Open access approvals, installation and commissioning of the metering infrastructures including inspection, testing and commissioning of ABT meter (item 1 above) and liasioning with TRANSCO/DISCOM/SLDC/NABL for the following including sealing of the respective equipment and connecting with earthing, cabling with control of size 4 Sqmm 4 Core in GI pipe of suitable size upto metering point complete all as specified and directed:- Pre Installation (a) Project management and coordination with for timely execution and installation of metering infrastructure. (b) Liaison for getting approval of open access for initiation of the subsequent activities. (c) Final NOC for power commencement & scheduling for making final delivery of power as reapplication duration and load requirement of open access transaction. (d) NOC/Concurrence for short term open access (STOA) for trading in open access for implementing purchase of power through open access.

Post Installation (a) Labour changes towards cabling Electrical & general hardware, installation of CT-PT arrangement for mounting of meter cubical. Welding etc at metering point. (b) Testing fee of NABL for performing testing in the presence of UPPCL. (c) Electrical inspection of metering infrastructure by an authorised independent Electrical inspector, electrical safety NOC at consumer premises. (d) Submission of compliance reports and arranging final. (e) Monthly liasoning and consultancy for arranging NOC/Open access approval from SLDC & DISCOM upto one year. (f) Billing settlement on monthly basis with distribution license upto one year. NOTE : - The complete job includes arrange the standing clearance/no objection certificate (NOC)/concurrence from the nodal agency SLDC/UPPCL/DISCOM for short term open access (STOA) for a period of one year) to the MES facility 33 KV incoming power (incoming from UPPCL) and implementing open access by accomplishing procurement of power of MES through Power Exchange/Bilateral mechanism. All charges involved in the above mentioned work till completion will be payable by the bidder. No extra payment will be made by the Deptt. All other charges to be paid by the contractor except the following (paid by the Deptt) :- (a) Safety NOC of SS and payment of statutory fee for drawing scrutiny and inspection. (b) Drawing approval and payment of scrutiny fee (Bay, TL & SS) (c) Payment of inspection fee and safety NOC (Bay, TL & SS) (d) Application fees, processing charges, evacuation feasibility study charges, refundable deposits etc. to Nodal agency/DISCOM & TRANSCO. (f) Registration charges payment for generator and off taker to UPSLDC.

Supply, laying & testing cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor, 33000 Volts grade of size 3 core 240 Sqmm complete confirming to IS-7098 (Part II) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 33 KV grade cable for out door termination, cold shrink type, joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE, armoured, aluminium conductor cable of size 240 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 33 KV grade cable for in door termination, cold shrink type, joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE, armoured, Al conductor cable of size 240 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and Labour for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6.0 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 meter deep below ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5M below normal ground level connected to galvanised steel strip 32 mm x 6mm by means of bolts, nuts check nuts and washers of galvanized steel and connected to Panel as directed and including provision of concrete pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C1, pre-cast RCC (1:2:4) type B1 cover slab 54 cm x 54 cm x 5 cm (Reinforced with 8 mm dia. TMT bars @ 75 mm, center to center both ways) with one handle for lifting made out of 8 mm dia. MS bar, provision of funnel, wire mesh, 20 mm bore galvanized steel tubing (Medium grade) for watering, charcoal or coke and salt in alternate layers, 40 mm bore galvanized steel tubing light grade for protection of earth lead connection, necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil and including necessary testing complete all as shown on electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I (2009) complete as specified and directed.

M&L of Cross arms, bracings, supports,clamps, back plates, iron, flat iron, channels fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers,welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of synthic enemal paint complete all as specified and as directed.
