Removing surplus excavated material to a distance not exc 50 meter and depositing where directed at level not exc 1.5m above the starting point, complete, all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for sand cushioning to cable with a layer of sand 8 cm deep before laying the cable and 15 cms deep after laying the cable (punned down to 18 cms depth after laying and stretching of cable ) complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: Punned thickness 18 cm of sand shall be paid)

Supplying and Laying unreinforced precast concrete cable covers as per IS-5820:1970 with average breaking load for unreinforced covers as 300 Kg Class HV, type-I flat size 300 mm x 180 mm x 40 mm for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed..

Labour including necessary T&P required for Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing, blast wall without damaging the surface of road (minimum 1.00 meter below the road surface) for passing underground cable through GI pipe, complete all as specified and directed. (Note- GI pipe shall be measured & paid under respective BOQ item)

M&L for 100 mm bore GI tubing, light grade with all fittings laid along electric pole for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying or fixing jointing and testing 11 KV (E) system XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables IS-7098 with aluminium conductor, 11000 Volts ( earthed), laid under floor/ground or fixed on wall complete of cable size 95 Sqmm 3 core complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cable jointing kit for 11 KV (E) grade cable for indoor end termination cold shrink type complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 sqmm 3 core complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of HT outdoor type feeder pillar box (factory made and CPRI tested) floor mounted, cubical enclosed type made out of 3.15mm thick CRCA sheet of minimun size 1000 x 900 x 800 mm suitable for 3 phase 4 wire 415 Volt, 50 Hz and, having aluminium bus bar 50x10mm of suitable length and of capacity 15 KA short circuit rating for 1 second, one GI earth bus bar fixed outside the bus bar chamber, two nos cable gland suitable fro 95 sqmm to 120 sqmm 3 core ht XLPE cable with and including HT danger notice board on both sides, fame made out of MS angle section 50x50x6mm with cable entry & exit through socket at bottom (fixed with cable gland and gasket make it dust & vermin proof), factory having modern fabrication process powder coated paint, openable by keys from both side having chromium plated 19 mm dia fancy lock, louvers and air vent gasket for natural flow of air. including provision of PCC foundation/platform of the HT feeder pillar box in concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (Using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as per manufaturer instructions, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6.00 mm thick, burried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 mtr deep below GL with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal GL and connected to earth plate . Earth plate surrounded by 15 cm thick packed layers of charcoal/coke and common salt upto 0.90 meter depth all around the earth plate and connected to earth lead of GI earth lead of size 25x4 mm connected by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of GI or steel and thimbles and other end of the earth wire connected to equipments/panels and protected by galvanized iron or steel pipe medium grade 15 mm bore and water pipe 20 mm bore GI light grade with funnel and wire mesh, including all necessary excavation and earth work PCC chamber in cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 and RCC cover and all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES schedule Pt I of 2009 and also including making test point for testing of earthing complete all as specified and as directed. Note : 1. RCC pit cover shall be pre-cast of RCC (1:2:4) type B-I , 50mm thick reinforced with XPM weighting not less than 4 KG/sqmm in lieu of CI cover. 2. Charcoal/coke and common salt upto 0.90 meter depth shall be filled in layers of 15 centimeters all around the earth plate. 3. On testing after completion of earthing if desired earth resistance is not achieved , the earthing will be redone at no extra cost to obtain the desired earth values.

M&L for route Indicator made out of angle iron 25x25x5mm, 0.90 mtr long and 6 mm thick mild steel round plate of 100 mm dia fixed at top duly engraved "HT UG CABLE" including grouting same in PCC 1:4:8 type D-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) block of size 30x30x30cm below ground level, complete all as specified & directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu m, getting out, in soft/loose soil, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm and removing surplus soil n.exc 50 m from strating point, all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as filling in mass concrete, pole foundation and plinth block including necessary form work, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F framed brackets of angles or tees with web and flanges cut to shape, drilled and countersunk for screw, including bending in shape, fixed independent without connecting plate. n exc 10 kg each brackets, conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 (Brackets over 10 kg each to be measured under 'Structural Steel'), complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F chain link MS galvanisd fencing of mesh size 100mmx100mm made of GI wire not less than 4 mm dia including line wire fixed to any type standard rails, straining bolts etc., including provision of binding wire, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel flat iron conforming to Fe-290, Gde E-165 as in rails, half round, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel round bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, as in straining bars etc., for securing chain link fencing conforming to Fe-410 grade, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 5 cm but n exc 5c m long, complete all as specified and directed.
