holes fixed with epoxy and heardner and bolts with epoxy and hardener as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Fixed Retroreflective sign board box type of size 6.10x1.20m board of both side comprising the followings:- (a) Excavation in post holes each not execding 0.50 cum and gettting out, returning filling in and ramming earth of broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not execeedding 50 mtrs and making good surface complete all specified and dircted. (b) PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded aggregate) as in foundation (size 250x250x450mm) complete all as specified and directed. (c) PCC :1:1.5:3 type A-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation of size 250x250x450mm complete. (d) Two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation of surfaces of steel and iron both side complete. (e) 0.56 mm thick aluminium sheet of size 0.77x0.62m square & cicular board of 0.62m dia framed with angle iron 35x35x5mm framed and stand on channel 75x40x5 mm on ground in PCC. Height of board from ground level shall be 2.40m complete. (f) Retroreflective sheeting as prescribed in (e) above on aluminium sheeting both side white or coloured having a smooth outer surface retroreflective shall be high intensity grade with encapsulated lence the message , ledgents, letter number (Min 20 eacth etc.) and other shall be 200/250 mm size complete. (g) S &F Retroreflective sign board of letter hight 0.30 m one side digital printing fixed on wall or frame with nut and bolt or steel screw rawl plug complet all as specifed and directed.

M & L for painting lines, dashes , arrows, letters, etc on roads, pavements and the like 15 cm wide with thermolplastic paint 2mm thick , white or golden yellow or as directed by GE complete all as specified and directed.
